The League & Concord is proud to announce the ratification of the Genesis Compact with the Plains of Perdition. Since arriving on the site in November 2024, The League & Concord has pursued a close working relationship with the Plains of Perdition in various matters including but not limited to military, WA, and cultural cooperation. Those who watch the World Assembly closely will have noticed our especially close cooperation in regards to stacking for resolutions when convenient in the World Assembly, and upholding the principles of National Sovereignty in the General Assembly.

This treaty serves to formalize a close relationship that has existed for nearly a year now and will continue to exist for many more.

Preamble:
Recognizing that the Plains of Perdition and The League & Concord have been in close collaboration since the creation of the former, beginning with the spearheading of Perdition’s settlement by the latter, and including extensive collaboration in the World Assembly, political gameplay, and military victories, we hereby formalize our relationship through the Genesis Compact.

Article I. Recognition
(i) The League & Concord recognizes the Plains of Perdition, represented by the Primarch as Head of State according to the Covenant of Radiance. The League & Concord will not recognize any WA Delegacy not held by the Primarch or their chosen successor.

(ii) Perdition will recognize only the legitimate government of The League & Concord as determined by the Constitution of the Republic.

Article II. Mutual Defense
(i) The signatories agree to provide military support for the legitimate government of either signatory upon request. The signatories shall aid each other in Delegacy transferrals when requested and feasible.

(ii) The signatories agree to share any intelligence related to the security of the other signatory. Both signatories will refrain from conducting clandestine operations, espionage, or other forms of spying against the other.

(iii) Signatories being on opposing sides of a third-party military engagement shall not be seen as a violation of this treaty.

(iv) The signatories will engage in military cooperation of both the offensive and defensive varieties when deemed practical and mutually beneficial.

Article III. Additional Collaboration
(i) The signatories will endeavor to collaborate in cultural matters when practical.

(ii) The Signatories recognize the game “Rocket Bot Royale,” as the ideal form of cultural collaboration between each other. The signatories further recognize the superiority of Rocket Bot Royale as a community game.

(iii) The signatories shall maintain in-game embassies with the other.

(iv) The signatories are encouraged to support proposals authored or co-authored by a member of the other signatory, except when in contradiction of other binding agreements or when opposed to the interests of the signatory.

(v) The signatories will support the recognition of the other’s members in the Security Council on request so long as it does not contravene another obligation.

Article IV. Ratification/Withdrawal
(i) This treaty will be considered in effect upon ratification by both signatories through their internal legal systems.

(ii) This treaty may be amended by mutual consent from both signatories, and any amendments will be considered in effect once ratified by both signatories.

(iii) Either signatory may withdraw from this treaty and nullify its agreements in compliance with their internal legal systems. In the event of a withdrawal, the signatory is encouraged to inform the other of its withdrawal in a timely manner.

I do wonder if they will wind up launching nukes each other next N-Day, but I'm sure they will laser out those details at a later date. I seem to recall a Perditian winning that tournament...

Unfortunately, it seems unlikely for a Perditian to win the current Rocket Bot Royale tournament, which is being hosted by the Plains of Perdition. There are more TL&Cers (4) than tPoPers (3) participating in the tournament, and two of them are expected to lose their matchups in the first round (incidentally, all three first-round matchups involving Perditians are against TL&Cers). I am confident that a TL&Cer will be bringing home the trophy this time.

~50 defender extremists jumped on The Monarchist Bloc in a stunning moment of anti-fascist unity!

It was a perfectly normal Friday, if you neglect the other operation that was being pursued by a variety of independent military organizations for this major update. I was out walking shortly after voting for Commend "Anjan Kloss" when I happened to notice something very curious - An early against vote from a PRAF hold point, a practice commonly known as "stomping." Upon further investigation, the hold was The Monarchist Bloc, a bigoted region that had long faded into inactivity and irrelevance. It was clear that the PRAF was mismanaging this operation on a variety of levels, and we couldn't stand to let that happen.

So, with about nine hours to go until update, I decided to fix that. Our partners quickly agreed that The Communist Bloc's fashbash hold, weaponized in an ill-fated attempt to vote against Commend 'Anjan Kloss' minutes after the vote opened, was a valid target. And one-by-one, they arrived to the center of operations we had set up to transfer The Monarchist Bloc to new management and finalize the LDF buyout of the struggling hold. First came The Order of the Grey Wardens, in their battle-hardened armor. Next came the Galactic Armada of Starlight and their spectacular warships, followed by the storied forces of the tropical 10000 Islands. Next came the fabled fleet of the Europeian Republican Navy. And last, but not certainly least, was those who had banished the big banks from their region and their Liberation Forces.

At some point, customary to operations servers, several of our jumpers decided to entertain themselves by playing a classic game of Rocket Bot Royale (going to take the time to plug the ongoing tournament in the Plains of Perdition involving yours truly and a few other names you might recognize). This proved for some fantastic cultural exchange while we waited for our main event - some of our partners got to learn about The League's affinity for rocket bot royale, while I learned that the Starlighters have actually been college football fans this whole time. And I also learned about Europeian President Andy's plan to infiltrate the anglosphere by using artificial intelligence to generate a new identity for himself.

After two thousand messages sent in the operations chat, it was showtime. Before long, the defenders who were so kindly invited to "stay" in The Monarchist Bloc arrived with a force of nearly 50, something rarely seen from a offensive operation conducted by defender militaries.
