TRTHNBB's Regional Court just published its Opinion and Order on Enforcement of the Committee Public Voting Act!

On April 22, 2025, New United Common-lands and Gine Caruttiva sued the Executive Branch for violating the Committee Public Voting Act, which requires all formal committee votes to be logged publicly within 48 hours. The Court found clear violations: missing or incomplete logs for seven votes across three committees. On May 20, 2025, the Court ordered TRTHNBB's executive branch to (1) retroactively publish complete logs by May 27, (2) publish all future vote logs within 48 hours, (3) submit weekly and monthly compliance reports, and (4) implement new laws within seven days unless stated otherwise.

BLF helps DESTROY another raid and in a 2ND CONSECUTIVE RECORD BREAKING UPDATE

Two weeks after LKL, the largest liberation in history, the BLF along with our allies deployed again to stop the griefer menace from claiming another region. This time The Black Hawks invited their dad and all their siblings to Dystopian Utopia, piling the hold to over 100 endorsements in the first 12 hours.

However it was no match for the BLF and our wider allies and partners as we combined for a 150 endorsement jump with 137 verified endorsements at the time the delegacy was taken from the griefer menace. The largest single jump in NS history and now back to back major liberation jumps that have broken a record.

Griefers everywhere beware, the army of Bernie Sanders will ensure regional sovereignty is protected!

Asheville Conciliation

Over the last few days, officials from The Region That Has No Big Banks and Blue Ridge met in Asheville to discuss the relationship between our regions, its position in our respective diplomatic policy, and its future as our regions continue to grow. It need not be said that the friendship solidified in the Hometown Banking Compact has been repeatedly tested, but as the treaty has endured, we found it necessary that our relationship be discussed and repaired.

In doing so, TRTHNBB and BR have determined the point of error, and commit to fixing our damaged relationship.

In creating the circumstances of discussion, both regions admit fault for:

• A lack of necessary communication to the other of opinion and policy regarding major proceedings, both internal and external;
• A failure to meet the mandated co-hosted event every six months as specified within Article 4(2) of the Hometown Banking Compact, and an extended failure to properly communicate internal cultural struggles as specified in Article 4(3); and
• Mistakes in language that resulted in the other believing that concerns would be dismissed, and improved relations were not desired.

By noting these errors, The Region That Has No Big Banks and Blue Ridge recognize that good faith remains and that our previously close relationship can be restored. For this, we agree to the following in this Asheville Conciliation:

• To establish clear, regular communications with the other regarding regional happenings through our diplomat programs;
• To communicate major military ongoings and diplomatic policy changes;
• To uphold the mandatory co-hosted event this six-month period; and
• To commit fully to the reestablishment of the friendly relationship confirmed in the Hometown Banking Compact, and work to the fullest extent to ensure that these friendly relations are upheld.

Together, we will grow as not only dedicated partners, but loyal friends and allies against whatever odds are thrown our way. The Hometown Banking Compact survived the storms for a reason, and, with this symbol in mind, we are committed to doing our parts in maintaining it.

The big banks are dead, long live hometown banking!

BLF Recreates Tyson vs. Spinks

Riding of the high of slam-dunk win against LWU during the LKL liberation and the crushing of Raider Unity during with the Dystopian Utopia lib, the BLF was in high spirits and ready to crush the raiders at a moments notice. Trying to keep a scary evil image BoM, via their puppet Sparkalia, took the delegacy of Federation of Sovereign States for a mere two updates before crumbling under the overwhelming defender strength.
Overall the BLF had 16 liberators contribute to the effort!

The Delegate Transition Commission (DTC) is happy to announce that we have chosen our replacement for America the Greater!

Our new WA Delegate will be Mjau :3

I would like to thank every person who applied, your interest in such a pivotal role was very encouraging to the DTC! We chose Mjau in the end based upon their critical efforts in reviving the Court and assisting with the Election Commission, as well as because of specific leadership qualities we were seeking for this role in particular. Rest assured that more opportunities will make their way as we move forward!

Effective immediately, we will begin the process of getting Mjau the necessary endorsements to make them Delegate.

RAIDERS ATTEMPT CONQUERING LIBERTY ISLANDS- INSTANTLY CRUSHED

2025 has not been a kind year to raiderdom. With the dissolution of the Brotherhood of Malice, the humiliating defeats after record-breaking turnouts for Lonia Kreptia Llor and Dystopian Utopia, and other upsetting losses, it really hasn't been going well for them. So, when the remaining stragglers of Raider Unity (The Black Hawks, Osiris, Sparkalia, and the newcomer Lone Wolves United) finally managed to capture the innocent region of Liberty Island, it must've felt like a stroke of good fortune. Their plan went unusually well: their sleeper tricked natives into electing them as delegate and appointed 5 regional officers. They only had 88 endorsements, but for the most part, it seemed that luck was finally on their side.

Until the defenders showed up.

On a Monday night, 187 updaters from defender regions came together to blow the raiders out of the water, with 132 successfully making it through the update and 12 of those being members of the BLF. It wasn't easy. The update came very late, and many of us had to sacrifice for it. Which makes our victory all the more sweeter.

Another record broken, and another reminder to raiderdom that we will always prevail. Better luck next time!
