Groaning at the state of the Realm of the Whispering Winds, which has been seized by invaders in the waning of the repeal of the region's previous liberation, and now subject to indefinite occupation due to a regional barrier brought out of dormancy by the vote's conclusion,

Believing it is necessary to pass a new liberation post-haste to minimize the amount of time the region is trapped behind invader walls, and to allow defender siege efforts to resume,

Maintaining optimism that the region can be saved from permanent destruction, and that the native community will be able to rebuild and secure themselves in the aftermath of this torment,

Hereby, once again, liberates Realm of the Whispering Winds.

Understanding that throughout the ever growing ocean, few ships have suffered as much devastation as the Realm of the Whispering Winds, hereby referred to as “the Realm”,

Recounting the story of the Realm as one filled with joyous plunder, yet marked by the tragic disappearance of Captain Halcyon nova, ultimately culminating into skeleton crews and, in turn, repeated seizings of the ship,

Excited by the dedication of Captain Xvraks, resulting in a fierce desire to see the revitalization of the Realm coupled with a return to dominance over the high seas,

Gladdened by the manifestation of said desire in the form of Security Council Resolution #498, which, upon passing, would allow the crew to safely refurbish the ship,

Despaired by the fraudulent use of Security Council Resolution #498 by malignant forces, deftly evading capture by exploiting hidden vulnerabilities within the resolution, cementing the unfortunate circumstance of the Realm for the foreseeable future,

Grimacing at the failure to evict the boarding parties, prompting the passing of Security Council Resolution #499, thereby preventing the potential marooning of the Realm,

Groaning at the passage of Security Council Resolution #500 in an act of benevolence deemed necessary by friendly navies, yet contrary to the wishes of the native buccaneers,

Enthused at the abandonment of the ship by the nefarious interlopers, allowing for Xvraks to reclaim the title of Captain of the Realm of the Whispering Winds,

Cognizant that Security Council Resolution #500 prevents the permanent ascendancy of Xvraks to the position of Captain, inhibiting the safety of the Realm for generations of pirates to come,

Description: The true measure of any leader lies not in victories claimed or enemies defeated, seats held or elections won, but in the choice to rise to any challenge — again, and again, and again. Few face adversity and come back irrefutably more adept than before, but of those few, near none blaze as bright in the halls of history as Writinglegend (Gleg).

Forged in Fire

Decisions are made by those who show up — and for ten years, Gleg has never failed to show up. In 54 days, Gleg ascended to their first Ministership in their home of Europeia, turning a nine-day filler term in Culture into three consecutive terms of brilliance, bringing Europeia together with regular games, a Summerfest in space, and a festive Winter Ball.

Once lit, their fire was insatiable. Gleg served three consecutive terms in the Presidency and four more in the Grand Admiralty (GA) soon after. They seized the initiative in a faltering Europeia and set an aggressive foreign policy, pushing Europeia’s external communications with a dedicated ministry and international paper, leading the Europeian Republican Navy (ERN) to future success with 40-member-strong wargames and antifascist ops, and responding to interregional crises in a masterclass of leadership.

Tested by Time

Some define the chapters of history they reside in — but those who persevere define history.

Under a year after their last Presidency, Gleg returned to shape the modern foundations of Europeia in four more terms, creating important cornerstones of Europeian government in the Ministries of Radio and World Assembly Affairs (WAA). They were key in the creation of CAIN, a hallmark anti-fascist organization, established the Media Development and Distribution Agreement to project Europeian media influence abroad, and worked closely with the World Assembly Legislative League to cement Europeian expertise in WAA.

They overcame lethargy in their sixth term and with a reinjection of internal activity, and started their seventh term managing Foreign Affairs (FA) crises following the resignation of the former president in an FA scandal, navigating calamities abroad while maintaining strong communication with the citizenry to safely land the region after a disastrous start. Gleg would not stop there, leading a Constitutional Convention in 2018 that established Europeia’s standing foundational document.

Perennial

The titans of history remind us that our capacity to meet any challenge may well be limitless. After a few quiet years, Gleg rose once more in 2021 to steer Europeia through squall and storm, personally training future ERN leaders as GA to face a rising menace in raiderdom and beginning the integration of the ERN into defender operations.

And as the flames rose around Europeia, Gleg took the reins for a final tour de force — in over a year as President, Vice President, and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Gleg would position Europeia solidly at the core of countless conflicts, leading from the front in political and military engagements alike.

With determination, they reawakened the sleeping beast of Europeian foreign affairs, signing treaties and pacts with key defender regions to solidify new bonds against new enemies, coordinate with their recent treaty allies to strike blows against raider leadership in repeals of Condemn Ever-Wandering Souls or Reventus Koth or establish common policy in the Age of Frontiers with allies, and seal the beginnings of a new age for Europeia in their entrance to the Aegis Accords.

With resolution, they exacted retribution on the enemies of the Republic, working with allies to isolate the Communist Bloc via treaty repeal and Injunction as it partnered with invader forces, standing with Balder after the uncloaking of Operation Ragnarok, and helping to forge the Modern Gameplay Compact and its sanctions to create a counterbalancing force to raider hostility.

With vitality, they rallied Europeia against malevolence, fueling the media with constant coverage of FA activity and preparations at home, harnessing Europeian excellence for conflict in helping to activate the ERN Civilian Service and Militia, and publishing a Guide to the Goldenblock series to set the stage for a slew of incredible and individual successors, who now lead Europeia in fire and fortune on the trail Gleg blazed.

To challenge evil, to lead through tribulation, to reach for the stars — these are the defining traits of the legends of our time. In ten terms as President, hundreds of days in Cabinet, and a decade of advancing the spirit of democracy and the light of tomorrow, Gleg has conquered all it means to be legendary.

Turning the page to elden days, an age where chaos and destruction knew no bounds nor end, snuffing out the lights of civilizations and worlds in an ever-darkening night,

Beholding the rise of Nasicournia, a congregation of vibrant nations first bound together by their collective histories, a series of interwoven partnerships and conflicts connecting the first dozen and eventually hundreds of Nasicournian nations together into what would become not only one of the most developed regions in the world, but one of the first vibrant and multivarious communities. Nasicournia would house nations from other foundling allies like A New Begining and Cannabis Island to early raiders who, despite their eventual ideological dissonance with Nasicournia, would find a home united under Nasicournia’s collective stories, chronicling their many histories together — the most extensive of which include:

• the aftermath of the release of a Katangarian dead-hand system, resulting in a series of conflicts between some of the greatest military powers in Nasicournia over possession of the superweapon,
  
  
• the mystical tale of feudal warlords and their samurai servants across Nasicournia, battling one another in the name of honor and greed,
  
  
• the intergalactic adventures of a pirate crew walking in the footsteps of pirate legend Lawrence Spacecreed, as space-faring militaries attempt to capture them in a journey through the stars,

Disheartened that while Nasicournia would transform under this collaborative premise, creating a regional identity and government that would see it flourish, its shining light would also draw the attention of malevolent forces both within and beyond Nasicournia’s borders, resulting in repeated attacks on the region upon the disappearance of founder Nasicournus,

Amazed, however, at the collective response of the community, which vigorously repelled numerous attacks with the help of their allies. They would go on to develop the unique strategy of establishing a border region known as the Nasicournian Borderlands to protect the homeland, an effort mirrored in success only by fellow antiquity region Hell, and eventually did the unthinkable, swaying the powers above to grant the insuperable powers of foundership to Pope Hope, the architect of the region’s rise,

Further awed that these constant assaults did not dissuade Nasicournia from the threats beyond its walls, rather inspiring its members to step up and take a defiant stand against invaders. Nasicournia would go on to help found the legendary Alliance Defense Network (ADN), which would go on to defend innumerable regions from attack and combat despotism and destruction at the hands of regimes like the New Pacific Order, which Nasicournia helped lead the opposition against in its earliest years,

Appreciating Nasicournia’s key role not only in developing the ADN’s framework, ranks, and leadership with its dozens of bright, passionate defenders, but also its identity and purpose. Nasicournia would serve as a hub for many of its members in between battles, where they would often join Nasicournians in their domestic events and efforts, and acted as a reminder of what the ADN was striving to protect — vulnerable, vibrant communities — many of whom like the North Pacific, Juxtaposition X, or Equilism, joined the ADN as a product of Nasicournian outreach and connections,

Astounded at Nasicournia’s incredible dedication to the practice of defending, being key in the birth of the cornerstone defender institutions of intelligence and operationality that continue to play a key role in defending to this day, exemplified by their regional defender apparatuses including:

• the renowned defender army Nasicorps, led by fabled defenders like Pope Hope and Goobergunchia, who would be an ever-present force fighting on the front lines in early battles in regions like United States and Middle Earth. The Nasicorps would also act as a critical force within the ADN and other foundational defender alliances like the Allied Liberation League, particularly in operations of legend like the battles of the North Pacific against Pixiedance, and
  
  
• the historical hallmark of defender intelligence known as the Nasicournian Intelligence Agency (NIA), which itself purveyed NationStates in the early years and was critical in the early protection of countless regions. Watching over Arkana Coalition as it was beleaguered by marauders and corsairs from across the seas, set alight in a storm of smoke and flame as its assailants sought to bring the region to its knees in a month-long occupation of colossal proportions,

Recalling the passage of Security Council Resolutions #505 and #506, setting a Liberation and Injunction of Arkana Coalition in an effort to ensure that an erasure of the region’s history and reclamation by hostile forces was staved off with the hope that its natives might one day see the light of day shine over their home once again,

Enthralled as Arkana Coalition returned from the throes of certain death, surviving near total destruction just to rally under a new dawn, as liberating forces finally wrestled control of the region from belligerent hands.

Observing as the Age of Frontiers paved the way for the birth of many a community, from gamblers seeking to balance the risk of Frontierdom to bright-eyed upstarts seeking to emblazon their name across the land,

Understanding that the onset of Frontiers also augured the accession of gathering malevolent forces, near unparalleled in ferocity and size for much of history, into a menace whose reach could threaten regions of the multiverse in ways hardly seen ever before,

Saddened that countless realms and regions have fallen forever from the gaze of history, never to grace the pages of storybooks aside from as a mark or trophy of the avaricious vultures who claimed them,

Acknowledging that many of these regions fell under the protection of this Council, which made efforts to and, oftentimes, heartachingly failed to protect the communities that came under its wing,

Recalling that Dilber came to prominence in the West Pacific (TWP) in 2004, becoming involved in defending, diplomacy and intelligence operations;

Celebrating Dilber’s role in the fight against Pierconium’s oppressive North Pacific Directorate, aiding in uncovering some of its members' true identities and keeping the Government-in-Exile internationally relevant during the months of occupation, as well as participating in the core group led by Stars of sky that successfully restored native control in May 2005;

Appreciating that Dilber led TWP as Prime Minister for an unprecedented three consecutive terms between 2004 and 2005, increasing the region's influence in the world stage by:

• maintaining its membership in the Alliance Defense Network (ADN) while normalizing relations between TWP and the People's Republic of The Pacific (PRP), requiring diplomatic expertise since the ADN and PRP were in conflict;
  
  
• expanding ties with ADN member regions such as Nasicournia via individual treaties with them;
  
  
• signing a treaty with the Red Liberty Alliance, paving the way for collaborations like an innovative endorsement tracking system for major regions;
  
  
• making the West Pacific Liberation Force one of the premier defender militaries of the era, notably active at all updates, and helpful in defending allies like the Rejected Realms;

Admiring the regional activity during Dilber's terms, illustrated by the Communication Rangers' effective role instituted by Dilber in getting new nations involved in the regional forums, and by the delegate Zetaone's status of most endorsed nation in the world at the time, with over 630 endorsements;

Recognizing Dilber's work towards stability during times of turmoil in TWP, using their intelligence skills to reveal important information about Minineenee's plans for the West Pacific Dominion coup in November 2005, contributing to the coup's downfall;

Pleased that Dilber returned to TWP in recent times, using the heritage of the Communication Rangers to help create the Regional Guides that engage new nations; and leading the University of the West Pacific's inaugural class, successfully training nations like the current Admiral of the Fleet Teralyon;

Noting that SC#217 only highlights these qualities of the Black Hawks, showcasing largely mediocre and minimally impactful operations headed by the supposedly feared raiding force, while the rest of the resolution leans on support for others’ achievements and the condemnation of individuals who, at one time or another, invoked notoriety for feats largely unrelated to the Black Hawks including:

• Condemn Gest (SC#122), which mentions the Black Hawks in passing in one clause, and whose nominee was not heavily involved in the region’s exploits,
  
  
• Condemn Milograd (SC#77 and SC#97), which does not mention the Black Hawks whatsoever and whose despicable deeds, while enabled by the raider organization, could hardly be said to be wholly facilitated by them,

• Noting that even if these condemnations drew weight to the Black Hawks’ name (which would be dubious, considering the devastation wreaked by these nations can hardly be attributed to the region itself), several of the mentioned Condemnations have since been repealed without replacement,

Further pointing out that the “Support” and “Successful” clauses, which highlight determinedly dreadful deeds by bad actors, specifically refer to efforts either only supported by the Black Hawks, as with the 2013 coup d’etat of the South Pacific, or not even involving them as a region, as with the individual infiltration of Osiris, an operation conducted by one nation, not by the larger group and thus not accreditable to them,

Examining further SC#217’s claim that the Black Hawks have built a foundation for the argument that they should be the “most feared raider organization” in the world, with attention paid to the fact that the major evidence for this claim are weak – including:

• the “Toppling” subclause, which refers to delegacy streak breaks – a largely inconsequential form of raid – on regions listed that have relatively weak defenses, making this feat not nearly as weighty nor as difficult as the resolution makes it out to be,

Stating that SC#52: “Condemn the Black Hawks” is an affront of a resolution, misleading the multiverse as to the danger and destruction the target is capable of and built on faulty grounds even for its time,

Pointing out that the “Concerned” clause, which highlights the Black Hawks’ invasion of hundreds of regions, potentially overstates the impact and trouble caused by the target by implying that regional bans were used in all of these raids, when in reality, the vast majority of raids were “tag raids”, which leave little lasting impact on a region and certainly not to the extent of instituting regional bans,

Elaborating further that this single clause is, flabbergastingly, the extent of any evidence of wrongdoing provided in the resolution, and that even if the resolution did not intend to overstate the Black Hawks’ efforts, the stated examination of threat is vague, lacking literally any evidence, and fails to elucidate the point to a level not even seen in the earliest of Condemnations, such as SC#38: “Condemn Unknown”, which details a particular instance of infamy by the target, or even SC#1: “Condemn Macedon”, which at minimum names victims of the target,

Taking issue with the “Recognizing” clause, which references the attempted passage of a self-commendation for the region as a condemnable action – such actions have been taken by any given number of regions, most usually diminutive bad actors hardly worthy of any action or recognition by this council, and the clause completely falsifies the nature and actual occurrence, making a relatively innocuous public attempt to self-commend a region out to be a sinister machination,

Noting further that the practice of self-Commendation was far easier to bring about in the early ages of this Council when clear regional policy and institutional frameworks were ill-equipped to bar such self-commends or proposals of dubious quality or content from succeeding, such as SC#22: “Condemn Ninja Pirate awesome town”, SC#42: “Condemn Kalasparata”, and SC#43: “Commend Tiago Silva”, making any malice inherent to the actual attempt and its successive failure to reach quorum even more derisory,

Making it clear that the latter half of the resolution is self-defeating; that any “cooling effect on free speech and the democratic process”, a claim that had no evidence to support it at the time, clearly has failed in any effect, given the clear inability on the Black Hawks’ part to deliver on the threat that half the resolution hinges on, which is reflected in the Security Council’s active drafting and passage of proposals, as well as its continued Condemnation of raiders, both immediately and since the resolution’s passage,

Driving home further that while noble in intent, the argument surrounding free speech and the democratic process is clear fluff even in the context of its time, demonstrating how this resolution acts as little more than filler and a shame on the Council's precedents for Condemnation, where its contemporaries like the repealed SC#74 “Condemn Lone Wolves United”, despite their many flaws, at least name the targets and most afflicted of the Condemned, and illustrate in some manner the destruction and havoc the Condemned has inflicted on the world, as opposed to vague statements based in falsehood and unfulfilled ideological posturing,

Asserting that the target resolution is factually inaccurate, poorly-written fluff even among its contemporaries, and heavily reliant on disproven fear mongering, and hoping that villainy and iniquity across the world should still go punished, but whilst still retaining the tenets of veracity, upholding principles of quality, and delivering in full force swift retribution on the enemies of peace,

Description: The Security Council:

Establishing that Philosophers is the natural progression of Philosophy 115 [colloquially P115], born only of necessity, but sharing a common history, analogous culture, and hosting all P115’s former nations. As such, this commendation of Philosophers as successor also serves as symbolic commendation of P115, the historic cradle of its culture and accomplishments.

Recalling the formative days of this multiverse, and the establishment of Dr george, a distinctive nation with a culture combining theology, educational arts, and the highest proficiency in philosophy. Dr george brought all of this to bear in founding a region where others could “approach life rationally without unfounded assumptions.” This was Philosophy 115, the multiverse's first 'teaching region' specifically dedicated to understanding the intricacies and nuance of sentience. It quickly became home to over 200 nations.

Affirming that P115 distinguished itself as campus to higher thought and education. In its first decade, hundreds of nations under the direct tutelage of Dr george took residency in P115 via the 'extra credit' recruitment program. The region hosted myriad discussions, debates, and thought experiments, and promoted the causes of logic and reason. These activities were always hospitable to the nations of other regions, establishing P115 as welcoming cultural hub, and a place to flex intellectual muscle.

Admiring the maintenance in P115 of a tolerant platform in which to put philosophical theory into practice, both in national development and occasionally, in the execution of the Delegacy: Consider Ragaskan, who as Delegate engaged for over a year in an unwavering policy of 'radical centrism', voting 'no' as a default on every matter before the Assembly. This doctrinaire political position rooted in absurdist philosophy took the region on an entirely experimental tangent; but it was accepted in the spirit in which it was being conducted. Few regions would have permitted such a thing, but P115 stood apart.

Lauding P115 for inspiring other regions to incorporate an open debate and educational apparatus into their forums, where P115's nations could visit and engage in long form discussions 'off-campus'. Through this ebb and flow, P115 forged some of the longest lasting regional friendships in this realm. Alignment with like-minded regions including Forest, Anarchy, 10000 Islands, and Hell would eventually inspire and evolve into the embassy infrastructure we now take for granted, and the collegial society we enjoy today.

Noting that this collegial, inclusive tone was also reflected through P115's unique relationship with LGBTQ+ region Gay, where Dr. George’s alternate, Bearnation also served as elected founder and long-standing Delegate. P115 stood as proud ally at a time when the multiverse was less diverse, and often less tolerant. Further, Philosophy 115 spawned Philosophy 101, an entrée region for those new to philosophy and wishing to learn at beginner levels. P115 was also central to The Philosophy Consortium, gathering a variety of philosophy-based regions under one unifying banner.

Recognizing the stewardship of historic nations like Red star of the west, Sunrise from the Sea, Central Kadigan, Kingdom of Cambria, Telgan, and Terra Amore, for sustaining P115 through a period of founder absence. The region stood as a model of cooperative proxy leadership until Dr George's return in 2020, inspiring a renaissance in P115. Regional population swelled to 400 nations. WA membership increased tenfold. Joint international events were planned, including groundwork laid for P115 to host a debate event as part of 10000 Island's inaugural Olympic games. Sadly, that momentum was thwarted when the founder fell finally inactive, imperiling the region, and making the exodus to Philosophers a heartbreaking necessity.

Acknowledging those steward nations for securing P115 for posterity, and, for coordinating the seamless passage of all natives to Philosophers, where safe, open borders can be maintained.

Appreciating Philosophers for preserving P115’s culture and for continuing to promote critical thinking, expression, and tolerance. Historic embassy partnerships established by P115 over a decade-and-a-half ago remain an intrinsic part of Philosophers’ continuing mission. The region is again engaging in international events and alliances. Commitment to growth has led to a new regional map created by MountAye. Description: This Security Council,

Stating the purpose of an interregional embassy as a way to connect two communities together by forming a tangible link between them, and displaying a deep, close friendship held by two regions,

Recognizing that many regions choose to dedicate their existence to the purpose of solely accumulating as many of these embassies as possible, between as many regions as possible, sometimes for an overarching goal, and sometimes for simple vanity, these regions being referred to as "embassy collectors",

Hearkening back to the days when the practice was far less widespread than it is now, when it was dominated by the likes of The Embassy, The Great Universe and SECFanatics, and while they were often ignored and considered annoying, the small number of them made them only a minor inconvenience instead of something of such scale as to reach the attention of this august body,

Bemoaning the current oversaturation in the field of embassy collection, which has led to many innocent and mostly inexperienced regions being completely and utterly confounded by the frequency with which they receive embassy requests, and with new regions that collect embassies being born and dying each and every day, destroying any meaningful connections they may have fostered in their time in operation,

Acknowledging that some embassy collectors are more respectful than others with their business, and that there exist embassy collectors that attempt to do good work, but that there are far fewer of them than the malignant kind that this resolution is meant to target, and stressing that this resolution is not about these regions,

Tired by embassy collectors' unproven claims that their practices foster interregional growth for those that choose to reside in smaller regions and have embassies with them, as embassy collector regions often have very little activity on their regional message boards or in other platforms, a not insignificant portion of which is unscrupulous RMB recruiters attempting to lure new nations into regions where their potential will be squandered,

Frustrated that some embassy collectors do not undertake any filtering of beliefs whatsoever, meaning that these regions are open to fascists and other assorted far-right and alt-right nations coming from regions that champion those ideals which this organization works so tirelessly to fight against, with a multitude of embassy collectors steadfastly defending their right to fascist embassies and some fully embracing such beliefs,

Angered that some embassy collectors, in sheer desperation, have resorted to pestering and tormenting those who rightly decline embassies with them, hoping, and often failing, to intimidate the target region into submitting to an embassy with them, an example being the now gratefully defunct Lardyland, who had become infamous for exactly this style of embassy collection,

Perplexed by the idea that there is any amount of skill or deft diplomacy involved in the collection process, with most embassy regions having embassies with collectors because they simply accept every request they are issued, failing to build a meaningful connection with any region that chooses to build an embassy with them, turning what should be something symbolizing friendship into another meaningless number to add to an embassy collector's portfolio,

Abhorring how the treatment of embassy regions as trophies is taken to the extreme by the raider groups who engage in wanton destruction of regions for no noble cause but to proudly display their conquests on the embassy pages of their jump points, burying the histories the regions once possessed, reducing them to a name amongst a sea of other names,

Hoping to discourage any more regions from falling into the trap and conducting embassy collection themselves with the passage of this resolution by proclaiming discontent with the practice that has maligned the collective conscience of the multiverse for so many years,

Hereby declares that a majority of embassy collectors, those who engage in unscrupulous behaviors such as ruthless badgering of their fellow regions and who sully the name of the better embassy collectors who mind their own business, are an astronomical nuisance that will likely continue to pester the multiversal community until its inevitable heat death and they are all eternally buried by the unstoppable passage of time.

Finding such an event could additionally function as a cultural exchange of architecture, fashion, folklore, and food, allowing all participants to explore all the multiverse has to offer,

Declares as one voice the following:

Member nations should band together to create the World Assembly Haunted House for a temporary period, based inside WA headquarters, for the amusement of all,

• WA headquarters should host an annual costume party, with a theme determined through a poll, where all participants are encouraged to wear spooky and fun attire with an adjacent costume contest with a randomly selected panel,

Description: The Security Council,

Thoroughly convinced that it is this body's duty to appropriately condemn a nation if it has conducted itself in a manner that recklessly endangers peace in the multiverse, which Jar Wattinree in the world of Arembia in the Pacific has absolutely done.

Appalled by the extensive and entirely unjustified annexations of well over a hundred nations, including several notable nations such as Xoriet, Varanius, Aivintis, and Giovanniland, carried out by Jar Wattinree across the multiverse to force them to serve as their 'provinces, vacation resorts, and underdeveloped territories.'

Shocked by the maintenance of over-the-top weapons of mass destruction by Jar Wattinree, notably in the case of their 'Rod of God' weapons system - dubbed by the nation as 'Project Thor.'

Grimly remembering numerous major incidents in which Jar Wattinree utilised Project Thor to wreak havoc and generally terrorise the world of Arembia:

1. On the 5th of April, 2020, when 'Project Thor' very nearly caused a mass-extinction event by bombing an incredibly unstable underwater volcano. The devastation rocked numerous other nations in the Arembian territories and caused untold casualties.
   
   
2. On the 11th of June, 2020, when Jar Wattinree utilised a terrifyingly similar system to 'Project Thor' to obliterate one of the Galilean Moons to retaliate against a regime which happened to vex the Wattinrae leader.
   
   
3. On the 3rd of January, 2022, Jar Wattinree levelled an entire nation in an incredibly unbalanced form of retaliation to a minor bombing, a display of disproportionate retribution.
   
   
4. Jar Wattinree has furthermore annexed and conquered many nations through abuse of their superior scientific prowess with Project Thor, enslaving sovereign nations that are not outright destroyed to wither away under the nation’s tyranny.

Recognising that the dreadful abuses of power of Jar Wattinree extend beyond the matters of unjustified military annihilation and subjugation, up to and including acts of tremendous violence against more than simply nations.

Recalling a particular incident in which Jar Wattinree briefly spurred turmoil in the regional administration of the Pacific by forcing The Seeker of Power into The Rejected Realms, in a moment of rebellion against the Order.

Incredibly saddened by the plight of snakes across the Pacific, unfairly condemned to become boots and belts in a horrific display of animal exploitation, as they languish under fox tyranny propelled in large part thanks to the efforts of Jar Wattinree.

Noting that some of the barbaric punishments doled out to innocent animals by Jar Wattinree include 'pretzeling' the snakes, an act of contorting them into shapes against their will, 'rolling' innocent ducks and ocelots, and inducing extended periods of confinement for all the wildlife; all of which have inspired instances of lasting trauma in the recipients of this abuse.

Immensely pained at the lack of rights for Wattinrae citizens, noting that the government fails to recognise even fundamentally basic rights, such as the right of same-sex couples to be in a relationship, the right to self-determination in lifestyle, and any conceivable right to privacy for the citizenry at all, reducing their people to the effective status of cattle.

Amused but inconvenienced that Jar Wattinree’s government defended against extraneous harsh allegations against their former sovereign nation by rejecting the condemnation of aggrieved governments and openly disregarding any legitimacy of said grievances.

Believing that these undeniably excessive acts of aggression and oppression against not only the regional wildlife, their fellow nations, but also their own people warrants nothing less than the firmest condemnation of this council,

Hereby Condemns Jar Wattinree.
