OVERVIEW

The United Mandaran States national football team (Pemecutan Malay: Tim Sepakbola Mandara Serikat) represents United Mandaran States in international football competition since the country establishment in 2025. It is governed by All-Mandaran Football Association, for the governing body of football in the country.

Throughout the history, the Mandaran ethno-linguistic area have been represented by various countries in international sports competition especially the NSWC. Rarungan entered for the first time at the qualification phase of 68th World Cup, but never come back again to the competition. Soracana Islands try their luck in World Cup competition by entering the 85th World Cup qualifying round. They failed to qualify and never went back again. Pemecutan was the latest to test the World Cup euphoria by entering the 86th World Cup cycle. They success to qualify for the first time in their 3rd appearance in World Cup cycle and have been qualify to World Cup ever since. Their best performance was at the 90th World Cup edition where they came out as the runner-up of the competition. In other competitions, Pemecutan also have a better result than the other constituent states. They managed to win 3 titles of CMFA Mandalanusa Cup consecutively. While Soracana Islands only managed to become a runner-up twice. On the other hand, Toluiwa become the most successful state in IAC after managed to reached quarterfinal at the 19th edition of the competition. Following the unification of these countries into United Mandaran States, both CMFA and NSWC admit them as the official successor of Pemecutan as the last country who compete in World Cup. While their participation in IAC competition might be ceased and their ranking won't be succeeded by any other nation as CMFA barred their member to compete in IAC competition.

TEAM IMAGE
Kits

Sidartha Textile is again trusted to create the jersey of the national team. The company was created the latest jersey of Pemecutan national football team before the unification. It consists of 3 sets of jersey, home, away and goalkeeper jersey. They use the 6 national colors for the base color of the kits. Blue, red and white are use in the home jersey. Green, yellow and white are used for the away jersey. While black and white are used by the goalkeeper. Differ from their previous design for Pemecutan, UMS national team jersey is quite plain and simple with less pattern except for the checkerboard pattern applied in the home jersey shirt and a washed-up pattern on the short of the goalkeeper jersey. Despite the simple design, it is still praise by the officials, players and supporters.

TACTIC AND FORMATION

Style: +3.5
Preferred Formation: 4-3-3 (with variation)

Manager Surya Agung Pramana using his strategy during him leading Pemecutan team by adopting the 4-3-3 formation which is a signature of Pemecutan. However, this formation is actually not Pramana's favorite formation. He was specialized in 4-4-2 formation, but when he uses this formation at the start of his career in Pemecutan national team, it didn't go well. Then he went back to use 4-3-3 formation as a legacy of the former manager, Agung Suryanantha. Despite using the 4-3-3 format, when helming United Mandaran States, Pramana suggested that he will try a variation of the formation. This in line with his perception of Cakranegaran and Toluiwan players who are more adapted in a defensive formation.

WC96 - Mertagne & Huayramarca

The Crpostranian National Football Team is hoping to qualify for the World Cup on its debut appearance at this stage. This comes after high confidence from competing in tournaments like the IAC Championships & BoF, where the team performed well on its debut attempt & exited the tournament in the Ro16. The rise of Crpostranian football has been noticed by several sports equipment brands, and this year, the association has entered into an agreement with Nerio, a Dantopian sports MNC to become the kit sponsor for the team. The sponsorship deal includes a multi-million credit deal for an undisclosed period of time. This also marks the first time in Crpostranian history that a foreign sportswear company has concluded a deal with the team. The Home & Away kits designed by Nerio have been released below

Summary
Kelssek's tactical culture is fluid and direct, generally favouring technical and versatile players. Within each positional group, players are listed in order of the likelihood they will play. Greyed out names were in the qualifiers pool but not selected for the finals squad.

Jenas Maraipu GK, Kirkenes FC, b. Outineau, BL (age 28) - 16 caps | A product of the Association Ariddienne youth program. Pounces and catches balls with catlike technique.
Ryan Terlock GK, Holdenberg City [EUR], b. Wynleth, NC (age 32) - 29 caps | All-rounder who does everything well but not exceptionally so, other than using his 194cm height to good advantage; strikers have been known to complain that his arms and legs seem to go everywhere.
Alison Troczynski GK, Latrobe Athletic, b. Latrobe (age 26) - 0 cap | Two-time Patriotes Cup winner, but has only really forced her way into consideration with Latrobe's tilt at the league title with fewest goals against.
Megan Woodwell GK, Burnaby SC (age 26) - 4 caps | Responded impressively to being handed Burnaby's number one jersey.

Nacuémiró Buené LB/LWB, Mâ Âlâmëómë [FFD], b. records sketchy, Farfadillis (age 32) - 72 caps, 3 goals | Former Burnaby captain, Patriotes Cup winner and three-time league champion. A skill player with a great cross, defensively sound but prone to get bullied by bigger attackers.
Alain-Elric Sauvé LB, CF Outineau, b. Outineau, Bea. (age 26) - 4 caps
James Jouppi LB, Shearwater, b. Coquitlam, Kon. (age 22) - 0 caps

Timo Thomsen CB, Océanic Langlois (age 29) - 4 caps | Patience has paid off for this commanding aerial dueller as he established himself relatively late in his career, finally earning the captain's armband at Océanic and forcing himself on the national team radar.
Ingrid Lambert [captain] CB, Burnaby SC, b. Burnaby, Kon. (age 32) - 47 caps, 2 goals | Athletic tackler and ball-playing defender who isn't afraid to get forward.
Loisé Camserhe CB, Stahlberg City [NPH], b. Place, Farfadillis (age 31) - 29 caps | Grew up in Breton and part of Shearwater's Champions League winning team. Kelssek were anxious to call up this bulldog of a defender before Farfadillis does.
Bleke Durocher CB, Kirkenes FC (age 25) - 2 caps | Was in Kelssek Championship team of the year so quite good apparently.
Eoin Bream CB, Revolutionaries [EUR], b. Latrobe, Etn. (age 31) - 23 caps | Commanding in the air and remarkably agile for a big guy. Reads the game well and can make a forward pass or two.

Tobert Usher RB, CF Outineau, b. Outineau, Bea. (age 27) - 17 caps, 2 goal | Outineau captain. Has got a wicked cross on him and loves an underlap. Captained Outineau to a league title.
Eilwen Loew RB/LB, Guard FC [DAR], b. Burnaby, Kon. (age 25) - 13 caps | Speedy, high work-rate, binge-watches reality TV shows.
Sorcha Cleeves RB, Océanic Langlois, b. Kirkenes, NC (age 24) - 0 caps | Overlooked by the clubs in her home province, burst onto the scene when she seized a spot in Océanic's Championship-winning side through sheer speed and chance-creating ability from out wide.

Êsêkïl dí Völará [vice-captain] CM, Mâ Âlâmëómë [FFD], b. NaN, Farfadillis (age 33) - 65 caps, 5 goals | A deep-lying playmaker who relentlessly recycles possession and is hard to get around with the ball on the ground.
Eamon Breault CM, Olympique Chuckio [DAR], b. Breton, HG (age 26) - 33 caps, 3 goals | A technically adept pinger of the ball into channels, Breault caught international notice on Shearwater's run to the Champions League title.
Terence de Landa AM, Directus [EUR], b. Burnaby, Kon. (age 26) - 18 caps, 1 goal | Dynamic, gangly playmaker at his best carrying the ball forward.
Titan Pogbacar CM, Burnaby SC, b. Burnaby, Kon. (age 20) - 3 caps, 1 goal | Physically imposing and technically impressive. Tipped as a ball-progressing wonderkid. Played in the 17th Summer Olympics and the losing side in a Rising Stars Cup final.
Kaiden Pépin CM/AM, CF Saint-Richard, b. Saint-Richard (age 25) - 11 caps | Calming presence in the midfield.
Agapeto Licea CM/DM, Burnaby SC, b. Mineru, Kon. (age 21) - 3 caps | Another talent from Burnaby's Rising Stars Cup runners-up, though considered a bit unready for the big stage coaches are highly aware of his eligibility to also play for Farfadillis if they don't get him into the side first.
Errol Lìos AM, Revolutionaries [EUR], (age 24) - 2 caps
Issac Lafrenière CM/LM, Océanic CF Langlois, b. Outineau, Beaulac (age 35) - 91 caps, 6 goals | Creative, flashy, can unlock the defence with incisive passing from deep, and drops like a rag doll if he thinks he can get a free kick.
Alejandra Younes DM/CM, Dalaris City [PFA], b. Mistgwyn, NC (age 27) - 6 caps | Dogged midfield anchor. Determined but also impulsive and easily wound-up.

Julius Heer LW, Schemerdrecht SVV [KOR], b. Bramleigh, NC (age 29) - 25 caps | Full-backs HATE his technical ability and his love of nutmegging them on the byline. Has a koi fish tattoo on his left arm for some reason.
Rory Joseph RM/RW, Burnaby SC, b. Kingstown, Kon. (age 27) - 12 caps, 2 goals | Very rapid. Much creative. Hair product endorser.
Miles Mann RW, Falourr [EUR], b. Outineau, BL (age 32) - 35 caps, 4 goals | Dynamic and determined. Big xHustle/90 numbers.
Chike Obident RW/AM, Latrobe Athletic, b. Latrobe (age 23) - 0 caps | High-skill spark plug of a player who's still a bit raw tactically.

Lionel an Deòir ST, Spartangrad [EUR] b. Torbay (age 24) - 21 caps, 11 goals | Exciting talent with lots of pace and an inadvisedly powerful shot.
Thor Ibrahim Ahmad AM/F RC, Directus [EUR], b. Outineau, BL (age 31) - 84 caps, 27 goals | Fox in the box, or indeed outside of it with his ability to unleash a cannon from distance. A big-occasion player with a knack for scoring crucial goals.
Zoé Goh-Lemaire ST, 1923 Esca [MYT], b. Kirkenes (age 27) - 21 caps, 3 goals | Playmaking forward with great link up play and a sense for gobbling up rebounds.
Danielle Maradrogba ST, Coret Hawks [NPH], b. Outineau, BL (age 33) - 73 caps, 19 goals | Power and placement is what you get when she gets an inch of space. An exciting, highly touted talent produced from the underdog hero Association Ariddienne club.
Maelle Sarada ST, Coquitlam United, b. Riverfort, Kon. (age 25) - 0 caps | Pacey, dribbly, hard to stop when she runs at you.
Rolando Cutter CF/LW, Olympia Borograd [STL], b. Kingstown, Kon. (age 20) | Allegedly the next Colm Ó Tuathail.

Manager: Calen Reamsey | Former manager of CS Saint-Rémy, where he did well at first, and then quite badly, albeit with limited resources. Tends to go for a 4-3-3.

Honours: Cup of Harmony 43 champions, 2-time Ad'ihan Challenge Trophy winners
Direct free-kicks: Rory Joseph, Julius Heer
Corners: Rory Joseph, Julius Heer, Nacuémiró Buené
Penalties: Thor Ibrahim Ahmad

Stadiums - Rotates between three stadiums.

Fan culture
Kelssek's national teams are nicknamed the Voyagers in reference to the fact that major international tournaments are practically always in a different region and many time zones away (unless Kelssek is hosting it, of course).
Maybe Tomorrow is common to all national teams:
Voyagers, they keep on calling me
Down the road, that's where I'll always be
Onward Kelssek, the shout from everyone
Step by step, fighting on, till glory's won
Maybe tomorrow, our journey will be done
Until tomorrow, we'll just keep movin' on

Tune: "Maybe Tomorrow" (Littlest Hobo theme song)

Summer of 46 is sport-specific, and references the hosting of World Cup 46, the watershed in soccer actually becoming popular in Kelssek.
Got my first real football
Played it on a plastic pitch
Rubber pellets went everywhere
It was the cycle of forty-six
Oh when I look back now
Thought that it would last forever
Those were the football glory days

Tune: Summer of '69

MANAGEMENT STAFF
Manager: Liangde He (71) Image
Assistant manager: Julian Warner (41)
Goalkeeping Coach – Starc Johnston, (49)
Defensive Coach – Narayan Das, (43)
Offensive Coach – Bighnesh Mullick, (56)
Physiotherapist – Sharon Bumberbatch, (52)

SQUAD
[Starters are in bold]

GOALKEEPERS

GK-Lance Logan (Image 1830 Cathair) - Age 25
Lance Logan needs no introduction. Undoubtedly the star player of the team and the only Brook to have been nominated for the Testiculos till now, Logan keeps improving with every season in 1830 Cathair. Logan is renowned for his quick reflexes and calmness at the goal, which has made him quite the sensation in Brookstation by now.

GK-Joel Latibeaudiere (Image Destin Easterners) - Age 34
Once the starting choice for the national team, Latibeaudiere has lost himself in the shadow of Logan, but still possesses the skills and potential which are good enough to make him the second choice goalkeeper of the team.

GK-Terrell Graves (Image Space Coast Rockets) - Age 28
Called up for primarily for his performances in the Brook Football League, Graves will remain mostly as a third choice option for the team. Graves is still a young player and with quite some time still in hand, Graves might help himself up the ranks.

DEFENDERS

CB- Mark Jamieson (Image FC1. Bjarnarey Flotilla) - Age 29
Bold, fearless, and versatile, Jamieson stands over 6 feet tall and is one of the propelling forces of the Brook national team. Jamieson has been a part of the national team for quite a long time and have excelled under the guidance of Harlow and Scott and now with the departure of Harlow, Jamieson is the one who rightfully replaces him.

CB-Rod Dick Jacobus (Image Haligonian) - Age 22
Jacobus is not your typical, stout defender. Rather, he is a concentrated player with a very clear understanding of the game. His intelligence, composure and the ability to read his opponent's next move makes him so celebrated in the country despite his young age.

LB-Geovani Angeles (Image Alnio) - Age 27
A young defender who recently made a transfer to Chromatikan side Alnio, making him the most expensive Brook transfer of all time. He has been a very important part of his club Alnio's defense and has a bright future ahead of him. He is looking forward to defend for his national side to the best of his abilities.

RB- Lawrence Butler (Image FC Conton) - Age 27
Honestly speaking, Butler has always been an aggressive player, not shying away from the dirty work on the field. Surely, this has put him in trouble in the past but he doesn't seem to care.

CB-Wyatt Bean (Image Vogsphere United) - Age 22
Don't let his name deceive you. Wyatt Bean is one of the most agile players on the squad. With excellent endurance and an ability to stand up at the most difficult situations, Bean is a perfect inclusion to the squad.

LB-Jayden Alonso (Image Syneca) - Age 29
Alonso is a complete, dominant and eloquent central defender with physical power and immense strengh suited perfectly to put him in the defensive position. He might not be the fastest player one is looking for but his coordination and agility combined with his fit stature suit

RB-Josh Ferguson (Image Other side of Paradise) - Age 23
Having always been inspired by the national team. Ferguson had long dreamt of representing the national team one day but that opportunity never arose until recently, when Scott's retirement from football opened the perfect avenue for Ferguson to step up. He is a tall, stout defender who knows how to handle his opponents on the field.

CB- Kaan Lang (Image AC Dason) - Age 21
Lang's speciality lies in shutting down attacks with his fast pace and tactical brilliance. He possesses the ability to read the game very tactfully, anticipating opponent's moves before they happen. A brick wall at the back, this defender is a solid inclusion to the squad.

MIDFIELDERS

CM-Francois Debuer (Image Frenei Tor) - Age 27
Once seen as one of the brightest prospects of Brookstation, Debuer's career was shattered by injuries at a very young age. However, Debuer's recovery aged like fine wine. Having been back to football for the last three seasons. Debuer's performances have been truly phenomenal, having also earned a 3 million move to Chromatikan side Frenei Tor.

CM-Laron Veum (Image Lublova Reds) - Age 34 (VC)
Laron Veum is a promising young midfielder who plays for Squornshelan side Lublova Reds. He has spent most of his prime career in Squornshelan Remnant States. Veum tends to come deeper and get open inside the hole between the opposition lines. which has helped his team to get goals.

CAM-Rosario Riccobono (Image Betham FC) - Age 26
Riccobono's reign at Ko-oren was short lived but the experience gained by him during his stay was enough to knock Ko-oren out of World Cup 95. A pivotal force in Brookstation's legendary squad which made history in World Cup 95', Riccobono is currently the most sought after player in Brookstation. Riccobono is already a starter for the national team and is one of the best playmakers and dribblers in the squad right now. Riccobono has the ability to scan the field properly and map out his plays very carefully, leaving no scope for making errors, Also, dont forget to look out for his crazy hairstyles

LM/RM-Tavian Tudorache (Image Avanaroch White Wings FC) - Age 30
Experienced, aggressive and arogant midfielder, played over 50 games with Other side of Paradise. He has spent quite a long time in Tikariot, gaining experience over the years, usually oscillating from team to team, owing to his terrible luck.

CM-Fulgencio Ermis (Image Ridgewell Rovers) - Age 24
An orthodox, impressively fast midfielder who always has his eye on the goal and will do anything to find the right chance to shot. He maybe termed a bit greedy but as long as he stays in sync with his teammates, he will assist.

CAM-Harry Blackburn (Image Busukuma AC) - Age 23
One of the best players among the uncapped lot, Blackburn possesses the right skills to adapt to any style of play. Versatile, intelligent and elegant, Blackburn possesses all the qualities required to become a top player. Blackburn's move to Busukuma makes him the first Brook player to play in the Shango Fogoa League.

FORWARDS

ST-Moussa Wague (Image FC Inter Nantwich) - Age 29
Undoubtedly, one of the best strikers of Brookstation at the moment. Wague has been the top scorer of his club for this season despite of his young age. Following the farewell of Cust from the team, Wague has become one of the starters for the team. Wague posseses the ability to plan out attacks and with the help of his speed, strength and dribbling skills makes his way towards the goal. Wague has been overshadowed by the likes of Robes and Johnson but whenever he gets a chance to make it to the goal, he is ready to prove his mettle. Wague is a fierce, hard working striker who is always on the look for chances and thus is a great addition to the front line of the national team.

LW-John J Johnson (Image Space Coast Rockets) - Age 32 (C)
Currently the best player in Brookstation, John Johnson is on his way to overtake Robes as Brookstation’s top scorer. Johnson is a lethal finisher as well as an excellent assister. With his eyes always at the goal, Johnson is always on his toes to grab opportunities to strike.

RW-Jimmy Robinson (Image Sanar) - Age 27
Robinson is yet another player, who has been instrumental in his club's performance. Denver might not be the best club out there but despite of playing for a struggling team, Robinson managed to display his skills on the field, ending up as one of the top scorers of the season. Robinson is one of the best emerging players in Brookstation and following his recent move to Chromatik side Sanar, expectations are high from the youngster.

SS/RW-Roy-Allan Butterfield (Image Avondale Beach) - Age 24
Butterfield is a tall player with a fit stature who plays mostly as a shadow striker. He is an offensive all rounder who can adapt to a variety of positions up front such as winger, attacking midfielder, support striker, and centre forward. A young talent, Butterfield has become one of the top scorers of the domestic league.

LW/ST-David Waters (Image Other side of Paradise) - Age 25
Joint winner of the Young Player winner alongside his counterpart, Waters has been rightfully claimed as the next Robes. Having replaced the skipper in Other side of Paradise at the mere age of 18, Waters has always strived to give his best on and off the field. A hard worker, Waters has definitely shown noticeable improvement over the last few years. Despite holding a crucial position in his club, Waters still looks forward to play internationally to gain exposure to the game.

ST-Oakley Gamble (Image Whitepool) - Age 23
Gamble has recently become a sensation in Brookstation mainly due to his epic performance in the Brevity Cup, where he played an instrumental role in helping Brookstation reach the finals in a pretty shocking manner. One of the youngest members of the squad, Gamble has displayed the potential to become Brookstation's next big star.

Full Nation Name: The Allied States of Esporonia

Demonym: Esporonians

Team Nickname: Llamas

Capital City: Boyolevi

President: Brandon Walker

Esporonia is a relatively new country, only having been around for about 15 years. Its birth truly came after a bloody civil war in which the entire government was overthrown and replaced with a new one, deemed a new nation. It prioritizes civil rights, but generally prevents citizens from doing harmful things such as drugs or destroying the environment, which is considered very valuable. It strives to have equality in the workplace, social life, income, and anything else where the idea is applicable, yet is not quite to a satisfactory point.

The national football team was founded in 2022, and it almost exclusively draws players from the small domestic league. After a couple years of development, it is now deemed ready to compete among other nations, though there are few high hopes for success. It got in the top 8 out of 24 teams in the 83rd Baptism of Fire.

Tactics

Esporonia’s national team plays a 3-4-3. The most common strategy is to play defensively until setting up a strong and fast counter attack. In this maneuver, all attackers and midfielders will play up in an attempt to score. This, however, only happens in short bursts every several minutes, and the main attack usually ends after a dead ball. Outside of this, the tactics are mostly centered on protecting the goal and controlling the ball.

Modifier: 0

Top Players

Cameron McTighe
This right wing at the peak of his prime is consensually the best player on the team. His main talent is being able to get past defenders in order to create scoring opportunities. Though his deep bag and good moments are phenomenal, he is a bit inconsistent.

Giovanni D’Angelo
The center back is a great defender with a cannon for a leg. When he gets the ball he can unleash long, well-placed clears which begin a counter attack. A large man, he plays very physically and has a bad temper, which makes him the player with the most cards.

Trevor Medina
This left midfielder is known for his pinpoint accuracy with the ball. His control with dribbling as well as passing is nearly unmatched by anyone else from his country. Though he generally has trouble against good defenders, his ball movement certainly makes up for it.

Kits

Home: Plain black shorts
Gradient shirt from black to dark blue, bottom to top, with the same shade of blue sleeves and collar

Team Cassadaigua- World Cup 96

Coach- Chen Huikang (61)

The post Brittany Byers era began in World Cup 94 with the first international manager hired to coach the national team since Alexander Pappas led the team. Pappas only led the team to World Cup champions in the 50th and 51st editions, so while the expectations will not be to duplicate that right away, the nation is confident with him at the helm. In all of Cassadagan sports, he is only the second international manager to be taken on. The other was Maddie Polanco in baseball, who also ultimately led Cassadaigua to a title. Chen has experience with the national team of his homeland, Yuezhou, and his domestic record includes a successful stint with CSKA Quebec. With several key Cassadagan players also playing in Quebec, that was also seen as an asset. Chen likes an attacking style, and we have seen that so far.

It’s been a hot and cold relationship for Chen while he has been here. He got off to a great start, promptly leading the nation to championships in Copa Rushmori 43 and RTC 19, then got the Fillies to qualify for World Cup 94. However, the World Cup 95 Cycle was poor, and led to some wanting him to be dismissed. A slow start in Copa Rushmori 45 got the critics to raise their voices, but then the Fillies rallied to make the title game of that Copa Rushmori, before falling. Chen then led the team to the semifinals in RTC 21. For now, he’s okay in the eyes of CASE, though some fans are not as convinced.

Assistant- Kimberly Carson (50) (Winchester City)

Carson was successful with the national team for multiple Cups and has since moved on and made Winchester City more of a title threat within the CSL. The defender will focus on that aspect of play to coincide with Chen's attacking mindset. She has been the assistant of Chen since his first tournament here. As defense is her focus, and with defense not really being the problem when things have gone south, there’s no reason to replace her.

Starters in Green
Subs in Blue
Reserves in Red

Goalkeepers:
#30- Lacey Horvath (21) (Starksville Coastal)- Starter RTC 19, Reserve RTC 18 & WC 95, Sub CR 45
#20- Erica Knapp (27) (Concord Heights City)- Starter CR 44, Reserve WC 93 & 94, CR 43 & 45
#50- Adrienne Perlini (24) (Brattleboro Westside)- International Debut

Things get very interesting right at the top of the lineup, as this is not the conventional goalkeeping lineup that you have seen in World Cups from us. Stacie Thornton was expected to retire, but Stacey Schalberg, the World Cup 95 starter and Copa Rushmori 45 starter, who’s still just 29, not even being part of the roster has opened some eyes. But Chen Huikang has made it clear that you cannot go into World Cup 96 looking too much like your World Cup 95 team that underachieved, and thus we get this group. Now, Lacey Horvath is coming off back to back CSL titles with Starksville Coastal, and Erica Knapp was instrumental in Concord Heights City finishing second. So, that was certainly factored into Chen’s decision. Perhaps not listing Schalberg as the third option was a mutual decision between coach and player that was just never made public.

Defenders:
#4- Tiffany Brown (28) (Starksville Coastal)- Starter WC 94 & 95, CR 43-45, Sub WC 93 & CR 42 (TEAM CAPTAIN)
#3- Alyssa Marlin (28) (Winchester City)- Starter WC 93-95 & CR 43-45, Sub CR 42
#6- Rachel Becker (29) (New Lakeland SC)- Starter WC 93-95, CR 42, 43, & 45, Sub WC 92, Reserve CR 41
#32- Michelle Lawson (26) (Winchester City)- Sub WC 94 & 95, Reserve CR 43

#2- Madison Rutland (33) (Starksville Coastal)- Starter WC 91-95 , CR 40-43 & 45, DBC 51 & 52 (Was the Captain of World Cup 95 squad)
#21- Stacie Rinaldi (19) (Concord Heights Suburban)- Reserve CR 45

#36- Callie Houghton (23) (Grande Mountain)- Starter RTC 19, Reserve WC 95 & CR 45.
#39- Ashley Crossman (24) (Concord Heights City)- International Debut

We see some changes here as well, but not as much in the starters. Three of the four return, with Brown, Marlin, and Becker being a steady core for this team in the back. The one person that is not returning to the starting lineup, Madison Rutland, is still expected to see a ton of playing time. Chen and company simply believe that she will be best utilized as a late game substitute. Michelle Lawson has earned her chance for regular duty. With both Becker and Lawson now starting, this group also has quite a physical edge to them that we have not seen in a little while. Tiffany Brown is the captain here for the first time, and while she is great defensively, she’s a player who can sneak into the offense and score on long range shots.

Midfielders:
#23- Kaitlin Millikan (28) (Concord Heights City)- Starter WC 94, 95 & CR 43-44, Sub CR 42 & WC 93, Reserve WC 92
#24- Lauren Engle (23) (Montreal Koreana, Quebec)- Starter WC 94-95 & CR 44, 45, Sub CR 43, Starter RTC 18
#25- Chrissy Engle (23) (Shirley Metros Ladies FC, Baker Park)- Starter WC 95, CR 44 & 45, Sub WC 94 & CR 43, Starter RTC 18
#28- Rachel Wyman (23) (Montreal City, Quebec)- Starter CR 45, Sub CR 43 & WC 95, Starter RTC 18, Reserve WC 94

#35- Marquis Miles (29) (Victoriaville City)- Sub WC 92, 94 & CR 42, 44 & 45; Reserve CR 41 & WC 93 & 95
#31- Emma Woodward (19) (Concord Heights City)- Sub CR 45

#27- Emma McHugh (26) (Starksville Coastal)- Reserve WC 95, CR 44 & 45
#44- Rylie Benoit (19) (Brattleboro FC)- International Debut

The names that are seen here all have received regular playing time, but there is a big change in play. That is simply, the move back from a 4-3-3 base to the 4-4-2 base, which Cassadaigua would commonly employ until around the World Cup 91 or 92 period. Kaitlin Millikan opted out of the last Copa Rushmori, with some thinking that it was a disagreement with Chen Huikang, but they have since said that was not the reason. Otherwise, the Engles and Wyman get their next opportunity to impress, and there are some interesting names on the bench. Both Woodward and Benoit, each 19, being named to the team was not expected but as has been said, you can’t stick with status quo across the board after the disastrous last Cycle we had.

Forwards:
#43- Lexi McGregor (26) (Starksville United)- Starter WC 94, 95 & CR 43, 45, Sub WC 93, CR 42, Reserve WC 92
#16- Lacey Sherwood (26) (Rutland Dockside)- Starter CR 43 & 45, Sub WC 94, Reserve WC 93, 95 & CR 42

#29- Shannon Cunningham (25) (Alino, Chromatika)- Starter WC 94, 95 & CR 43 & 45, Sub WC 93 & CR 42
#8- Taylor Westfall (19) (Victoriaville South End)- Reserve CR 45

#12- Katelyn Morgan (19) (Concord Heights Suburban)- Reserve CR 45
#19- Hannah Chapman (19) (Victoriaville City)- International Debut

Nothing is going to ever change with Lexi McGregor here. She’s continued to be the most prolific scorer in the CSL, and is coming off a great Copa Rushmori. She also was certainly not the problem in the last World Cup, so the person that many outsiders probably consider a spoiled diva will continue to lead the way here. However, there are a lot of changes here, with the big one being the demotion of Shannon Cunningham. A part of that though is the transition back to a 4-4-2 from a 4-3-3, leaving one less spot available. Lacey Sherwood had a good Copa Rushmori and is going to get a chance to start. At least for now, because if things don’t go well, Cunningham, or someone else may start. Three nineteen year olds on the roster, replacing the likes of Allyson Perry, Chloe Anderson, and Rachel Boldin, will certainly get your attention. For those who saw Taylor Westfall on our Copa Rushmori roster, it was a typo on her age when she was listed as 28, and not 18.

About The Cassadagan Mindset on Qualifying: Until we get 48 team World Cups, our nation refers to "qualifying" as a classification instead, and that there are two World Cups: World Cup 96A, and World Cup 96B. 96A is what is held in Mertagne and Huayramarca. 96B is what will be referred to by others as the Cup of Harmony. The Cassadagan media no longer will call that competition the Cup of Harmony until 48 team World Cups are played.

This Saterun squad has had great success recently, winning the 20th IAC and taking home the first championship of a Saterun national team ever. These Claws have shown that they can mix it with the best of the Independents, and Kameron Boyd has secured his legacy and his job, but will they be able to finally qualify for a World Cup? Their first campaign last cycle under Boyd has moderate success, with the Claws still being in contention until the final day, but disappointment at home against Drawkland made it bittersweet. Now, off the back of their greatest achievement to date, can the Claws go one step further?

HISTORY

Chromatika first entered the World Cup in Cycle 73, going a modest 3-2-7. They made the Cup of Harmony in Cycle 74, and qualified for the first time in Cycle 75, losing in the Round of Sixteen. Chromatika would have their most successful campaign in World Cup 76, making it to the 3rd place Playoff before finishing in fourth place, despite the domestic upheaval in the country. Their first Manager, Franscesca Larriet-Cortes, was martyred at the end of World Cup 75; the political stresses of the job made it so that Lisa Amos, the team's Manager after Franscesca, resigned after World Cup 76.

The team would enjoy continued success from World Cup 77 through World Cup 81, as Silian Parker helped the squad qualify for the World Cup every time, and the team even made it to the Round of Sixteen or beyond three of those times. Even when Chromatika didn't enter World Cup 82, their return to the World Cup in 83 was a success, though both World Cup 83 and 84 saw the Anomalies stymied at the Proper Group Stage - 84 being under new management in Nepharan Konrad Evans.

World Cup 85 was a disaster - the team didn't qualify and didn't even make a deep run in the Cup of Harmony, leading to the sacking of Evans and the appointment of Richard Valens of Krytenia and Tim Landers of Delaclava. The team would qualify in World Cup 86, and 87, host the World Cup in 88, and return to the Proper in 89. However, Chromatika was not making the deep runs that the nation wanted/needed, so they said goodbye to Valens and Landers and looked inward.

Sandra Sybill and Rachel Hellion, key figures during Chromatika's runs in the early days, stepped in. A loss to Nyowani Kitara meant that they were eliminated, but the team turned around and won the 82nd Cup of Harmony. The following cycle, they made it to the Playoffs, where a loss in penalties to Zeta Reka and Hügeltaldom sealed the fate of Sybil and Hellion. Lisa Amos stepped in to lead the team to a respectable Quarterfinal finish in the resulting Cup of Harmony, and Chromatika was left wondering just how far they were away from the glory days.

Lev Repin came in, promising glory - and the Anomalies grabbed it off the cuff, winning their Group to qualify ahead of Ko-oren. Put into a group with Turori, Eura, and Cassadaigua, the Anomalies lost to Turori 3-0 before recovering to win narrowly over Eura and Cassadaigua. They'd fall 1-2 to perennial powerhouses Græntfjall, but they had finally broken back through.

Then, with the World Cup returning to Chromatika, the Anomalies went on the run of a lifetime, making their way to the World Cup Final, beating Zwangzug in the process. They eventually lost the final 3-4 to Banija, but had put themselves back as the #4 team in the world and capable of contending at the biggest stage.

World Cup 94 saw the Anomalies make the Round of Sixteen before losing to Banija once again; then, they cohosted World Cup 95 with Sylestone, only to go 0-2-1 in the Group Stage and not make the Round of Sixteen. Now, with Repin entering his last cycle and the "Golden Generation" starting to age out, Chromatika finds itself at a crossroads.

MANAGEMENT STAFF

MG ImageLev Repin | Age: 64 | Height: 5 ft 9 in | Debut Cycle: 92
A footballing legend who had 177 caps for Mytanija at full back during his playing days, Lev Repin signed a three-cycle contract by the Chromatik Football Federation, with the option of extending for two more cycles. A schemer tactically and a passionate figure, Repin ihas made the vaunted 3-5-2/3-4-1-2 system work in Chromatika, not only helping them reach the World Cup Proper but make their first World Cup Final. The Anomalies unfortunately then crashed out in the Round of Sixteen before losing out in the Group Stage the last time around; now, with it being Repin's last contracted cycle with the team, and the new generation knocking on the door, he has his work cut out for him.

PHY ImageZoe "Z" Benne | Age 47 | Debut Cycle: 80
Once a heartthrob, Zoe Benne is married to former Chromatik superstar and now White Mountain club manager Erika Morningstar. Zoe has been a constant for thirteen cycles now, and has had to treat everything from sprained ankles to serious injuries after the bus sabotage last cycle. She remains a great asset.

SMC ImageShelby Arling | Age: 32 | Debut Cycle: 87
The presence of Arling as the Social Media Coordinator has become as important as ever. She is the primary communications officer for all things regarding the Senior Squad, and one of the confidants of Repin. All questions go through her, and she takes away any and all distractions.

Juxon Fillar remains the team's #1 keeper. Very good at set pieces and one-on-one scenarios, he's become better in transition and also become a leader in the locker room, being Captain for a while now. Having reached the World Cup Final, he holds the second half collapse as one of the lowest points of his career - but if it wasn't for him, they would've never gotten there. He has won a Champions' League Title, and now been to a World Cup Final; the only thing that remains is to win one. With the birth of his firstborn, he's even more motivated than ever - and he'll be rearing to go.

Do Seung-Min has very good peripheral vision. When normally, keepers need to turn their heads to keep track of the ball, Do's excellent vision means that he is apt at faking out scorers by making them unaware of the fact that he was aware. His emergence at 1923 Esca has helped the team return to contention in Mytanija, and success at the international stage. Ahead of him by the slimmest of margins is one Hailee Sourtois, the heir-apparent in most circles of Juxon Fillar. With tremendous aerial reach, command of area, and jumping reach, Sourtois is a master of the aerial game. Possessing strong metal faculties with communication and decision-making, the Goalkeeper also has decent work rate, vision, and teamwork, along with positioning. Not the most natural of athletes, her quickness, aggression, and bravery could use some work, but decent anticipation, agility, and balance, along with high stamina make her one of the best goalkeeping prospects of her age group. With the hard times being faced by the Zenith, Sourtois has turned her attention to Directus, where she will conitnue to get tested.

Jill Swanson is a model of composure even at her young age, and is being continually tested at the Red League level; chasing her is one Rafaela Pilzer, a physical demon who will need the time she has behind this roster of experienced personnel to improve her mental game.

Juxon Fillar is still the key, but the battle to be Chromatika's #2 keeper will be fierce.

Repin's system requires three in the back - and that has really stretched out Chromatika's defensive core. Ami Coulibaly has established herself as the starter at Right Centre, the Banijan/Chromatik dual-national cementing herself after the last few tournaments. Known for her friendship with the Tumbran Golden Duo of Trudy Harrison and Stephen Kerr at Chromatik, Coulibaly uses dogged determination and endless motor to frustrate her foes; she is also quite good on her feet and in passing the ball up the pitch. Klavida Régine has taken over for the retired Henri de Aea, finally getting her moment in the spotlight. Her ability to overcome her lack of height with the busiest feet makes her a mainstay on this squad. Almost like a hound dog at times with how doggedly she pursues anyone that dare cross her, she has been noted to be annoying by her opponents time and time again. Her feet absolutely never stop moving during the game, and that endless pace results in many a tired opponent. To her left remains one Ipati Aimée, who was the second choice Left Back five ago. A traditional type defender who's quite good at clearing away headers, playing man-to-man, and possessing a robust skillset, Aimée is great at holding down the back line and helping anchor the squad to hold onto late leads. She isn't the most offensive of the options, but is a stable force.

With Ansov and Anbient both gone from the team, Paisley Paterson steps in at the second line. Born to a Chromatik mother and a Licentian father, Paterson grew up in Chromia, and only started football in her late teens. With size, pace, and most of all, a mentality of steel, Paterson has shown that she can be an enforcer on the pitch, not shying away from contact without drawing too many fouls. Her aerial game is still a cause for concern, but the dogged determination with which she pursues every play has made her an instant favorite no matter which coaching staff she works with. Now an established starter at Shamrock Cathair of Audioslavia, her determination has resulted in this position. Eileen Jackson-Jones steps in as the second-choice center back, an intense, put-together defender who can handle almost anyone that gets into her zone. She has been working hard on her stamina, and will now back up Régine. Rounding out the second-choice defensive backfield is Cylie Nodis - the most offensive minded center back in Chromatik history - especially since her defensive game has improved with age. With a nose for the ball on every set piece, some deep crosses and the ability to thread the needle using either foot, it's been stated that she should change to a Defensive Midfielder at times. She's set in her ways, though, and insists she should play at fullback. (Un)fortunately, she's proficient enough that nobody can really force her to do anything otherwise.

The third line has Muir, Harry, and Mixon; Twilight Mixon possesses great fundamentals along with the ability to move forward up the pitch as the situation warrants, Odwin Muir is an ace defender on set pieces who isn't the best on the attack that is physical, dogged, and determined, while Rowan Harry makes up for her height with her aggressiveness and tenacity. She is not someone you want to cross on the pitch, as she has both a short temper and a long memory.

All the recent retirements meant that there would be new names on this roster, and there are five. Aoi Kyouka's rise in Sylestone has been well regarded with interest - she makes life miserable for all who crosses her path, and she's very consistent; Uemura Saburo, on the other hand, has all the fundamentals to take the next step given enough time. Ineke Van der Plas Bouwmeester is pacy with good marking skills, Claudia Lethbridge-Antonio will be the future in the center going forward, and Hélène Ataciara provides versatility, being able to play with either foot.

With the eldest player on this position group being just thirty, there's a lot of youth and excitement to go around - but did Repin cut back too much?

In Repin's system, these players will be asked to do so much - pin their ears back and defend, or sometimes run up the field and add to the attack. Some of them are better at some aspect of that than others. Grayson Fillar is a bullheaded, stubborn, physical right back will will outright impose his will on his opponents. Overshadowed by his younger sister, the electric Baillaire, Grayson was the one who actually chose to finish high school in Chromatika before making the move to 1830 Cathair. Though he says that he's proud of his sister (and he probably is), there is a deeply competitive streak in him that demands that he also make a name for himself atop Chromatika's slew of Fillars. On the pitch, he knows how to use his size to its utmost advantage, almost appearing larger than he is at times. He also understands the importance of momentum and tone, leading to his not being shy to commit a foul if one is needed. He has presence, physicality, and endurance, and has added an offensive edge to his game by providing some pace and some through-balls to the front. Playing for 1923 Esca in Mytanija now, he's aged like fine wine. Alongside him is Edith Fillar, the next coming of Megan Kelly, or the Chromatik winger who's short but can run circles around would-be defenders and take over the game due to where she is on the pitch. She may not be the quickest off the ball, but she has the relentlessness that has been present on many great Chromatik wingers. With the mindset of a drill sergeant who is definitely the strictest on herself, she has eighty-one caps and thirty-two goals at only twenty-two years of age - her age of dominance is only just starting, and time is on her side. She's added playing man-to-man defense to her arsenal of formidable skills, as well as the ability to contribute long-range assists with deadly, precise crosses.

For the players behind these two, any of them can be used at any time - what they provide are all distinct and unique enough to be sought after. Emilie Kreutzberg is recognizable due to a magnificent mane of red hair, and a dynamic playmaker who is a swarmer, endlessly trying to be around the ball on the attacking end to tire out the defender and take the shot. She can be a tad overaggressive at times, often leading to being offside, but she scores or contributes to scoring chances enough times to make up for it. Expect her to assist whomever is the Striker in the formation with constant pressure in front of the goal. Manda Iarais a physically imposing player who's not afraid to use her size; she likes to pick on one defender for the whole game and wear them down, going for the kill in the end, earning her the distinction of being clutch at the end of games. Ibayashi Haitou has earned a more important spot after progressing immensely in Quebec and Shingoryeo. He is very good at keeping pace and dropping medium to long crosses. He still struggles with playing through contact, but has the natural aptitude for vision and flow of the match while becoming Mipojoseon's starter. Nemes Mátyás is a sniper through and through who can score at any range.

One of the newest faces in the Wing-Back room is Crystle Tracy, the ambidextrous winger from Betham FC who is a pure shooter of the ball and makes runs at the goal. Róża Panaś is neither the fastest nor the most creative, but is a good defensive option. Cyrus Vette immediately gains attention due to his ability to be a creative winger who can shoot with either foot, pass the ball on to the striker in the formation, or even head things in.

Far back in the depth chart are Annemarije Van der Wel[b], a model citizen who can be an asset late in games, and [b]Moreno Keel, someone who had all the hype in the world a few cycles ago before taking a few steps back. He still possesses fine vision and a good stutter-step, though, as this opportunity has come to him late in his career.

This is the position that Chromatika needs fireworks from to succeed.

Any formation needs at least one Defensive Midfielder, and Chromatika has the pick of the lot at the position, even after the retirement of Enigma Armageddon, Leysa Burns, Mare Si, and Kateryna Zuniga from the National Team. Kaia Larriet-Cortes, the niece of the late Franscesca Larriet-Cortes, is an even-keeled Defensive Midfielder best described as a younger, female Enigma Armageddon. Both of them are imposing, both of them lead on the pitch, and both of them know how to contribute offensively when needed. Where Enigma commands attention by physical presence, Kaia is more subtle, being in all the right places at right times. She is often the visionary on the pitch. She is often the visionary on the pitch, and nearing a hundred caps before age thirty.

Amélie Ju is a stereotypical holding midfielder who is rather adapt at catching would-be-speedsters and corralling them away from goal, and a capable substitute, while Alija Mesic-Mizayaki, is very good at defending, but continues to learn how this position can also contribute to the attack, while perfecting her already formidable arsenal in regards to marking, tackling, and defensive positioning. Marion Goo, the Red League-developed player with solid fundamentals, and Jayla Lethbridge-Antonio, with her size and creativity, round out this position.

Kaia Larriet-Cortes will always be in the game. Amélie and Alija both have unique skills - with Goo and Lethbridge-Antonio being depth options for now.

Depending on the formation, these roles can be taken by two other Midfielders that contribute to the attack, or a Central Midfielder and an Attacking Midfielder to differentiate the roles. Baillaire Fillar is the flashiest of the Fillars, subscribing to the Hermaeus Mora/Haley Hauser school of Attacking Midfielders, marrying both styles by shooting first and asking questions later while making deep runs into opposing territory. With a creative and dramatic flair that doesn't really exist in other Chromatiks from the past, Baillaire is a playmaker through and through. Having crested a hundred caps in the last World Cup, she's continued to mature in her game, and shows no signs of slowing down in her growth, having led Sivolvia Capitalizt to their first tile in the SRS. Vasiliy Marten Kuznetsov had to decide between LWB and AM being his major role, and the veteran chose AM to allow LWBs to be filled out by others. Having learned how to position in the left-center side of a 3-5-2 as needed, VMK will be best utilized in the 3-4-1-2 version. A star who can do it all - drop back and defend, counter, cross, and shoot from range - Kuznetsov remains humble and focused on the final, ultimate goal - returning to the World Cup Final and this time winning it. Haley Hauser is the shoot first, ask questions later Attacking Midfielder, scoring almost one goal every two appearances. She remains one of the biggest scoring threats on this roster alongside VMK and Lavrentiy Xuen-Zhukov.

Alissar Phoen, on the other hand, is an ambidextrous shooter who actually prefers range to up close. With creativity and dramatic scoring ability, he edged out Hauser in the last World Cup, but has dropped down after disappointing the CFF in the last World Cup. Evin Françine-Miklavivec has continued to grow after moving to 1923 Esca - she can hang with most but not all attacking players while also getting by most but not all defenders; she's quick but not lightning-fast, strong but not like a bulldozer, and creative but not brilliant. With Tyoma Laurette calling it curtains on his career, Þyrill Bjarnhéðinsson steps in as a creative outlet that has pace, vision, and deadly shooting skill while Maddie Prenn is the young prodigy in the wings, with both shooting ability and the knowledge of what is going on on the pitch.

In the next few cycles, Kuznoetsov, Hauser, and Phoen will call it quits. Then, the new age of the Chromatik AM will begin.

50. Harriet Baïe-Verte CF AF 19 RGS Athletic Eastfield Lodge 6 ft 1 in 0 0 96

Welcome back to prominence, strikers. After a system which needed more of assist-minded players to play the position, Strikers are back and in full force. Lavrentiy Xuen-Zhukov was the best suited for Repin's style of play - averaging more than a goal per match and becoming a crowd favorite for Chromatika. Zhukov is a Complete Forward that uses a combination of pace, stamina, and acceleration to fly past the opposition and score. He was the fastest ever to reach more than twenty goals, and with sixty-eight in sixty-six - all before age twenty-two - he will likely be the highest scoring Chromatik ever by the time his career is over. Candice Delaya, on the other hand, is decent with both her feet and her head, humble, and can show up in big games. Her ideal pace of play is lurking right in front of the defensive line, waiting for the one ball to create the chance for her to pounce on.

Elaine Howard-Dawes, the shooter who's lethal from close to midrange, can contribute as long as she doesn't need to get past someone to achieve that shot - she's working on that. Having had a breakout tournament, she finds herself third on the depth chart after a move to Tumbra. Finding recent success also is one Marietta "Marie" Faucheux, a complete forward through and through who uses either foot to shoot from any range. Sandara Park is a poacher rather than a pure shooter. Her ability to be where she needs to be goes beyond anything that's usually taught. Nam Il-San provides a tall option late in games for when height and aggression are needed.

Kaytlyn Jean-Baptiste and Harriet Baïe-Verte are the future. Jean-Baptiste has an endless motor, gets better the longer the game goes, and knows when to step up in big situations; Baïe-Verte is a more well-rounded player who will do almost anything to reach her goals. It's going to be hard to beat out the others who will come into the CFF's attention in the years to come, but the two of them have the inside track.

Lavrentiy is the pure scorer on the team, while the battle to be his running mate is a two-horse race between Delaya and Howard-Dawes.

TACTICAL INFORMATION
(Many thanks to Mytanija for the blueprint.)

Chromatika's 3-4-1-2 is based off of Mytanija's formation.

3-4-1-2 – IN POSSESSION: Chromatika's base formation for World Cup 92 qualification is a 3-4-1-2. This means there will be 3 central defenders, a wing-back on either side, 2 central midfielders, an attacking midfielder and 2 strikers on the pitch at any one time. This does not mean that the team will play in these positions for the whole game, as Chromatiks have adopted the Mytanar philosophy of flexibility in and out of possession, utilizing the fact that until very recently, they ran a 4-3-2-1/4-4-1-1. When Chromatika has the ball the 3-4-1-2 will change into more of a 3-2-5 shape, this is designed to try to create overloads in attacking areas so that the Chromatiks can create two versus one situations where the opposition have to make decisions on who they will engage with.

This 3-2-5 will be achieved firstly by one of the wing-backs (from the starting line-up, this would be right-sided wing-back Grayson Fillar) moving into a central midfield position to play alongside the deeper-lying of the two central midfielders (Kaia Larriet-Cortes, if among the Starting XI). This creates a pairing in central midfield which will be used to help the team build-up, providing passing options both in front of the central defensive three and the 5 players which end-up ahead of them.

That 5 is made-up of the opposite-sided wing-back (in this example it would be left wing-back Edith Fillar), the more advanced central midfielder (Baillaire Fillar), the attacking midfielder (Vasiliy Marten Kuznetsov); and the strikers (usually Xuen-Zhukov and Delaya). The wing-back has to push on to achieve the 3-2-5 shape, getting into the final third and maintaining the width on their side of the pitch. They will be given some license to get into the penalty area if the ball is on the other side, giving another option for their teammates. The more advanced central midfielder will be tasked with playing inside of the wing-back, in the so-called ‘half-space’, they will look to work with the wing-back to create an overload on their side of the pitch.

The attacking midfielder and the two strikers will interchange fairly freely, though one will always be tasked with pulling wide to ensure that width is maintained on both sides of the attacking ‘5’ with the aim of stretching the opposition’s defense across the width of the pitch. One striker (usually Delaya in the Starting XI) will drop deep to create space for rotations with the attacking midfielder and the other striker, those two looking to run into and exploit the space vacated by the other striker. These rotations are aimed to shift the opposition defenders around the pitch and create a bit of confusion.

In terms of progressing the play the team will look to move the ball with controlled pace. The team will aim to do this with utmost precision, as is the Chromatik way.

3-4-1-2 – OUT OF POSSESSION: Chromatika's reaction to losing the ball depends on where they actually lose possession on the pitch. Should they lose the ball high-up the pitch, in the opposition’s half, then there will be an instantaneous reaction to press the opponent with the ball to try to win it back quickly high-up the pitch. This is hoped to create chances nearer to the opposition’s goal, effectively using the press as a playmaker. If the opponent breaks through the initial press then Chromatika will look to recover into a 5-3-2 shape as below. Should Chromatika lose the ball nearer to their own goal then they will instantly look to recover into defensive positions to try to make themselves difficult to break down. This shape will be closer to a 5-3-2 than the 3-4-1-2 starting formation.

Both wing-backs will drop deeper, alongside the three central defenders to form the 5. The two central midfielders (Larriet-Cortes and Baillaire Fillar), will drop deep in front of the three central defenders to shield them a little and the attacking midfielder (Vasiily Marten Kuznetsov), will drop to play in front of them, operating as a bit of a guard dog – either sitting on an opposition deep-lying playmaker to try to stop the ball into them, or by leading a half-pitch press. The two strikers will look to stop the ball going back to the opposition’s central defenders and press them when they are in possession.

Chromatika will also play a variety of other formations should they want to play a little differently, the most likely ones they would change to from the 3-4-1-2 are a 3-5-2 (taking out the attacking midfielder and using three central midfielders); a 4-3-1-2 (pushing the wing-backs back to play as full-backs, removing a central defender and replacing them with a defensive or central midfielder); a 4-2-3-1 (pushing the wing-backs back to play as full-backs, removing a central defender and a striker and then playing a winger on either side); or a narrow 4-4-2 diamond (pushing the wing-backs back to play as full-backs, removing a central defender to play either as a defensive or central midfielder). Chromatika is very versed in the 4-2-3-1 and the 4-4-2, as they've played those before under previous management.

MAJOR DIFFERENCES BETWEEN CHROMATIK AND MYTANAR FOOTBALL: One might ask, how does Repin's Management of Mytanija differ from his Management of Chromatika? Chromatiks are, by nature, more precision-oriented and detail-focused; everything will be drilled to a t, players will be provided information regarding how to handle a myriad of situations, and though creativity will be encouraged, it will be stymied by expectations placed upon the roles.

Chromatika has a reputation of being a second-half team, built around finesse, stamina, and overwhelming pace in the final half hour of matches. This will continue to be the case, as the physique of players is not contingent upon a system of play. The Anomalies will continue to try to push games out of reach or make up deficits in the final half, and the final fifteen minutes will continue to be absolute hell for opposing clubs.

Players to look out for

James Wilson- the 28 year old left wing has an incredible playstyle. Pace abuses through players who unmatch his talent. Elegant skills and straightforward shooting. Vision is a 6/10 but that doesn't stop him from scoring. Usually scores goals than assists due to his positioning and being the fastest on the team. Knows when the attack and doesn't waste time. Dribbling is also a 6/10 however when he wants to humiliate a player, he will do it accordingly.

Kwame Mensah- the 24 year old CM plays as a defensive player. Passes to the attackers within a short time with his perfect curves. Opposing players get dizzy just seeing him dribble between their legs. As the Captain, his strategy/playstyle is a major contribution to the success of the National Team. Doesn't seem interested in shooting but has good accuracy. Tackles most of the time when he sees an opposing player is free but is cautious when doing it.

Xander Wu- the 38 year old CB is known for his aggressive tactics and playstyle. Tackles multiple times with no mercy for the attackers and shows his force by kicking the ball really hard. His scary appearance makes attackers sluggish and cautious when approaching him. Humbles opposing players and acts like a wall. Has the most red cards on the National team but still saves the team in important matches. Xander may be old but he's a machine when it comes to defending. Dribbling is a 6/10, Passing is a 4/10, Shooting is a 7/10, Defending is a 8/10.

Del Stadium is a stadium in Delitai where international competitions are opened. It's blue electric fierce aura will make you shake. Fans of Delitai roar like the Phoenix Ascent. No one dares face Delitai in this stadium except the death. Has a capacity of 80,000. Delitai's National Football Team wins 99% of the time.

The second stadium, Chengdu has a strong influence on players. The atmosphere is unique and connects with the fans. A neutral aura but depends on who's dominating. This stadium has a capacity of 120,000. Delitai doesn't win that much here but draws have a 80% chance of being concluded.

Lastly, Medan stadium is a stadium located in the capital of Delitai. Medan holds the value of tradition, history and heritage to the players and fans. Somewhat similar to Del Stadium but holds a much more influence and domination. Has a capacity of 75,000. Only the rich can afford but sometimes the tickets are free for a limited amount of time.

National Stadia

Hornet’s Nest
Location: Waldster
Club team: Waldster FC
Capacity: 75000
Opened: 0U
Open/Closed Roof: Covered seating, retractable roof

Image
Flavovespia’s largest stadium, situated in the capital Waldster. 45 years old now, it’s still a splendid football facilities. Many big names, domestically and internationally have graced the field here, and so many important games have been witnessed at this ground.

Highland Road
Location: Hadford Hill
Club team: Hadford Hill FC
Capacity: 69518
Opened: 79BU
Open/Closed Roof: Open seating and field

Image
The oldest stadium in Flavovespia still in use, Highland Road is such an ironic venue. Situated in Hadford Hill, the ground is iconic both nationally, and for the club. Open to the elements, it still creates a huge atmosphere when anyone plays here, a great venue for any game.

Saints Park
Location: St Astons City
Club team: St Astons City FC
Capacity: 60000
Opened: 30BU
Open/Closed Roof: Covered seating, open field

Image
75 years old now, but still a venue well liked by St Astons City fans and national team supporters. A bit out of the city centre, the ground still offers great facilities and amenities. A good atmosphere is generated, and recently the quality of the pitch has been very highly praised.

Kit

Image

Home-Away-Third

The retro themed double V kit remains for one final tournament. The block double V also contains sleeves in a similar pattern. The yellow shirts are paired with black shorts and socks usually. The away kit inverts the colours, creating interchangeable elements. The third kit is an all-white option.

Squad

Manager

Manager – Augusto Rinaldi Age: 65 [SVG/FVA]

The manager from Savigliane, now a naturalised Flavovespian citizen, Augusto Rinaldi is the architect of the rise of the Flavovespia National Team. Taking over at CAFA Cup 2, he’s guided the side to heights never before reached. A great man manager, and a master of direct play, he’ll forever be remembered fondly by Flavovespia, even with rumours of his departure rising.

Goalkeepers

1 Nathan Crewe Age: 32 Position: GK Club: Marthorpe City FC Caps: 65 Goals: 0
12 Thomas Foley Age: 34 Position: GK Club: Bavingtor FC Caps: 5 Goals: 0
23 Garry Bowles Age: 29 Position: GK Club: Loxthorpe Rovers FC Caps: 0 Goals: 0

Nathan Crewe remains the #1 shirt wearer, and on national team form it’s easy to see why. Very tall, his aerial prowess is brilliant, and his distribution is incredible. A few Goalkeepers may match or beat his shot-stopping ability, but Crewe can deliver in all areas. Thomas Foley certainly deserved more than 5 Caps, and in a different era would’ve got them. A pure shot-stopper, he’s been sublime domestically, but has been stuck as second choice internationally. Garry Bowles is uncapped, but if needed, should be a useful option, if not quite the level of Crewe or Foley.

Defenders

2 Stan Scott-Wilson Age: 24 Position: LB Club: Marthorpe City FC Caps: 61 Goals: 0
3 Andrew Dance Age: 32 Position: RB Club: Loxthorpe Rovers FC Caps: 174 Goals: 2
4 Stuart Cookson Age: 34 Position: CB Club: Marthorpe City FC Caps: 210 Goals: 2
5 Paul Taylor Age: 29 Position: CB Club: Casuals Osteria [KRY] Caps: 127 Goals: 2
13 Richard Storrie Age: 21 Position: LB Club: Bavingtor FC Caps: 3 Goals: 0
14 Nazir Hussain Age: 28 Position: CB Club: Loxthorpe Rovers FC Caps: 41 Goals: 0
15 Paul Amos Age: 26 Position: CB Club: Bavingtor FC Caps: 3 Goals: 0
16 Roger Burden Age: 22 Position: RB Club: Marthorpe City FC Caps: 2 Goals: 0

8 Defenders in the squad provide Augusto Rinaldi with plenty of options. Stan Scott-Wilson will likely start at left back, but can play right back. He’s tall and quick, and seems to have strong command of his wing, a very handy choice who’s look settled in the national team. Veteran Stuart Cookson and Paul Taylor make a centre back pairing with height and strength their forte, plus a willingness to get stuck in. So too does Andrew Dance at right back, despite his friendly, affable appearance, he’ll get stuck into challenges. Richard Storrie and Roger Burden are two young full backs who have learnt their spot with great defensive displays domestically. Both are young, but relatively mature and defensive focused. Nazir Hussain is yet another classic Big centre-back, and Paul Amos returns after a successful transfer back to Bavingtor.

Midfielders

6 Jonathan Goldstone Age: 33 Position: CM Club: Bavingtor FC Caps: 131 Goals: 2
7 Kieron Player Age: 34 Position: CDM Club: FC1. Surtsey Island Gulls [PIS] Caps: 260 Goals: 23
8 Charles Adams Age: 25 Position: CDM Club: Maethoru SC [KOR] Caps: 58 Goals: 4
11 Jonathan Bagshaw Age: 28 Position: RAM Club: Capitol Athletic [SYL] Caps: 194 Goals: 104
17 Martin Edwards Age: 30 Position: CDM Club: Northbrook Diamonds FK [PIS] Caps: 48 Goals: 2
18 Anthony Lane Age: 25 Position: LAM Club: Loxthorpe Rovers FC Caps: 24 Goals: 4
19 Amrik Singh Age: 29 Position: RAM Club: Binclestead Wood FC Caps: 59 Goals: 14
20 Christopher Hill Age: 22 Position: CM Club: Marthorpe City FC Caps: 27 Goals: 3
22 Philip Swales Age: 26 Position: RAM Club: Loxthorpe Rovers FC Caps: 0 Goals: 0

9 midfielders make up this squad, although some can play in the attacking trio. Jonathan Bagshaw is the most famous of those, arguably Flavovespia’s first global football star, down the right wing he can always pose a threat with goals and assists. On the opposite side, Amrik Singh has steadily improved at international level, and with better decision making, poses danger with curling crosses and shots. The central midfield is at a transition point. Kieron Player and Jonathan Goldstone have been so key for years, but with Age catching up to them, their game awareness and passing may not be enough. Charles Adams has stepped up well, he’s small and nimble, able to move the ball well when dribbling or passing. Christopher Hill has high potential, his vision and awareness are brilliant, his physical skills just need to step up more. Martin Edwards is also a real ball winning midfielder, not afraid to make the tough challenges in the centre of the park. Out wide, Anthony Lane is joined by club teammate Philip Swales, who’s making his national team debut. Both are typical wide attacking midfielders, quick and agile, keen to shoot but able to make crosses and passes too.

Forwards

9 Michael Cole Age: 34 Position: CF Club: Binclestead Wood FC Caps: 235 Goals: 137
10 Peter Langdon Age: 21 Position: CF Club: Loxthorpe Rovers FC Caps: 16 Goals: 3
22 Richard Birmingham Age: 26 Position: CF Club: Ousevale Borough [KRY] Caps: 47 Goals: 14

Just the 3 forwards for Flavovespia this cycle. Michael Cole is one of Flavovespia’s key players for so many years now. Highest ever goalscorer for the nation, despite his somewhat argumentative nature, he’ll be missed when his international career is up. In the meantime, he can sit centrally, and still with reasonable pace and a very accurate shot, be a threat from the front. Peter Langdon has improved and even at just 21, looks key for the future. Quick and agile, he can create chances with his speed, and can leave defenders flat footed. Richard Birmingham is the opposite. A tall and strong forward, he’ll look to outmuscle defenders to create chances.

Tactics

4-3-3 remains the standard for Flavovespia. Their style of play is predominantly based around direct football. The defence sit deep, rarely pushing up unless losing and waiting for an opposing mistake. If there is one, they quickly seek to move the ball forward. The midfield trio will usually see one player focus on ball-winning, one on being the playmaker and one a more roaming midfielder, looking to close down players out of possession and find pockets of space in possession. In attack, the centre forward sits deep as a “false nine”, giving the wide forwards the potential to not just cross, but cut inside and shoot.

The Eshialand Soccer Federation
Baptism of Fire LXXV Champions
Roster for World Cup XCVI
Image

That finally was their year.

A year that began with the Owls' new home being vacated in favor of a new new home had ended with them finally qualifying for their first World Cup in their eighth bite at the cherry, and for this team, that was all that mattered. Going 0-0-3 at the proper didn't matter, because they had finally made it onto the big stage.

Now, as 2028 became 2029 and they settled down in Esportiva for good, their future was brighter than it ever had been, and they were hoping for their WC 95 momentum to carry on to the next cycle.

First international: Aut-Ves-Nat 1-3 Eshialand (BoF LXXV)
Best win: Eshialand 8-2 Rea San Vegas (WCQ XCV)
Worst loss: Valanora 8-1 Eshialand (AOCAF LXX), Milchama 8-1 Eshialand (AOCAF LXX)
Most goals for: Eshialand 8-2 Rea San Vegas (WCQ XCV)
Most goals against: Valanora 8-1 Eshialand (AOCAF LXX), Milchama 8-1 Eshialand (AOCAF LXX)
Highest-scoring match: Eshialand 8-2 Rea San Vegas (WCQ XCV)

Home Stadia:

The Eshialand City SuperDome, Eshialand City (capacity: 75,000). (Used for MD4 vs. Captina Island, MD12 vs. Bostopia, and MD14 vs. United Mandaran States)
If you're playing in Eshialand City, expect to find a cosmopolitan city at the cutting edge of modern tech, with lots of culture to take in at the same time. Maybe you could go for a bite to eat at one of the many nice restaurants, or spend a nice day with a walk by the lakeshore. There are plenty of options for things to do, so the world is your oyster. The stadium itself is a very modern facility, having been built back in 2021 in response to the Owls' incredible performance in the 75th Baptism of Fire, with a retractable roof in case of nasty weather (but don't expect to use it much).

Union Stadium, Vaynorth (capacity: 60,000). (Used for MD1 vs. La pizza de la mama, MD6 vs. Sargossa, and MD9 vs. Ile de Richelieu)
Union Stadium is Eshialand's new, floating stadium, one that looks like someone stuffed a soccer pitch onto a large aircraft carrier and put 60,000 seats on it. Thanks to some hefty funding from Flyfr.esh and M.esh founder Tony Beaujoleil and a sketchily-obtained government project known as Project Upsilon, Eshialand's newest stadium comes in this floating form factor and it'll debut in Vaynorth, which at first may seem like an odd pick. However, the King has some ambitious plans into turning Vaynorth into a second major port for the nation, with pretty much every major city save for Eshialand City being in the interior. The first step for putting Vaynorth on the map is getting some attractions, and this floating behemoth is one of them. However, it won't be there all the time, as in the spirit of Eshian unity, it floats away to the isle of Aleirave to play host to three of their home matches.

The city of Vaynorth itself may not be much yet, but the small-town feel may prove to be a nice change of pace for some visitors, as large fancy restaurants are absent in favor of smaller mom-and-pop diners and the sort of comfort food your grandma used to make you as a kid. It may be a very different experience to the usual away match in Eshialand, but sometimes, different is just what you need.

THE HOLY EMPIRE WC 96 SQUAD

While the nation took a long break from WCs 8 through 24, the Holy Empire is proud to be the only active nation to have participated in WC 1.

Though it pretends not to be, the nation is equally proud to have won 5 World Cup titles; and its sole Cup of Harmony title was COMPLETELY INTENTIONAL.

The oldest team in the World Cup returns to the fray! Can they add to their tally of World Cup titles? Can they continue their epic battle with Audioslavia over who gets to lose the most finals? Let's find out...

This time the Holy Empire is fielding a squad of xenophobic clowns from the Krazy Klown Kollege.

They dress up as clowns; they wear oversized shoes and silly hats, have face makeup, likely have a rotating water-spraying flower on their shirt, and will engage in slapstick comedy tricks on the field of play in order to get a laugh. It's highly likely that they'll pick up extra yellow cards when your players trip over their shoes or your goalkeeper gets a custard pie in the face.

And they also really hate you because you're a foreigner; and won't be afraid to let you know it.

HEFA actively denies that any of this is a heavy handed metaphor for the political situation in a multiverse reality known as '21st century Great Britain', and that in this context you're not to draw any conclusions over the team captain.

The Team:

GK:
Twinkle the Dunce

DEF:
Yucko Jester
Stucco Stumble
Bubbles the Bafoon [sic]

MID:
Patchey Noodle
Mr Quarters
Bojo the Clown [CAP]; please note that Bojo is distinguished by his mop of blonde hair, his shambling gait, staggering levels of disorganisation, sexism, and love of 'whiff-waff'.
Doink Wambo
Booboo Tumble

FOR:
Baffle Muckle
Doodles Von Honkerson

Subs:
GK - Dingo Shakes
DEF - Kimbo the Fool
MID - Stinky Tubs
MID - Giggles Bozo
FOR - Ziggy Pennywise

Coaches:

The team coach remains World Cup Hall of Fame legend Juan Tzimisces.

The assistant coach remains Starblaydi World Cup Hall of Fame legend Simeone Di Bradini.

Style Modifiers / formation

Frosty football is attacking football. The Holy Empire always plays a 3-5-2 formation using overlapping wingers that turns into 3-3-4 on the counterattack.

[OOC'ly, for the purposes of scorination, the team uses the maximum attacking style modifier permitted by each cup's hosts.]

Kit
The team will wear famous Imperial Gold and Red, as worn by the Holy Empire since WC1...

Image
Image

Home first, away second.

OOC'ly, the kits were designed by Red Blackiland, and the crest by Audioslavia - and I'm entirely grateful; I'm very happy for RB and Audio to take OOC credit. IC'ly, HEFA deny the Mundies had anything to do with it.

Stadium
The Holy Empire plays its home matches in the bejewelled, platinum-domed, and purple stone-walled Imperial Hippodrome, the oldest World Cup venue still in use, and one of the most famous - and impressive - stadiums in the multiverse.

RP instructions:
Have fun and use your imagination - but don't kill anyone, and don't try and launch attacks on the Dreamed Realm; largely because you can't.

The squad's antics may lead to a higher than normal share of cards - but try and be slightly realistic about this (within the confines of what passes for realism when playing against xenophobic clowns); ie, it's unlikely that the Holy Empire will have had three players sent off if they've won 3-1.

Some basic Dreamed Realm RP rules:
Remember that the Dreamed Realm lies entirely outside of Ordinary Reality, and is utterly impervious to harm from what we charmingly call 'mundies'.

Some points to remember about travel to, and playing in, the Dreamed Realm:

1) We control the nature of reality in the Dreamed Realm; reality and time are malleable within the Realm. This isn't used to cheat - all normal rules of football are strenuously followed - but it does have two major side effects:
A) Any injuries to either team in Imperial home matches are immediately healed.
B) No violent or riotous behaviour by visiting fans will be tolerated, unless permission is received in advance (please file applications for violent rioting in triplicate). Any such behaviour undertaken without appropriate permission will find those responsible immediately transported back to Ordinary Reality.

2) Direct travel from ordinary physical reality to the Dreamed Realm is impossible. Some 72 hours before your away qualifier in the Empire, a team of Archregimancy [Eastern Orthodox Christian] monks will arrive in your home stadium and construct a portal to the Dreamed Realm. You may then use this to travel to the Empire at your convenience.

TEAM HISTORY
At long last, the Elite Eleven have been catapulted into the sun, far far away from the Kick Corps. Now, a "real" form of the Kick Corps is back. There's bound to be some growing pains, but all of these players are elite athletes who've been plying their trade in the DLK and abroad for the past few years. Now that the national team is back to normal, they finally have a chance to don the black and red and compete for their nation. A few familiar faces, freshened by the gift of immortality, have returned. Due to her familiarity with Corps play (and no small amount of "aggressive persuasion"), former Corps player/immortal warrior/co-founder of Drawkland/elf Ellzidan will serve as the manager. Her job was in question, until she managed the Corps to their third World Cup knockout appearance in history. Now she's got a bit of a looser leash, though many still consider her an extended interim hire.
The lineup for this IAC is mostly shuffled to give backups and potential future cycle starters a chance to get more playing time, with the immortals riding the bench until a strong second wind is needed. Drawkland will always play to win, but don't be surprised if there's questionable play on display.
Drawkian soccer, and indeed, sporting in general, is mostly offensive-minded. This is reflected in the style indicator and in the formation. Drawkian soccer has not really been exposed to outside influences, and thus may look or feel strange to those used to "normal" football. Nevertheless, the players are still good at what they do, and prize in an enduring game, moving the ball around nearly constantly and keeping energy going, aiming to tire out the opposing team. Of course, Drawkians aren't humans, but you can read about that elsewhere. Drawkian Soccer is a female-only sport. This is because Gridiron Football is all-male, and the other two major sports, Baseball and Basketball, are mixed-gender. If there's anything a Drawkian loves, it's even formats and symmetric paradigms, hence why things shook out like they did.

My opponent, if they RP first, may do the following:

Choose Scoring Events: Yes
Godmod Scoring Events: Yes
RP Injuries to my Players: Yes
Godmod Injuries to my Players: Yes
Yellow Card my Players: Yes

As far as these go, I'm fair game for anything. You should know what is and isn't drastic RP, and if you think your RP is on the drastic side, TG me first. But I'm still basically up for anything.
I'd like to request that injuries or cards don't do anything outside of the scope of a single game or maybe 2. Don't want anything tournament or cycle-ending.

KPB Ranking--19.34 (41th)
style--+2.33
Formation--3-4-1-2
In the “BP System” or the “BP Way” (neither of those should be considered as something used officially or unofficially—if you wanted to term it as such as something of your own IC creation, go for it) the 3-4-1-2 is more literal than the manner in which it's used RL.
A discussion I had with another user made me contemplate providing a bit more concrete info on just who plays where when you see my lineups/bench for individual matches.
Defense: the three backs play tight to one another when the ball is in the middle or defensive thirds—they should really be termed LCB/CCB/RCB. The outside pair will never be wider than diameter of the center circle. They both man-mark (unless there is an IC tactical reason they don't) and the centerback zonal marks (usually helping one of the other two). The CB is technically a fullback as they have more freedom to move forward with the ball at feet. In a pinch, an emergency situation as a sub, they could all play any of the three positions.
Midfield: there is a good deal of set responsibility among the four across midfield, but the one thing that is always a constant is the wings are the workhorses, they cover more distance than the other players. I've hinted at or flat out said in match reports in the past that left wing (and they are 99.9% of time always left footed) is THE talismanic position in The System, as right fullback is considered (in BP) as usually the weakest position in a flat back four.
The two central midfielders usually have a specific role, one as the playmaker, the distributor and the other as the defensive, hard tackler, disruptor, ball winner.
The preferred position is listed first, but the ones that follow show how versatile that player is. For CM's the left/right designation is the stronger side for that player, but in theory almost anyone in midfield can play in the center of midfield.
Forward: Ah yes, the wild card element. In this case, the differentiation should be looked at from the perspective of another sport—basketball.
The three positions are almost adapted from the indoor game: the center forward, the target man, the number 9—the one who plays up front but facing away from the goal. Mostly it's men who hold down this role in the NT, although not always.
The striker—they want to be played into an area by a pass, or want room to get a touch before shooting. They face goal, but usually in or very close to the box.
The 'slot'--what a lot of people call the attacking midfielder or the CAM. This is a player that can dribble and create their own shot, or draw defenders and find others. There's a reason why this position can be played by a midfielder or a forward and the rationale usually depends on a chemistry between a pair or trio, but more recently this has reverted back to a forward spot.
In conclusion—BP should always be RP'd (of course at your discretion, and I will always adapt to anyone who RP's first if something that's not necessarily canon is mentioned) as--

*fast, short passing
*high lines & pressing
*offside trap
*technically sound
*not easily intimidated
*willing to play anyone, anywhere

National Anthem--"Hear Our Voices Commonwealth"

Nickname--since the end of the 1960's the National Team has been known as "The Bees", a period when the team's uniforms consisted of alternating black and gold hoops.
Previous to that time and subsequently through periods in the 1980's and 90's, the team was usually referred to by the county's national animal, the Elks; the women's National Team were always 'Lady Elks' until the advent of mixed gender play, which was revived during the Jenna Raven Cup and there are still numerous mentions of Elks in the supporters song “We are the Gold & Black”, which currently has close to 175 stanzas.

Colors--Black & Gold (while they are just 2 of the 5 main colors on the flag of Baker Park--Blue, Red and White are the others--black & gold have been closely associated in the nation's consciousness as representative of the country since its founding.)

The Captina Company Football Agency (TCCFA) controls all levels of football in the nation, issuing licenses to groups wishing to form teams. The Captina Company Super League consists of 14 teams playing every opponent once between April & June then following a 2 month break, play every opponent again between September & November.
STYLE: +0.95
Tactics: 4-3-3 The system has been completely overhauled to provide more chances in attack, making a 0-0 draw the minimum acceptable result rather than the hopeful outcome.

Nickname: Rosso e Oro (Red & Gold) is the official designation, although there have been rare instances where “Peacocks” has been used in reference to the national animal; 'Peahens' was adapted for the Women's team that played in the Jenna Raven Cup 3 and later in Tea Cup 2.

The names of the players will give you an insight into their ethnic makeup--those with Italian names are of two Italini parents and those with non-Italian names are of two Captini parents. A mixed name is indicative of which parent is of which origin--an Italian first name and a Captini last name means Italian mother/Captini father and the reverse is also true.

The TCC Sports Ground in Geneva City will host all Captina Island fixtures.

Brief informational summary
Captina Island is the southernmost nation in Rushmore, made up of 6.3 million people of which approximately 31% are ethnic Captini--the native Polynesian type peoples who occupied the island prior to discovery--and 42% Italini, descendants of the settlers who arrived after 1922, with about 20% identifying themselves as mixed. The remainder are of other ethnic backgrounds and nationalities.

Captina Island thrives in all aspects of life thanks to the rigorous discipline of “The Plan” (officially known as The Captina Island National Community Operation Master Plan [CINCOMP]) which organizes the priorities, agenda, and the day to day running of proper society within the Armed Republic.

All economic affairs are controlled by the five major privately owned corporations that operate under the provisions of The Plan, holding exclusive license to conduct the nationwide administration of the following areas:

Captina National Organization (CNO)--Defense/Health & Medical/Education
State Economic Corporation (SEC)--Retail/Banking/Transportation/Technology
Industrial & Manufacturing Alliance (IMA)--Production/Raw Materials/Wholesale
The Captina Company (TCC)--Social/Entertainment/Utilities
Brandstadter Corporation Authority (BCA)--Food/Agriculture/Construction

Any remaining areas that would be under the control of a constituted government are handled by The Burkett Group, which is owned in equal shares by the five main corporations and a public ownership scheme funded by a 50 crown (about NS$10) per week deduction from the wages of all citizens. TBG functions as a bureaucratic administrative body, coordinating inter-company affairs in addition to providing the personnel for things like police/fire protection, vital statistics record keeping, public spaces maintenance, and other public services.

TBG operates from the National Capital District of Big Flint which has a population of 84,000, while the other corporations each have their own headquarters city, although they have nationwide operations; within each major city, the 'affiliated' companies have satellite offices to handle the daily business.

*For this competition, while the same set of players are used, the coach would be more tempted to rotate players onto the mains squad. As such, please feel free to take players outside 1-11 to select them as starters.

Captain: Aapeli Shea
Vice-Captain: Nicole Potts
Penalty Taker: Suada Bogdanić
Free Kick Taker: Tessa Bjarnesen, Leontiy Seet
Corner Takers: The prevailing LB/RB (in the case of a 4 at the back formation) or LM/RM (in the case of a 3-4-3)

Head Coach: Lu Jialan (YZH)
Assistant Head Coach: Jabik Henderson
General Playing Style: With a new nation, comes new strategies. While Lu intends to keep the Poafmersian attitute of relying on mistakes by the opposition to counterattack, and being aggressive in getting back the ball, he has indicated an emphasis on defence being key to the team's successes in the Cup of Harmony and beyond. Preferring a strict 4-3-3 formation with the fullbacks playing wider up the field, Lu will stick to a 4-3-3 formation for the tournament. Utilising the team's strengths in counter-attack, the team will make a focus on defending the ball and keeping the possession before catching opponents napping during their break.

Fans
Poafmersian fans are crazy about football, and their loud cheers ring about in the stadiums they visit. They are very willing to disturb the peace in the area to celebrate their win after matches, so matches are best held in the afternoon or early evenings. You can spot Poafmers booking large meeting rooms in hotels, going to bars in groups. Apart from that, they do pick up after themselves, and prevent causing much trouble apart from celebrating. You can be assured, however, that they would be travelling around to support their team, so do reserve half the spots in stadiums for them because they would pack it to the brim.

Home Stadium
Poafmersia will be playing their home games at the Libira National Stadium. To accommodate a rising interest in football, there was a slight layout change and stand refurbishment being done prior to the qualifiers, and as such, the stadium capacity has been increased to 70 thousand seated pax. The stadium is located in Fiskadaha City, capital of Poafmersia. To travel to the city, direct flights are provided from many major capital cities around the world. Within Poafmersia, however, public transport, such as trains and buses, are the preferred mode of transport, and there are rail lines available between Fiskadaha and many major cities in the country.

Initials, Name, Position, Age, Team, Place of Birth

Staff

JD – Richard VALENS - Manager – Image
BG – Blue GIBSON – Coach - Image
LS – Leora SOFTSTEP – Goalkeeping Coach - Image

Team

Playing in the following formation: GK | DL DC DC DR | MC MC MC | SC SC SC

The first player(s) named in each area of the team start the game. Our line-up will broadly be as follows (unless you RP one of our players has an injury or something):

GK: Natural
DsL-R: Sandman, Sackholme, o.t. Streamcarers, Featherborn
MCs: Midday, Sunteller, Bridgebuilder
SCs: Russo, Twonames, Clearedway

Further information on the players is below if it is required and/or of interest.

Number, Name, Position, Age, Place of Birth, Club
All players male (He/Him) unless specified

Goalkeepers - 3

1 - Marcus NATURAL - GK – 33 – Fringilla, Chaffinch Island Image – Cottsworth City Image
Having excelled as a goalkeeper from an early age in Fringilla, Natural's surname came naturally to him following glowing reports from his coaches on the way up.The only thing that had held him back from number one status is Softstep's superior foresight.
12 - Moyake ONYEFULU - GK – 32 – Dugba, Cobrio Jensee Island – CF Solidarite Akash, Cobrio
She/Her
Onyefulu is half-Ochreite, being born to an Ochreite mother. Whilst convention in Cobrio is for the mother's name to be carried over, Onyeful's own mother was insistent she take her father's name. She is currently playing for CF Solidarite Akash and is one of four overseas players drafted in by the Ochre Islands during the current crisis.
13 – Leora SOFTSTEP - GK – 41 – Cerrston, Juniper Island Image – Juniper Mournhow F.C. Image
She/Her
Leora's place of birth is noted as Cerrston, when in fact she was born on one of the ships carrying Bostopians to their new home in the Ochres. That it happened to dock in Cerrston, where her family settled, was just luck. Her parents chose a new surname after watching their child take her first furtitive steps outside, wanting to ditch their old Bostopian name. While there is some doubts over her ability to play as an international goalkeeper, her ability to read the game makes up for a lack of height (comparative to other top-flight goalkeepers at least) and fans joke that it seems she knows where the ball will go before the striker does.

Defenders - 7

15 - Harry SANDMAN – DL – 38 – Slipsway, Chaffinch Island Image – Slipsway Town F.C. Image
The youngest member of the squad, only just turning 16 in time for the first qualifying game, Harry Sandman is the first player in any Ochre national squad to be born on Chaffinch Island. Adopting his surname from his love of running on the beach, he tends to be more of a sweeper than a proper centre half, being able to quickly take care of opponents passes into the box before they cause too much harm. His pace and stamina also allows him to play as a makeshift right wing-back, but his crosses come across as clearances more often than not.
6 – Julian SACKHOLME - DC – 31 – Bellflower, Mournhow Island Image – Ousevale Borough Image
Sackholme was born in Bellflower to parents who were members of Krytenia's diplomatic corps. He spent the first few years of his life in Bellflower, before moving to Ousevale, his parents hometown. Whilst he hasn't been able to secure a place in Borough's starting XI, he's keen to impress during the Cup of Harmony to further put his name in the plans of Ousevale's manager.
4 – Daniela o.t. STREAMCARERS – DC – 36 – Florindia, Dracaena Image – Miradela GD Image
She/her
Daniela of the Streamcarers was the oldest player to make their Ochre debut at a major tournament. Whilst the Ochres is making great strides towards equality of the sexes, on a football pitch women are still expected to show they can match the males in strength to play in the male-dominated professional leagues. Thus, whilst having natural defending ability, she has had to work harder than a lot of the men to claim her position within the national defensive group at all. In order to get more playing time and show some of the olds around the national side she is capable, Daniela has had to move away from her clan and is now playing for Miradela GD in Ko-oren.
5 - Julen GORGEWALKER – DR – 35 – Bellflower Image – West Bellflower F.C. Image
Amongst a very fit, professional squad, Gorgewalker is probably the fittest player on the team, largely in part due to his enjoyment of walking along the many gorges that make up the Ochre hinterland. Employed as a wing-back by West Bellflower, Gorgewalker displays many fine qualities going forward and in defence.
16 - Lucy FEATHERBORN- DR – 39 – City of Louisa, Hope Island Image – Schemerdrecht SVV Image
She/Her
Featherborn currently plies her trade at right-back for Schemerdrecht SVV, having left her hometown team Louisa Hope F.C. for the Ko-oren side. Complaints from journalists that she could have gone to a team 'easier to spell quickly' exist though are simply batted away as 'whinging'. Pacy and versatile, she is more likely to try and beat her opponent with the ball at her feet rather than pass around them. She already displays a range of passing that could see her propelled into the midfield, whether on the wing or in the middle should her development continue at the pace it is.
3 - Michael WATERTON - DL – 31 – Endswick, Handsby Island Image – Nottshore Turquoise Image
Waterton comes from a small hamlet just outside Endwick called 'Waterton', which his father named when he first settled the area and is set on building a new town there. Wanting to stay local and help his family, Waterton has turned down offers from larger clubs to stay with Nottshore Turquoise, who are based on his home island of Handsby.
2 - Louis D'ENTRO -Vice-Captain - DC – 39 – Bellflower, Mournhow Island Image – Cottsworth City Image
Louis was born in what was known then as 'New Ranton', which was the name of the capital of the Bostopian Ochre Islands prior to independence. He is one of the better players in Cottsworth's side, who are regular title contenders in the Ochre League Division One.

Midfielders - 8

17 - Nate MIDDAY - MC – 34 – Westlands, Anley – Acrestry Town Image
Midday's is a holding midfielder who currently playes for Acrestry Town in the first division of Ochre football. He is known as a dead-ball specialist as well as having the skills needed to play in the centre of midfield at a high level.
20 - Eliot SUNTELLER - D/MC – 29 – Renhold, Mournhow Image – Lansdorn F.C. Image
Sunteller is a promising young footballer brought along to CAFA 6 to give him some experience on the regional stage before possibly making the WC94 squad. His mother, a follower of Byerxys and noted soothsayer raised him on her own from young following his father's untimely passing. Sunteller currently plays for Lansdorn, where whilst he makes a good number of appearances from the bench, clearly shows a lot of promise and potential.
14 - Luca BRIDGEBUILDERCaptain - MC – 28 – Aguaclara, Cardenao Image – Bellflower A.U. Image
Bridgebuilder is the shining star of Bellflower A.U. XI's youth academy and currently plies his trade in the first team in the Ochre First Division. Born on a small island in Cardenao to two Ochre Island parents, he is the first dual-Anaian citizen to play for the Ochre Islands. As well as football, Bridgebuilder also has a strong interest in diplomatic relations and is already tipped for a political career once his still-young playing days are over.
8 - Harry LEWIS - MC – 43 – Port Flamerty – Nuntsby City Image
11 - Joseph MIKKELS - MC – 44 – Hilltop – Lower Soffsley Image
15 - Mick BASING - DMC – 41 – Sennaton – Bellflower A.U. XI Image
18 - Adrien WITHLINENS - AMC – 34 – Flenham, Mournhow – Fringilla A.F.C. Image
Withlinens is a player who should begin to excel under Richard Valens, willing to throw himself forward at a moments notice to turn a three person front-line into four people, as well as provide defence-splitting passes from the midfield.

Strikers - 5

22 - Susana RUSSO – SC – 30 – Bridgdon, Handsby Image – Dynapolis United, Cobrio
She/Her
Susana has big shoes to fill, taking the place and number of the Ochres Bostopian-born wonderchild, Blue Gibson. However, this isn't the first time she's been faced with adversity, moving to Cobrio early on as her mother took a job in an international freight firm in Callisto, Hearthlands, who had a lot of trade with the Ochres. She rose through the youth ranks at Heart of Omorfio, then broke into their first team aged only 17. She signed for nearby 'rivals' Callisto City at 18, then moved to Dynapolis United in Cobrio's second city at 21. Surprise has been expressed in some quarters that it's taken Russo this long to catch the eye of the national team, but it won't take anyone in Cobrio by surprise if she shines on this stage.
21 - Jimmy TWONAMES - SC – 35 – Unsley, Juniper Image – Juniper Monnstair Image
Twonames plies his trade for his home island team, Juniper Monnstair, and is usually found playing as an inside forward. He joins the Ochre squad looking to break into the national team on a regular basis.
7 - Copse CLEAREDWAY - SC – 41 – Callais, Jensee Island Image – Slipsway Town Image
Copse Clearedway was born in Callais, which is on one of the smaller Ochre Islands of Jensee. He is first-choice striker for Slipsway Town, a mid-table side in the first division of domestic Ochre football. However for the Ochre national team, he is more likely to be played in the hole between attack and midfielder to give us a significant threat just outside the area, as well as knowing where a striker would want a ball playing to them.
9 - Rory BUILDER - SC – 39 – Kollingdon, Handsby Island Image – Valesthorpe Image
Rory is the youngest of the Ochre-born players, having been born a mere day or two after his parents reached Kollingdon following their migration to the Ochres from Fenton State. Whilst still largely bench-warming for Valesthorpe, the national team can see his promise and are taking him to CAFA3 in the hopes of giving him international experience in low-pressure situations.
10 - Kallum NORTHBROOK - SC – 34 – Altarton, Mournhow Image – Bellflower A.U. Image
Northbrook is an enterprising striker who usually plays as part of a two-man attack at Bellflower, which is most likely why he is on the bench for the national side.
19 – Carl-James (C.J.) LUCKSMITH - SC – 35 – Hannston, Jensee Island Image – Lionsville Transport Sports Club Image
Despite playing for a smaller Ochre side, sitting in the 4th tier of the football league, C.J. has excelled and proven himself at a high level thanks to helpful cup draws against much better teams projecting his abilities on the national stage. While football at the lower levels is a bit more rough and ready than the higher divisions, he has always been able to hold his own against strong defenders despite his young age, and their willingness to let him know they're there.

Kits & Logo

Home, Away and Third

ImageImageImage

Owing to the current crisis, the Ochre Islands kits were designed and manufactured by Aether, with input from the players of the Ochre Islands national football team.
The home kit is a traditional striped ochre, blue and white scheme.
The away kit is a welcomed contiuation of the 'Anaiaway' theme, paying tribute to the region that has housed the players and staff whilst they have been unable to return home.
The third kit is a mashup of the home and third kits from CAFA2, which was famously won by the Ochre Islands.
Before CAFA 2, the Ochre Islands Football Association ran a competition to design the team's logo, which was won by a 34 year old man with neither design experience or taste. Fortunately, an update of the design to account for taste was commissioned and outsourced by the OIFA, which is as below. The badge prominently features a 'little mint green hat', which actually commerorates the Ochre Islands victory in the second CAFA tournament.

Image

The Ochre Islands play a possession-based style of football which aims to prevent the opposition from scoring by simply not letting them have the ball. The players will be taking chances when playing the ball forward and passing into space when it's available and there is a strong chance of us retaining possession.

Important Information for Hosts & RP'ers

Bostopia absolutely has a domestic [sport here] league and we would tell you more about our domestic [sport here] league, but it's in Bostopia so you wouldn't know them, despite Bostopia having always been in Anaia. Your ignorance of Bostopian [sport here] matters is yours to own and not something to shame us for. If the players below aren't household names, you need to ask yourself the following question: 'Am I and my household prejudiced against Bostopians? They have always been in Anaia and yet I know nothing about their league, despite the fact they were cowardly sneak-attacked by Mertagne and I haven't lifted a finger to do anything about it other than watch rolling news coverage which doesn't talk about the Bostopian sport here league and cup competition[s] which bravely carried on during the conflict.'

As you can't even name the city any of the below players were born in (fumbling guesses at 'Newfort' do not count as you can't name the county or even the duchy Newfort is in, despite the fact Bostopia has always been in Anaia), or their ages, or who they play for, we aren't going to mention them either. We would prefer to use this space to confirm your prejudices against us by leaving those details blank.

GK - Richard Lyons
DL - Michael Smith
DC - Harry Perk
DC - Gordon Richards
DR - Jake Wilkinson – Go on, tell us how old he is and who he plays for. Can you not? This is because you are prejudiced against Bostopians and Jake Wilkinson in particular. What has Jake done to you? If he performs badly this tournament it is almost certainly your and your prejudices fault and nothing to do with his actual ability or form whatsoever. What-so-ever!
ML - Bryan Harper
MC - Steven Kairs
MC - James McDadson
MR - Simon Manson
SC - Lynton Pilson
SC - Frank Rover

Subs:

GK - Dean Walters
DL/C - Miles Embridge
DR - Sam Leenton
ML - Ryan Wasting
MC - Philip Nicholls
MC/R - Kevin Grainger
SC - Walter Ambridge

The above players will play a very direct 4-4-2 and be absolutely unapologetic about it, especially if your goalkeeper is dangerously off his, her, or their line, as Bostopia chooses not to discriminate against who we attempt to humiliate by scoring against from within our own half. That we've had to tell you this is disgraceful. Bostopia has always been in Anaia and how we play should be known by now. Confirming your prejudices. Again. How many times is that now? I bet you can't even count past C in your backwards number system.

Home, Away, and Third

Kits are self explanatory – they are the shirt designs that all ten of our outfield players will wear (and substitutes when entering the field at the appropriate time). They will all wear the same shirt design at the same time.

For those of you who are unaware, Bostopia will play in red and white stripes as our home kit, a blue away kit, then a wonderfully detailed burgundy third kit.

If your team is not designated as the home team, and your colours clash with ours, jolly well change your kits to an alternative. Our goalkeepers will wear a plain shirt, in a flourescent colour which we feel your players will dislike the most. That we need to say this is nothing short of ridiculous, but our players will of course also wear shorts, socks, shinpads and boots. If you knew anything about them and didn't let your prejudice get in the way, you would know whether any of them use wee little bobbles for their hair or wear headbands to stop their glorious Bostopian hair getting in their eyes during the [sport here] match.

RP Permissions Box:
If my opponent RPs our match first, I give them permission to:
Bow down to Bostopian might at every opportunity.
Confirm your prejudices by telegramming Bostopia with any questions you might have and should already know the answer to.
Write mean things about Mertagne throughout their match report. It shouldn't be difficult. For instance 'and that player did that thing, a despicable act, just like when Mertagne bombed Bostopia first'.
Are you a Mertagnian in Bostopia? If so, hand yourself in at the nearest Police Station now and you will be treated with the utmost care and attention.

Home Away

Manager
Image Emeline Millet (F)
Age: 56
Appointing someone from Ko-oren came as a huge shock, with those from the nation known to be proponents of what most Vanorians would call anti-football tactics, however Millet seems to be an outlier having turned Aminey CS into a big club in the nation while playing good football and the ability to handle big personalities. The question of a culture clash is definitely in place as well as the formation, as she known to prefer a 4-3-3, which would disrupt the traditional Vanorian formation and potentially leave out a wealth of attacking talent up top.

Assistant Manager
Kasper Volheim
Age: 50
Volheim is kept on as Millet's assistant due to the short turnaround after her appointment and the start of the tournament. Runs with the youth national team and Raynor City United's youth team before that means he has the chops and is likely looking to get a club appointment as a manager or assistant after the conclusion of the tournament.

Keepers
GK: Nikolai Simonsen, age 23, Baskita FC Image
GK: Ulrik Johnsen, age 30, Hondo FC
GK: Tobias Propst, age 20, CA Paulinthal Image

For the first time in quite awhile, the keeper position is at a bit of a crossroads as the usual faces of the pool have been dropped from contention due to a collection of various issues. Obermaier's time in the sun has seemed to have come at an end with poor displays recently for club and at times with the national team, allowing old and new faces to emerge forward to replace them. Simonsen is the immediate benefactor, especially with four stellar seasons as the starter in Pasarga, with quite a lot of room to grow still to add to an already good shot stopping game. Also in Pasarga is Tobias Propst who has started the last two seasons as CAP's number one and if they continue to develop as they seem to be doing, the number one shirt will not be far behind, but for the moment they are just in the pool. A resurgent domestic season for Johnsen in the normally offensively dominated Premiership definitely caught the eye of the new manager who allowed them to earn their spot as the number two with a few spot starts in the second half of qualifying.

Defenders
LB: Joakim Söderström, age 27, Soldarian FC
L/CB: Adrian Løvdal, age 32, SC Rinaldi
CB: Louise Løvoll, age 30, Mar Sara FC (F)
CB: Franziska Maurer, age 27, Duke of the North Image (F)
CB: Rasmus Andersen, age 23, Megabrantid Image
L/CB: Ismail Blom, age 27, Tanrısal Image
R/CB: Laura Adler, age 27, Mipojoseon Image (F)
R/CB: Florian Beike, age 27, Stein-los Turkish Image

Defense is not a Vanorian strong suit, but it will be Millet's job to turn a bunch of individually talented players into a truly respectable defense that opposing teams are not licking their chops at the idea of taking on. That begins with shifting from a back three into a back four that should hopefully provide a bit more defensive stability. Adler has been a revelation on the right since her move to Quebec, helping helm a defense that is exceptionally difficult to breach, with the hope that translates well into the national team. In the middle Louise Løvoll is the clear pick to lead the defensive organization with her years of experience both for national team as well as Mar Sara, though who should partner her is a bit of a debate. Maurer had been in the best form with their club and shown the most steel in deal with opposing attackers, but fell off a bit allowing Ismail Blom to earn back the starting spot for the Finals. Surprise inclusion of Rasmus Andersen represent the attempts to blend experience with bleeding in some of the newer talent, with Rasmus having earned it with a solid showing with one of the SRS big clubs.

Midfielders
LW: Julia Holt, age 30, Ulsa Image (F)
AML/ST: Lucas Winkel, age 27, Stein-los Turkish Image
D/MC: Martina Neumann, age 27, Club ESF (F)
D/MC: Ylva Stjern, age 23, Osarese Marcadia Image (F)
MC: Selim Estrada Barrientos, age 31, Raynor City United
MC: Liam Sæthre, age 30, Mâ Âlâmëómë Image
MC: Julia Strömberg, age 27, Hondo FC (F)
AMC/ST: Laborious Hawk, age 762, Myana Image
AMC: Alessandro Nyman, age 30, Soldarian FC
L/RW: Andreas Bjerk, age 30, Raynor City United
RW: Joacim Lind, age 32, Soldarian FC

Few words can truly encapsulate the sheer amount of skill and drive that Laborious Hawk provides in the middle of the park and with the change in formation, he will likely shift to being more of a shadow striker sort of position rather than a facilitator. The role of playmaker will likely fall upon the shoulders of Barrientos, although he is more used to playing a box to box role with United, but has shown the creative ability to be the playmaker in the middle. Liam Sæthre will be taking the spot behind him, with the Farfadillis based midfielder being a more well rounded player who can operate in a number of role and provides the sort of versatility to balance out Barrientos when a change is needed. The holding midfielder is a question mark in the pool with the former stalwarts finally aging out and no one who looks outstanding really in domestic play, leaving a weird almost untested pair of Neumann and Stjern battling it out for the role. The left is where the side has their biggest strength and on any given day one or the other could start, but Holt's corner ability gives her the edge to start out, while on the right new United signing Bjerk edges out their domestic competition but also a spot that could hopefully see some prospects developing in the next few years to improve the depth at the position.

Forwards
ST: Hadi Lundström, age 32, Raynor City United (F)
ST: Klara Holmberg, age 27, Megabrantid Image (F)
ST: Imre Haaland, age 23, Stein-los Turkish Image

Haaland's time is soon, as the striker has demonstrated his sheer ability to manufacture goals from merely being in the right position at the right time with his footballing acumen and sheer physical abilities, but he's not quite there yet. Lundström with her form over the last several seasons with United is the clear choice to lead the front line, while Holmberg also is a good shout with being a more youthful and pacier version of the United striker. Brekke is a lot like Haaland, not neccassarily the best at producing magic out of thin air but working hard for her goals and being in a good place to get the distribution from the midfield to have high scoring opportunities, right place at the right time sort of striker. The wealth of talent up front does make some question the move to a single striker system but Millet's resume speaks volumes and there will no doubt be some adjustments and tinkering going on as the team and manager both learn to work off of one another and try to get the best out of the team on hand.

Image

Millet comes as an odd choice to take over the managerial role for the Marauders following the retirement of legendary Euran boss Dan Eastwood, with many suspecting the Ko-oren born manager to bring a brand of negative football to the Empire due to her homeland. However many were surprised with her decision to play an attacking game that takes the press to the opponent while also stabilizing the defense with sacrificing one of the strikers to switch into a back four. It had its moments of both greatness and awkwardness during the Qualifiers as the squad adapts to the change but it did lead the team to an undefeated record and threw a spanner in the works for those who thought they knew how to deal with the Marauders way of playing the game.
