SRAS Declares war on CSL and immediately bell bombs all members planets
Most are destroyed immediately, with survivors being too weak to do anything. The planet's are colonized with equal rights given to the people on the planet's but they rise up against the "oppression they are experiencing" (they aren't)

I think troll-naming isn't allowed in the rules, though I believe you are correct since it is a little obvious where their intentions may lie. It is also a better idea to just ignore the lad, report them if they are breaking the rules like you've said in your last sentence, and move on.
