Gonswanza declares formal support for the war and Erusea's actions, noting that Erusean expansion is almost necessary for a "better future" per a mild quote from the office of Laura Ortiz-

Two men stood in a room hunched over a table, the table showed a large digital map of the Usean Continent, the Delarus Part of the map was dotted with Squares, Circles, and Triangle. The Squares represented a land division, the circles a naval division, and the triangles represented air divisions.

“General, what’s the plan?” One of the man said, turning over towards the other man.
The General looked at the map and then zoomed it on focusing more on Delarus. His fingers then dragged the circles across the ocean towards the Delarussian Coast “Were going to send most of our navy towards the coast of Delarus, there forces are currently occupied moving towards the west to stop our advance into there western territory.” He said pressing a button that then showed some blue symbols representing the Delarussian forces that were moving towards the Erusean ones to try and stop them. “They’ve made a big mistake by drawing away most of there forces, the plan is to penetrate deep into the center of Delarussian territory by pushing in through the coast, the navy will begin this plan by bombing the coast and weaking the remaining forces there. The Airforce will arrive next with 2 Arsenal birds and push deep into there territory, the army will follow behind them” he said before it showed many of the symbols moving into deep Delarussian territory “Finally, from there we will move North-Western and reconnect with Erusean Borders, the remaining Delarussian troops will now be completely surrounded and they will have no choice but to surrender.” The general said finishing his plan. The other man looked at it all and shook his head in approval “Alright General, we’ll get everyone ready right away.” He said before leaving the room.

Delarus is currently being invaded by multiple states which have declared an intention to annex territory and create a puppet government out of the rump Delarussian state under the control of the Erusean state. On the Erusean invasion of Delarus

"To my fellow brothers and sisters of Vyahrapura,

Several weeks ago, the Republic of Erusea completed the so-called 'Lighthouse Project', an engineering marvel that has stunned the world. Instead of keeping this technology for themselves, they chose to give other nations of the world the opportunity to come in peace and friendship to make use of the space elevator. The Kemaharajaan was one of the first nations to congratulate the Erusean State on its achievement and proposed cooperating with them in matters concerning the Lighthouse.

But on April 17th, 2023 in a sudden turn of events, Erusea declared war on its smaller, neighbouring country in the name of 'uniting the Erusean people with their homeland'. Delarus, the victim of this unprovoked violence, stood all alone and without any help once the invasion started. Already, the Erusean military has launched devastating attacks on Delarus which have killed hundreds, and begun its advance into the country. Not only this, several foreign states cheered on- and actively support the Erusean invasion.

So that begs the question: can we truly stand on the sidelines in this conflict? What would our children think of us if we condemn their generation to live in a world where peace can be so easily disrupted by greedy nations and alliances seeking to expand their power? What would our forefathers think of us if we remained idle while untold pain and suffering as a result of this unjustifiable conflict are taking place right before our eyes? By refusing to wage this righteous war, we renounce our duty and honour, and most definitely incur sin. The next generations of the future and great warriors of history will recount us for such infamy.

That is why we must rise, resolved to fight for our ideals and beliefs; resolved to fight against aggressors and evil-doers; resolved to fight and use violence to prevent further violence.

As such, the Kemaharajaan Vyahrapura pledges to send material aid to Delarus in the form of over 12,000 Javelin Anti-tank missiles, over 1,500 Stinger MANPADS, over 30 SAM missile pieces, over 30 radar systems, over 200 artillery pieces, over 200 kamikaze drones, over 70 main battle tanks, and a loan of $800 billion USD. Furthermore, the Vyahrapuran Army will receive and train Delarusian soldiers before returning them to fight on the frontlines with increased knowledge and skills, while the Vyahrapuran Air Force will perform reconnaissance missions with its Murugan UAVs over Delarus to provide key intel on enemy forces to the Delarusian defenders and their allies. Our support will not be limited by only this, however, and further aid will be sent. Its quantity and shape depending on the dynamics of the war. The RSRM officially commands Operation Bagration II to be a go, as infantry and IFVs use force concentration to pierce weakened points in the Delarusian fortification line and encricle the fragments of the fortification lines, relying on Soviet Deep Battle doctrine. The losses are heavy, attributed to the RSRM mainly specializing in Ground forces, there is not much support other than a little handful of IL-2 Sturmoviks with the Iomax Archangel upgrade kits, giving them four AGM-114s, and four GBU-58 Paveway bombs, good for harassing enemy armor, but often shredded when going up against air targets. This is why we request Air Superiority, because our IL-2s cannot keep up with enemy interceptors and air superiority fighters. But so far we still are gaining ground, running far ahead of most current forces, as we intend to be the major player on the ground in this war. Many IL-2 pilots have been told to use AGM-114s to take out armor only, and save the Paveway bombs for Ammunition dumps, as those are key for the Delarusians, as that is where they store their ammunition, a key munition being FGM-142s Vyahrapura is sending over in mass quantities. Meanwhile the RSRM is making domestically produced 30mm Anti-Drone Programmable ammunition to deal with kamikaze drones, and also will be providing domestically made 9M133M Kornet ATGMs to support their forces.

Operation Iron Shield

The situation in Delarus is dire. Multiple states have invaded the nation with the intention of annexing its territory and establishing a puppet government.

The Spandonian military is ready to intervene in defense of Delarus. Our armed forces consist of highly trained and disciplined soldiers across several branches, including the Spandonian Army, Navy, Air Force, and Special Forces.

To enact our intervention plan, we will launch a ground and air support operation. The military component of this intervention will be called Operation Iron Shield. Gonswanza has mobilized an impromptu expeditionary force of 3,000 infantry (and additional armored support, and fighters), being shipped and flown over, to fight on behalf of the Eruseans. Racing ahead of the invasion force, "Task Force Sapphire" consisting of 4x Iron Mill class, 4x Kirov class, 4x Kirov II class, 2x Gangut class type B, 4x Typhoon class, 4x Union class, 2x River class, 2x Republic class (types 2 and 1, Republic and Juan Cortez respectively), along with 3x Oscar II class and 3x Victor III class to further reinforce the massive fleet of ships.

Logistics vessels follow behind them, guarded by destroyers and submarines as well as AWACS aircraft, as the drones overhead outpace them. Yet, the first arrivals would be the blackbirds, already penetrating hostile airspace to gather information.

The intelligence assets however fight for position, racing for Delarus, and enter the Spring Sea.

Even with the massive force, it was known that the Eruseans should be able to crush any resistance present. So Gonswanza hoped, anyways, as the force races ahead for war and glory.

The Erusean President, Mihaly A. Shilage, prepared to make a speech regarding the Erusean Invasion of Delarus. At time 1200, Shilage stepped into the recording room to deliver his speech.

“My fellow Eruseans, my fellow Useans, and my fellow brothers and sisters of the world. As you may know by now, the Republic of Erusea has launched a military operation to protect the Erusean People living in the Breakaway Republic of Delarus. Delarus is home to a large population of Erusean ethnicity, an estimated 14 million Eruseans live in Delarus. Erusea has dreamed of the day where we unite the Erusean People under one banner of Unity. We have kept ourselves from reuniting our people in Delarus for quite sometime, but after the Osean government broke ties with Delarus, we have decided this is the perfect time to reunite our people, this is the reason for our campaign.

As for the rest of the Non-Erusean ethnicity in Delarus, we would like to clarify many things, first, we will not be taking over Non-Erusean land, all other Delarus land will be left to the Delarussian people under a Erusean lead government. Secondly, we will not be forcing the Delarussian people to move from their land, Delarusian people who suddenly catch themselves in Erusean territory at the end of the war will be treated the same alongside their Erusean Brothers, we do not wish to hurt the Delarusian people and their sovereignty, we only wish to reclaim what is ours. On President Shilage's Speech

I find President Shilage's idea of 'unity' quite peculiar. As far as I know, 'uniting with other people' does not include bombing their cities, killing hundreds if not thousands, invading their sovereign territory, and throwing their nation into a desperate struggle for survival that will physically and psychologically scar them for generations to come. Especially if these other people you wish to unite with are your neighbours. It is entirely contradictory to say that you "do not wish to hurt the Delarussian people and their sovereignty" while doing the exact opposite through this invasion- or perhaps I should say 'military operation'.

Also interesting is that in his speech, President Shilage admits to being a warmonger and a coward: The former through the fact that his government was preparing this war of so-called 'unification' for many years, and the latter by biding their time until their small adversary was at their weakest and isolated to attack them.

Despite this, I hope that President Shilage and his government will realise the scale of destruction and suffering they have brought upon others, withdraw their forces from Delarus, sign a peace treaty, and choose to respect their neighbour's sovereignty instead of pursuing this policy of imperialism. Hopefully that may come soon, in the interests of all those involved.

Nishikaigan announces it's intent to support Delarus in this war, electing to send the Hood Class Superdreadnought HINMS Akagi and it's support fleet to force open a corridor for supplies and troops to get through to support the beleaguered Delarusian defenders.
