The agreement covers the contracting of spot and round-trip freight services by any of Consortia's partner businesses including inter-regional and extra-regional supply chain shipments, transport of security-sensitive and hazardous defence goods, and handling and delivery of outsize and heavy cargoes to customers worldwide.

It came after a series of discussions focused on the companies’ respective business needs, key growth areas, and operational requirements. Dillard Industrial Logistics will open offices and construct new infrastructure in Etoile Arcture to support their operations.

The Barque Class Fast Combat Support Ship also helped our fleet conduct operations by providing a stable supply to our fleet. We would like to reinforce our military operational capabilities by purchasing additional F/A-38 fighter jets and Barque Class Fast Combat Support Ships, which demonstrated outstanding performance. HARMONY CITY, E.A. -- Consortia SA announces today that three of its founding members - Amoskeag International Ltd., Sequoia Dynamics Corp. and Aerodyne Inc. - have signed memorandums of understanding with the Seorabeol Federation government to open ISO 9001 certified production facilities in industrial zones in the country. The sites chosen are in Saju City for aerospace production, Wonpo City for shipbuilding and Pyeong Sung City for vehicle manufacturing.

The new facilities will include assembly lines for military end user items intended for the Seorabeol Federation and international customers. The companies will qualify for a 2% cut in corporation tax in return for the implementation of local hiring policies. Ground breaking will be in early 2023 with completion of all three sites expected by the middle of the year.

I write to you on behalf of Consortia in reply to your official communique proposing trade negoitations to express our company's interest in taking up this offer with alacrity. The Evenguard of Azura is a nation of good standing with an international reputation for equality and fairness that is widely respected across the world and by many in our nation including here at Consortia.

Industrial offsets are fully within the scope of export arrangements allowed under the government rules we operate under, subject to the normal political and national security considerations that I am confident the Foreign Ministry both understand and shares. I am delighted to inform you that Consortia has been authorised at the governmental level to immediately open negotiations with Azuran industry. I wish to express my personal confidence from the outset of this process that I feel a fair and equitable agreement that is mutually beneficial to all parties is entirely possible to be made.

Upon consultation with various stakeholders within our grouping, I have been instructed to accept the initial proposal of technology transfer and licensing agreements with one or more New Azuran companies in return for a flat licensing fee for each design/product and the assumption of all up-front capital investment costs, as well as the added benefit of the tax exemptions offered by the Evenguard. I am further authorised to propose reciprocal manufacturing or co-production agreements between one or more Consortia group company acting as a prime contractor and one or more New Azuran company acting as an offset service provider. These arrangements would run parallel to commitments to manufacture for the Azure Air Force and other Azuran military customers, allowing sharing of supply chain and industrial capacity between Etoile Arcture and New Azura that will help reduce production costs and lead times for both parties.

I eagerly look forward to your office's reply on all these matters, including details of the products required by the Azure Air Force and Azuran companies interested in striking agreements with us.
