Violence has broken out in the coastal cities of Gyzantia as the Niranian gang "The Eastern Golden Shield" (Tegoshi for short) have conquered the weaker villages of Gyzantia's coastal towns forcing civilians to pay tribute every couple of weeks or face death. Tegoshi has also started to recruit more member in Gyzantia to expand their gang.

The photographers, cameramen, producers and crew that were recording the great event also recorded the Royal Marine choir, which was made up of men and women, the women being representatives of the non-combatant hospital, administrative and logistics units, as they sang:

As they sang, the order was given by Prince Jusus, and the whole division began to move as though it was a great orchestra and symphonic chorus moved at his strong and mighty hand. With a roar, great engines moved tanks, armoured personnel carriers, fighting vehicles, artillery, and transport down the web of roads and lanes ahead. Each battalion on the move sent a company ahead to do skirmish and scouting work, to make sure that the roads ahead were clear and there were no ambushes.

The Blackfly drones had noted that reinforcements were arriving at Sikklosa, and these reinforcements were reported on to the Marines, to the Navy, and to Gyzantia.

While the Marines were starting on their way, the men, in their vehicles mostly were very excited, and even the men who had gotten gut cramps from unfamiliar food served in the Doggy Bags were excited. They peered out at the mostly flat land around them. It was anticipated that it would take about 7 hours to get there. The Royal Marines were going to launch a reconnaissance in force by helicopter, and so one of the battalion. This battalion, the 1-7th Royal Marines, was sitting around, all equipped, eating snacks from their Doggy Bags, exchanging jokes, writing letters, and ribbing one another. Their officers sat apart and discussed spiritual and courtly manners with great grace and dignity.

One flight of Bartgeier fighters, as well as a flight of Anakonda attack fighters, were orbiting the Royal Marine division to protecting them from any unexpected air attacks. A flight of ground attack fighters waited on the carrier, ready to support the attack on Sikklosa.

At the same time, however, another flight was headed for Sikklosa to seek opportunities to attack the air operations that had been detected earlier by the Blackfly Drones. The flight moved in stealthily, following sea contours along the coast, only rising up to combat levels as they reached Sikklosa itself. Their first targets, if possible, were cargo planes, and secondary ones were helicopters. These planes had a search range of 350km, using the EOA-26B EOSAS (Electro-Optical Synthetic Aperture System). They were excellent, top of the line new fighters, ready to anticipate any unexpected attack, resistant to EMP. The only issue with them was that every pilot was new to this. Even Flight Leader Gossing, their commander, even though an experienced pilot, and one of the first test pilots to use the plane in Sombreland, was new to actually taking the machines into action. He was, however, a daredevil, a man who loved flying more than women, and he was eager to be put to the test.
Because they were going on an air combat mission, the four planes were armed with AIM-120 AMRAAM. They considered themselves ready to shoot down any targets they found in the air. Furthermore, as their own fleet moved towards Sikklosa, they were within range to be supported by the mighty cruiser.

On board the carrier, Commander Pogenau was proud and pleased, He wished he were going on the mission himself, but he would be on the one that openly attacked Sikklosa in support of the Royal Marines' attack to purge the city of rebels. He was in his flight suit, and monitoring the activity of his pilots and drone operators from the command and information center, listening keenly.

The Marajarbian Government was receiving multiple different reports regarding multiple different situations, including the disregard of diplomatic immunity and the assassination of an anonymous Marajarbian diplomat in the KTO-Aursian War Peace Talks, as well as reports coming in from the Marajarbian ships near Gyzantian waters of a Janpian blockade preventing so much as humanitarian aid from going through.

Using the opportunity, the Marajarbian Government would condemn the KTO for its blockade, citing that "The KTO's been up to some shady shit, disregarding the will of the people, disregarding diplomacy and its benefits, protecting war criminals, and now allowing for its leader to prevent humanitarian aid shipments from getting sent to the wounded, to refugees, to children. Whatever KTO is doing is not good, not for the world either, but for their imperialist ambitions and warmongering interests."

The Marajarbian Government has also officially called for moves to be made to showcase international disapproval at recent KTO actions, including the blockade, with many of the nations present in the war, including the leader of the humanitarian efforts, Anagonia, as well as other participants, including Niran and Bavikaland.

Back at Outpost Coast troops were either doing something to pass the time ranging from grilling food, playing catch, or listening to the radio while the gun crews occasionally harass the forces on the other side anyway earlier that day four 180mm OSPA vehicles arrived and were set up while near the outpost just far enough where it wouldn’t get hit by counter battery attacks and Captain Boyd was near the beaches with a radio operator and a OFJ-2K deploy from the carrier to give a confirmation when the artillery hits their targets and radio back any corrections.

With a radio in hand and a pair of binoculars in the other looked through them seeing before putting down and looking at a map next to him was a laser ranger and a gps system. Finally getting a gist of where to hit he switch to the frequency the OSPA radios were on.

Enemy troops and armor!” One Oceanian soldier yelled before jumping into cover however he despite being quick a bullet hit the poor dude in the foot a the soldier yelled in pain before collapsing to the ground behind cover when the other soldiers heard him they quickly got to cover while the the crews of the armored vehicles buttoned up by closing their hatches and started returning fire with their weapons, the troops that were in OTCs and OFVs got of the troop compartment and ran to cover or used the armored carriers as cover while the gunners used their machines gun and Autocannons (OFVs) and fired at Technate fighters the T-55AM2 followed by a 2 T-62 with having slate armor attached to it maneuver through the rubble to get a better angle and to deal with the tank.

The eastern golden shield gang from Niran has dominated part of the coastal areas from Retrosa to Ilstia making profit by forcing the payment of tribute. Making people pay to enter or leave the town and adding taxes on everything.

Leanna sent the message. It was borderline treason what she had done, but she had done so under good faith for the protection of her country. Her decision, if discovered, would be ultimately protected by the laws provided by the constitution. It would still be a messy affair to endure personally. Regardless, she hoped she could finally put an end to this investigation and move on to more pressing concerns. Diplomatically addressing a potential international incident concerning civilian casualties would be a good way to publicize the unity between the KTO nations represented in the theater of operations. If any further incidents transpired, she could privately handle the situation utilizing other methods. Methods that would ultimately be seen as proxy operations, more than likely.

Sipping a coffee that was sitting beside the laptop, the Commodore pondered present events.

Naval Peacekeeping Force Anagonia and Naval Task Force Exeter had arrived to Gyzantia without much fanfair. The Janpians hadn't proved to be an issue, their ships moving well out of the way of the Anagonian fleets arriving. Once the naval forces formed up with Naval Peacekeeping Force Mythica, the two commanding officers of Anagonia and Exeter met up with Leanna on the Mythica.

Commodore Bogdan Rabinoff of Anagonia was well acquainted with Leanna both professionally and personally. They went far back together and had been somewhat intimate with one another during several private encounters. The task at hand presented opportunities for both to reacquaint, should time allow. Despite their equal rank, however, Bogdan would be reporting to Leanna as her subordinate this time around since she had been assigned as overall Anagonian Force Commander. Captain Chapayev Leonidovich of Exeter was somewhat acquainted with both Bogdan and Leanna on a professional level and was already something of a celebrity back home thanks to a Confederate Military News Article published about him some time ago. He would be assisting Leanna with his significant force assets should she require a more direct approach to securing humanitarian efforts.

Once both commanding officers had been briefed on the situation, Bogdan and Leanna spent some time together alone. After their brief "catching up", the two Commodore's parted ways which left Leanna to continue her dealings with humanitarian efforts.

Master Sergeant Maximian had already reported that both domestic and foreign support forces had begun once again shelling and attacking Port Nithu. After devoting such extensive resources to providing for the citizens there, it was heartbreaking to find out that their efforts were being effectively thwarted by the ongoing war. Secundus had conveyed that a particular attack had destroyed a hospital and hub being utilized to evacuate civilians. Thankfully, no Anagonian asset was present during the time of the attacks, but the continual slaughter and targeting of civilians was getting on the Commodore's last nerve. She had a plan, though, and one she personally discussed with both commanding officers during the briefing. If things kept getting out of hand, there would be protection and no-fly zones issued and enforced.

The President was already breathing down her neck concerning the tragedies in the war. It wasn't like it was her fault, directly, but because she was a force commander and because she was present in the theater of operations she was expected to do something about it. That she would. Only when the time was right.

Another issue troubling her was the Marajarbian Federation humanitarian fleet being refused entry by the Janpians. She had considered requested Commodore Rabinoff to escort the Federation forces to their necessary offloading points, but that would have caused undo strain to the already tense situation around and within Gyzantia. For the moment, Leanna's hands were tied. She had sent off a situation report concerning the event back home and had been informed earlier that the Marajarbian government had issued an official diplomatic protest. For the moment, however, she had been ordered to let the diplomats handle the situation and avoid direct action. As troubling as it was to let things play out, she would follow her orders. She pondered sending a message to the Marajarbians, deciding to do so briefly before retiring for the night.

I have sent a situational report back home and have been informed that diplomats are discussing negotiations at present concerning your forces. At present, however, there is nothing I can to help you. I appreciate your forces helping mine and I assure you your humanitarian forces on the ground in Gyzantia still assisting mine will be tended to, treated well, well fed, and well rested. We will additionally, as a courtesy, provide transport for them to your fleet if necessary. To respect the Janpian position, however, and to avoid confrontation with an ally, we will not provide transport at this time of your forces from your fleet to the shore.

I am working on a way to properly address this. If nothing comes of it within a day or two and your fleet is still there, we will begin operations to utilize our rotary craft to offload your supplies from your fleets current position - if necessary.

"Put that shit over there, Private!" roared the Master Sergeant.

The deafening thudding of the four tilt-rotary engines on the VC-4 Condor almost did away with the sound of the roar from the Komodren as he gave his order. It had been some time since Secundus had seen one up close. The large transport tilt-rotary had been brought in with the back-up fleets which had recently formed up with the Mythica off-shore. They had to be put back together from their storage state, since they weren't naturally folding like most naval aircraft. Once that was done, the only two Condors brought in began to ferry supplies and assets to and from the transport ships and LHD's to shore. There, they landed on one of the main helipads previously constructed at Acur Alpha and would repeat the process after unloading.

Right now the Master Sergeant was supervising that unloading process. A few M2109's had been offloaded from the VC-4. The vehicle the private had been offloading had been a M2108, one of only two command vehicles having been sent to the ground forces here. The Private had almost rolled the damn thing off the ramp and off the side, but thanks to the efforts of the crew on board the Condor, that event had been avoided. Secundus made a mental note to reprimand the Private later.

"Alright, you're clear!" shouted Secundus to the Cargo Chief up on ramp of the VC-4. The Cargo Chief gave a thumbs up back as the Master Sergeant stepped back and the drop-ramp began to close. Once it was half-way closed, the VC-4 lifted off and rotated to point towards offshore before tilting and hovering off. It was only a ways away, unseeable by the ground, that the tilt-rotors moved into a forward position for faster flight.

The offloading would take most of the night. He had already briefed and prepared two squads of Marines for this. They were several hours in by now, only managing to offload half of the vehicle compliment and only a fraction of the supplies. It would likely take hours more before everything finished. Grunting to himself, the Master Sergeant found a Corporal nearby lacking in his efforts. He directed his attention towards him as Secundus begun a very direct and aggressive verbal reprimand, informing the Corporal that his family genes were quite possibly lacking if he was unable to put in the proper effort into his work.

In typical Marine fashion, the Corporal continued his work while taking the abuse in stride.

Approximately 3 days travel away from Gynzantian waters.

The never-calming waters of the open lash against the Kyiv-II as the vessel cruises at a comfortable 15 knots an hour. Once a prideful-looking ship, all of it's parade-worthy glamour has all but been ebbed away by salt water or marine recklessness. The white number 43 -- proudly painted on the starboard side of the ship's bow -- is now being degraded, chipped away by either the sea or simple friction.
In the rough waters of the ocean and the degrading quality of the ship, though. A meeting is still held.

Officially, it's labeled as the 'battalion coordination area'. Unofficially, it was just an small smoking lounge on the ship, it's furniture hastily vacated and the crew doing what they could with the heavy scent of tobacco and ash in the room. However, the latter was of no use to the tired company commanders of the 103rd. How could still smell the tobacco and ash through the heavy perfume.
It didn't matter, anyhow. Half of the command staff in the meeting was already holding a cigarette between their fingers, and the 'Kombat°' himself is holding what is obviously the cheapest cigar known to man.

"I think everyone knows it now, we've been re-routed to another theatre."

The Commander, the Russian blonde out of all Russian blondes. Takes another puff of his shoddily made cigar.

" We drew the lottery this time, MECU-Home-Fleet has seen that it would be a waste to see these young boys in the battalion die to some 20-something year old manning a HMG in a foreign shithole. So you know what they did? They decided to send us to die to a 20-something trigger-happy insurgent manning a HMG in a foreign shithole!"

The last bit managed to get some chuckling out of the staff, but silence once again dominates the room after a few seconds.

"Now, I know that the grunts this deployment were looking forward to some trigger time, gunners of the BTRs and shit looking forward to blowing up some hooch and getting his face plastered all over the local papers as a Baby-eating devil trapped in foreigner hell..."

Once again, more chuckling, more silence.

"..But, such as life. Company commanders should get their briefing files within the hour, but the deal's simple. We have a Socialist-Techie split in Gyzantia. Some techno-council once ruled over the country. But after some farmer from bumfuck-nowhere draws a revolver on their king, it was nowhere but down from there."

Another puff from the cigar.

"I don't think I have to tell you that The Greater Republic runs one of the most aggressive refugee extraction programs in the world. We take around half a million refugees and civilians from war-torn holes around the globe and we turn them into productive members of our economy. From College professors in Chechnya to farmers in the Donbass. Be it violence, Sharia law, or just the shithole being a shithole. We can and will get them out of there if they want to. Guess which country gets added to the list next?"

Even more chuckles, even more silence.

"Premise is simple, we set up a FOB along the coast that allows for ease of transportation, and then we set up Safe-zones and LZs in the shit. We get the refugees from the LZs and safe-zones to the FOB. And get them to whichever cruise liner or converted freighter the navy pulls up in this time.

The commander's queries are answered with silence.

Slowly, the captains and the lieutenants of the 103rd began to rise from their seats and putting out their cigarettes. Waiting for the words to slip out of the Kombat's mouth.

Please be aware also that the United Revolutionary States of Janpia has issued a total naval blockade of non-KTO assets coming into Gyzantia. The battle of Colstrea was over, all that was left of the city was rubble and ruins with very few houses still standing, in the battle the CWVD and allies had managed to capture several higher ups of the Technate Military.

The volunteer Welephilostopian troops would then be repositioned to prepare for the coming naval invasion of the island most important to the CR's wargoals.

OOC: The island I'm reffering to is the one with no cities in between CR and the mainland.

Buzzing a few Technate positions, they'd likely come under some anti-air fire, but this was done to try to reach the carrier still out at sea beyond the port district.

Reaper Squadron cheers to themselves, flying home as Blackbirds survey the damage. Drones will be directed over, in an attempt to destroy defenses, before a follow-up strike. Only now, the plan has changed. Targets have changed. Higher-ups have called for the targets to be randomized, so as to sustain unpredictability, with the recon aircraft now surveying the next target city, highlighting defenses set for destruction. The technate may not realize it, but Port Nithu only showed just how vulnerable their cities really were, with these subsequent strikes adding to the supposed vulnerability.

While some may call it a war crime, Laura Ortiz merely calls it a necessary sacrifice. She just needed to force the Technate to bend the knee to her own forces, even if it means drowning them in innocent blood and passing it off as an act of God.

The missile explodes, distracted by the flares, giving the J-107 a sigh of relief, but there were still jets chasing on its tail. Back at Outpost Coast troops were either doing something to pass the time ranging from grilling food, playing catch, or listening to the radio while the gun crews occasionally harass the forces on the other side anyway earlier that day four 180mm OSPA vehicles arrived and were set up while near the outpost just far enough where it wouldn’t get hit by counter battery attacks and Captain Boyd was near the beaches with a radio operator and a OFJ-2K deploy from the carrier to give a confirmation when the artillery hits their targets and radio back any corrections.

With a radio in hand and a pair of binoculars in the other looked through them seeing before putting down and looking at a map next to him was a laser ranger and a gps system. Finally getting a gist of where to hit he switch to the frequency the OSPA radios were on.

Battle of Colestra

“Contact! Enemy troops and armor!” One Oceanian soldier yelled before jumping into cover however he despite being quick a bullet hit the poor dude in the foot a the soldier yelled in pain before collapsing to the ground behind cover when the other soldiers heard him they quickly got to cover while the the crews of the armored vehicles buttoned up by closing their hatches and started returning fire with their weapons, the troops that were in OTCs and OFVs got of the troop compartment and ran to cover or used the armored carriers as cover while the gunners used their machines gun and Autocannons (OFVs) and fired at Technate fighters the T-55AM2 followed by a 2 T-62 with having slate armor attached to it maneuver through the rubble to get a better angle and to deal with the tank.

Their attack in Port Nithu would be returned by the Technate, with a 155m howitzer from the island off Retrosa firing into the alleged source of the attacks. It would miss them, as its ammunition lands into the coastline.

In Colstrea, the two A-12 tanks finally met with the Oceanians, with it targeting the gap of the body and the turret of the T-62. One of the A-12 tank commanders, decide to switch their HE to AP ammunition. The Technate troops have their cover compromised, with bullet holes starting to expose them to the Oceanian vehicles. One of them throws a grenade, hoping it will give them time to run away and regroup with other soldiers in the area.

The Marajarbians were of course, blockaded on their way, being spotted by the satellites and radars, and intercepted by Helgo-Class Corvettes. They are tasked to leave as part of the naval directive, which is to ban all ships except KTO, Colstrea, or Socialists, to pass.

In the mean time, as Carriers approach Port Nithu about 1,000km off. AWACS were sent to detect areas at the coast, and then bombarded with the use of Kalibrs and Kinzhals from the Hanschinburg-Class Destroyers. Due to the nature of the FCS-3A and with the help of the Revolutsiya CMS AI, the missiles are fired away with pinpoint accuracy, relying from the data of AWACS and satellites, as it plunges over to any detected SAM sites, bunkers, formations, oil depot, ammo dump, and other military installations. Jets were also sent to strike down any formation, defenses, and among others, while Alevayev-Class LSDs and Dabun-Class Hovercrafts positioned itself in preparation for a landing assault. Of course, the entire air coverage in the area are covered by AWACS, topped with protection from patrolling jets, armed with BVRAAM and AIM-9s. While they're at it, helicopters continues on deploying sonar nets whenever they go and linking it to the Revolutsiya CMS, which is connected to the fleet.

Meanwhile, helicopters carrying artillery pieces, revolutonaries, supplies, and among others, arrives at the Port of Sikklosa, all with their renewed IFF, making them look friendly to the socialist radars. They were there to support the socialist afterall. This marks the start of Operation Galungong for them.

One of the Technate's task force, composed of a 1 Bradia Class carrier (similar to Charles de Gaulle class), 2 Astler Class cruisers (Kirov Class) , and 5 Yvina Class destoryers (similar to Type 055 destroyers), arrived near the blockade, asking to give them permission to pass through their own waters.

The troops sent for Operation Galungong were greeted by Socialist volunteers, and immediately asks their help to fortify the city, as reports of an offensive has been given to them by the intelligence offices in the Commune.

The eastern golden shield gang from Niran has dominated part of the coastal areas from Retrosa to Ilstia making profit by forcing the payment of tribute. Making people pay to enter or leave the town and adding taxes on everything.

Most of the civilians brand these gangs as invaders, and have picked up arms, together with Technate troops and tanks defending city against these raiders. It hurt their hearts to see some of their own blood joining in with the Golden Shield Gang and helping them on the "violence" committed by the gang of villages and cities.

The battle of Colstrea was over, all that was left of the city was rubble and ruins with very few houses still standing, in the battle the CWVD and allies had managed to capture several higher ups of the Technate Military.

The volunteer Welephilostopian troops would then be repositioned to prepare for the coming naval invasion of the island most important to the CR's wargoals.

OOC: The island I'm reffering to is the one with no cities in between CR and the mainland.

Downtown Colstrea has fallen to the Colstrean Republic and its allies, with the Technate milita and troops retreating to the outskirts, while trying to live off the land they still hold. Some commanding officers in Colstrea are waiting for a possible surrender of their King or the Head of Technate.

The fall of most Colstrea places so much matter on the hands of Simon Herzland.

They have lost their "fortress" in such a short amount of time. King Issia IV has also sent him a voice message, telling him to think of this thoroughly. There are now thousands of Technate troops stuck in Colstrea. They could ask the Deronians to allow their troops to disarm themselves while they cross to Deronia, but the situation between the two countries would not allow that. He would appear in public once again tomorrow, and with the report of the fall of Colstrea, it would be hard to face the public expecting no criticism on his management of the war.

The landings and continued attacks on the mainland is also becoming a problem. The General Staff has shown their disapproval for the continuation for war in Colstrea.

The Carrier GRN Bradia, and its strike force, finally got to use their anti-missile defense systems that have been waiting action for decades. With the advanced radar detection in the carrier and its fleet, they launched their missiles on their way to the missiles launched by the blockade, without realizing how incapable their defenses were, as they were decades old already. With this, the fleet is obliterated, with 6 of the SAC-15s (Eurofighter Typhoon) of GRN Bradia, with sorties already occuring, saved from the blasts. It took more than one missile to sink the GRN Bradia, but with this, the Technate have lost a carrier, a devastating attack to the navy's propaganda of them being the "backbone of Gyzantian Diplomatic Supremacy".

Over in Port Nithu, the Technate troops have retreated away from the beach, entrenching themselves into buildings near the beach and sniping any target they can visually see. Artillery units have been sent coordinates and have now begun arming the howitzers of rounds to level the beachhead of the Janpian forces. SAC-12s begin to launch their flares away, while attempting to flee the airspace above Port Nithu after launching their missiles.

The 107 tanks the rounds, only to perform a strange flip, given it's super maneuverability, to return the favor to the SAC-12, as the J-102C attempts to maneuver away, dumping chaff in hopes of damaging the engines of the offending SAC-12 as things got fuzzy in the battle.

Advancing troops soon get within range of the duel, with a Verba soon getting lock (IR) against a SAC-12 and being fired from the ground, as the tanks quickly take aim for the AMX-30s on the ground as well, which were keeping Ocenian troops pinned. Even with the city surrendering, it seems that there still were forces fighting to the very last round for the sake of the Technate.

With the city now mostly liberated by the Colstreans and their allies, it was time to leave them one final blast.

The rigged Ikhastim Airport, with planes and supplies for the Battle of Colstrea, explodes on a tremendous blast, lighting the night sky in the horizon of Colstrea. Together with this, MRLS trucks launched their missiles, with cluster bombs into the city, causing unimaginable damage into the city. They were hoping that they managed to get some casualties in the operation, and it did. Colstrean authorities have immediately reported of approximately 3,000 of their troops dying in the attack, with more than 500 dying from the explosion in the Ikhastim Airport.

Some trapped Technate troops, which did not hear the signal for the operation, were either severely wounded or died from the attacks. The AMX-30 tanks and their troops, after a long day of fighting with their enemies, raise their white flags, after some of their fellow soldiers were wounded, with one of the tanks being hit by a cluster bomb, causing the death of the tank crew. After the attacks, Technate troops have retreated from the city, moving into the forests, staying hidden from air and ground troops of Colstrea.

No soldiers, assets, or ground assets of any kind that is non-commune will be permitted unless it is humanitarian in origin. Mitya was almost relieved that their march was close to completion, until the detonation occurred.

He had been on the verge of writing a communication requesting the right to assist the Gonswanzans in their campaign when, as if it was punishment for his slightly elevated mood, the sound of the detonation reached (and penetrated) his ears, disorienting him for a moment as he made to leave his temporary command center (a tent) and look upon the city they were supposed to be occupying soon.

Considering he could see the detonation from here, he assumed that it would be….. a bit less rewarding to occupy, as if he was checking the maps he had acquired correctly, the explosion likely originated near the airport, which would mean that any reinforcements would have to come from the sea….. which was currently being blockaded and would likely be contested again.

Well, as they said at home:
“When the going gets mildly irritating, blame someone else and have them killed”
……He wasn’t sure if that was actually applicable to the situation, but as his vehicles began to finally move into (what he hoped) was a majority-intact city, he hoped he could find a way to make it usable.

Back at Dessin, the two F-80Cs that were shipped in were preparing for a mission, when the reports come in of an attack against the airport, as the entire airport seems to have gone up in smoke.

Fatalities number in the hundreds, with debris crushing an APC as helicopters fly into the city to assert some dominance over the air, hurriedly, with more fighters from the carrier nearby racing in to try to finish the dogfight once and for all. Several J-102Cs, in fact.

With the MLRS strikes against the city and incoming forces, the Kirovs fire back with Kalibr-Ms to try to counteract the artillery sites, drones above the city directing the strikes against moving hostile forces while also attacking on their own accord.

The blackjacks fly home to re-arm and refuel again, before getting turned around rapidly for the next strike. The F-80Cs however were given a new mission, being armed with Kinzhals and later being pointed to Port Nithu, as Janpian forces there apparently ran into problems with a Technate fleet. Hence, these aircraft will see action against them. If not, they could always attempt to pick off air defenses around Port Nithu to hammer down on resistance.

The Marajarbian Government, just now receiving the report of the humanitarian ship being destroyed at the hands of the Janpians, does a complete and full condemnation of the KTO, calling the move to not only blockade a country undergoing a serious crisis in an attempt to pull shady and suspicious actions, but also calls the move to absolutely destroy a humanitarian ship filled with aid for the wounded, sick, and homeless refugees a "call to action" for the world. The KTO has proven itself to be a massive threat to world peace and security in recent days, and now it is time for the world to act.

The Marajarbian Government has called for the Anagonians to, as leaders of the humanitarian faction and as one of the biggest KTO member states, condemn the Janpians for their blockade, and meanwhile has also commended the Anagonians for protecting humanitarian territory with the creation of the no-fly zone.


Furthermore, in response to not only Janpian actions in Gyzantia, but recent Countesian actions in the recent Aursian peace talks, the Marajarbian Government has called for the Janpians and Countesians to face the consequences of their actions in a court of law, or risk the dangers of further threatening the nations of the free world.

Many Marajarbians are also now referring to KTO as "worse than NATO", referring to KTO's days as what were a warmongering and imperialist alliance known as NATO, which sought to fight for world domination, and got itself destroyed through conflict with the Meretican United Federation. Because of this, plans for a strong anti-KTO movement on the international stage, including an international code of conduct and fair international court systems and affiliated trials for all evil nations, are in the works.

I have been informed by the President of the Confederate States that our Defense Condition has been raised to DEFCON 3. This means that the Confederate Military has concluded their analysis of events transpiring in this warzone and other theaters of interest and have seen a viable threat. I have been handed orders and information from the President that I will now convey.

Effective immediately, the no-fly zone over all territories identified with the Gyzantian Commune is in effect. Additionally, the Confederate States Navy will now assume direct control of the waters off the shores of the Gyzantian Commune - by force if necessary. The attack on humanitarian assets, regardless of their origin, is not only a war crime identified by the World Assembly but also an unacceptable act of hostilities against generous neutral parties wanting to help. To ensure the safe travel of all humanitarian vessels, the Confederate Navy shall by force enforce a restricted zone across all coastlines identified with the Gyzantian Commune - or the Socialist Republic of Gyzantia. The Janpian Navy, and all other parties attempting to impose an embargo and/or blockade, is hereby ordered to vacate these waters or face harsh consequences.

The Confederate States Navy is dispatching an additional ninety-four(94) ships to this theater of operations. We will begin ensuring the safe travel of all humanitarian vessels. We will ensure the security of all third-party neutral ships. We will additionally sink any and all opposition to our enforcement of a free travel zone for humanitarian vessels. In addition to this, we will monitor shipping vessels closely coming to and from the Gyzantian Commune and board them only if necessary. Shipping vessels found to be transporting malicious or nefarious cargo - such as hidden weapons to be used against humanitarian operations or the Gyzantian Commune - will be sunk and the crew imprisoned as war criminals.

To restate, a no-fly zone to all non-humanitarian or non-civilian aircraft and transports is in effect over all airspace identified as belonging to the Gyzantian Commune. This airspace will remain constant regardless of loss of territory of the Commune, however it will permanently expand with every gain of territory. Additionally, the Confederate Navy is imposing a restricted zone of sea travel around the shorelines, coastline, and all territorial waters identified as belonging to the Gyzantian Commune. Commodore Crawford had sent the general alert and the demand to the Janpians a few minutes ago. At present, she was on the bridge of the Mythica, observing as the fleet begun to turn northward towards the Janpian Navy. The LHD was now actively launching AV-8B Harrier II sorties for defense. Along her port sailed the battleship Imperium and to her starboard was the cruiser Blackridgepool. Surrounding the Mythica defensively was her two Sprunce-class destroyers. The remaining ships of her task force, the hospital ship and two tenders, was left to the protection of the Supercarrier Exeter and her fleet. The Supercarrier had begun to launch sorties of its own, with compliments of Super Hornets occasionally flying past the Mythica protectively. Underneath was the CSS Brilliance, the NPF fleets assigned submarine protection, following closely.

The Commodore knew very well what she was doing. She was provoking the Janpians, directly and with intent, to either comply or be forced to fire upon one of their closest allies. They would either defend war criminals and continue a pattern of assaulting humanitarian shipping or they would comply and reveal that the war criminals who fired upon the humanitarian ships acted against commonly acceptable orders. She knew very well her fleet was more than capable of defending against a few missiles, a few barrages, and possibly a few torpedoes. If the Janpians decided to unleash hell all at once, however, it would mean the destruction of the fleet almost surely. But it would also give all the evidence Anagonia needed to begin preparations for all-out war.

The Master Sergeant reviewed recent reports for the FHB after sending the message to the Gyzantian Commune. All supplies and assets had been successfully offloaded without incident. The FHB was at half-capacity now, able to contain a bit more supply and assets before being fully operational. The Master Sergeant had already begun to send out regular patrols along the roads to the cities of Kurthia, Galasia, Mytria and Assoria. Not wanting to overextend his forces, he kept the patrols to a minimum but always ensured they had one or two logistic vehicles full of humanitarian supplies in case they were needed to be handed out. Overall, the operations on the ground were running far more smoothly than he had heard the naval operations were going.

Setting down the reports, he looked to his laptop again. The reinforcements were expected to arrive in a week, maybe less. He had a lot of preparing to do.

Off the coast of Gyzantia; Patrolling the waters

Captain Chapayev Leonidovich watched as the deck of the Nimitz-class Supercarrer CSS Exeter launched an additional sortie of Super Hornets towards the coast. Since the start of the restricted no-fly zone, he had sent out several sorties of armed patrols. They would carefully skim the territorial edges of the Commune and patrol primarily within the interior. So far, no reports of stray aircraft had been reported. Every other aircraft was either civilian or humanitarian and was left along after a simple check from the pilots who encountered them. Looking to his display screen, he managed to arrange a few more air patrols along the coastline, just in case any illegal ships decided to sneak past his detection.

His fleet consisted of two battleships, three destroyers, six frigates, an auxiliary ship and two submarines. An additional three auxiliary ships from the Mythica fleet were also sailing with them. They were fully prepared to back up Mythica should she encounter trouble, but so far the Captain had been ordered to stay along his patrol and help enforce the no-fly zone.

While the Mythica and Exeter fleets were either confronting the Janpians or patrolling the mid-to-top portions of the Commune territorial waters and coastline, Naval Peackeeping Force Anagonia actively patrolled the bottom half nearest the shores of the Principality of Stradia and the Commune city of Kurthia. Here the LHD had begun to launch light sorties of F-35 fighters as they patrolled and enforced a no-fly zone across the coast there and observed activity along the coastline waters. The fleet consisted of a battleship, a cruiser, two destroyers and a submarine along with three auxiliary vessels. Among the auxiliary vessels, constant rotary flights from the hospital ships and tenders could be seen towards the shore as humanitarian operations continued.

Looking out at the coast with his binoculars, Commodore Bogdan Rabinoff hoped that things would run smoothly for his counterpart up north as Commodore Crawford faced off with the Janpians. He hated knowing close friends were in danger. It was part of the job though. They were both navy and knew the risks.

All in all, it was a rather smooth transfer, even if it meant that air operations would be put to a stop temporarily. Luckily the drones in the area can continue to harass technate forces beyond Colstrea, along with fighters being pushed to their limits, while helicopters help to assist infantry who seem to be enjoying the presence of close air support on demand.

The F-80Cs deviate from Port Nithu, almost as if they were seeking out naval targets, though unless there was any actual surface ships left, the aircraft will simply return to the airbase near Dessin, to refuel and possibly even re-arm for ground attack elsewhere.

Secundus reviewed the report relayed from Commodore Crawford. She was quite too busy to deal with the situation, so it fell to the Master Sergeant to analyze and respond. He quickly sent off a report back to Anagonia involving the findings and decided a short message of appreciation was necessary. It was good they were tackling war criminals quickly, and that the servicemembers involved would be punished. He reviewed the report from the observer who had attended the junta and relayed his finds in another report, before replying formally.
