Nestled amongst the buildings of the Yitankan capital, the headquarters of the Commonwealth of the United Proletariat stands tall and proud. A monument to the working class, it is the administrative and legislative beating heart of the alliance. The flags of each member nation flutter gently in the breeze alongside the Comunipro banner, all raised at equal heights in a display of equality and cooperation.
The interior of the building is warm and humbly decorated. The walls are pained carmine red, trimmed with a locally sourced dark birch wainscoting that covered the lower section of wall. A far cry from the opulent, almost imperially decorated interiors of the old government buildings of Moscow as painstaking effort was taken to ensure the place was befitting a Council of the Proletariat more than the old USSR ever had been. There were no grand chandeliers, no godly white walls, no marble, and no gilding save large emblem of the Comunipro standard was affixed squarely in the far wall of the lobby, opposite the bulletproof glass doors. The emblem is easily visibly by passersby, and during its unveiling many Yitankans stopped to marvel the glittering golden icon within.
Beneath the emblem is the reception desk, and to either side are elevators and stairs that ran up the entire building. Several floors had already been dedicated to the administrative work of the alliance with offices, server rooms, and the likes occupying the first few floors. Several floor remain unoccupied, laying in wait for use should more space be needed.
And at the top floor is a small waiting room and a pair of large wooden doors that within contain the Comunipro Council Room, where the Council of the Proletariat convenes to discuss and vote on all matters of the organization. It is a circular chamber containing a semi-circular desk at its center where delegates of each Comunipro member sit. The floor immediately around the desk and its chair is bare, allowing for expansion should the need arise, and the walls are lined with seats for observers who wish to sit in on Council meetings. An emblem similar to the one in the lobby had been installed in the far wall, flanked on either side by large digital screens and speakers.
