The Glorious Dominion of Saescia is a unitary parliamentary democracy and constitutional monarchy located in northwest Madurin, a sub-region of Teremara. Founded in its current iteration on August 15, 1885 with the signing of the Amundson Accords, Saescia has been a stable representative force for democratic governance and social democracy, the rule of law and socioeconomic equality of opportunity. The Saescian people are a hardy, fair-minded civilization descended from the Aquilonian civilization in the Jumne Island Chain over two thousand years ago, bringing their cultural heritage and proud traditions to Teremara. Today, the country specializes in the production of mineral ore from its famed Revelator Mountains including coal, copper, gold, iron, silver and uranium. The country is a petrol-exporting state with its national energy consortium producing millions of barrels each year through the Kelsey-Forrester National Petroleum Corporation. At the same time, the environmentally-conscious government in Williamstown sponsored the landmark Treaty of Thielesthreatt climate accords in Teremara, seeking to reduce regional emissions by 2050 and promoting sustainable economic growth.

On August 13, 2022, the Foreign Minister of the Glorious Dominion, the Right Honourable John Cunningham (MP-Stevensburgh) ratified the Chavis Protocols, an instrument of governance which authorizes the government of the Saescian Dominion to once again begin accepting diplomatic applications for consular missions and embassies. Those nations wishing to establish diplomatic ties with the Glorious Dominion of Saescia are now free to fill out a diplomatic request form stating their intention to establish diplomatic mission(s) within the Glorious Dominion. As a member of the international community of nations in good standing with neighbors of diverse forms of governance, we hold no respect of governments with regards to the systems that other nations choose to implement upon their own population. Though we may disagree ideologically or even morally on a conscious level, the diplomatic forum mandates a manner of decorum that speaks above such prejudices. All nations who submit an application will be accepted, pertinent to the recognition of diplomatic protocol and decorum as outlined below. The government of the Glorious Dominion of Saescia honors the nations of the international community who treat with us.
