idk about you fam but it took me about 20 seconds to find livestock capable of producing raw milk for sale, the internet is a powerful tool

You can buy raw milk at sprouts or the farmers market

So what makes Raw Milk so vital to the national interest?

I don;t see why he would do that. The Supreme Court is known for secrecy and to have draft opinions leaked prior to their release undermines the court.

I'd only support this if regulations were amended to force companies to print what their products contain in the ingredients list in plain colloquial English instead of words that nobody can figure out without consulting a chemistry glossary.

yeah taking ten seconds to google what’s actually in your food is so much worse than the food company just saying “natural colors :^)” because it’s easier for non chemistry people’s simple minds to understand and your kid dropping dead from anaphylaxis two seconds later

That depends on two things:
Firstly, do you own an infrared testicle laser?
Secondly, is your wife a milk machine, and do you love it?

In the meantime, we now have a new vacancy in a newly Gerrymandered into blueness district, the new NY-19 AKA Albany-Binghamton-Utica...and no Democrats running just yet since Delgado was a shoe-in.

Correct. The incumbent was Antonio Delgado who will be Governor Kathy Hochul's running mate. A dumb move on her part given the lines aren't settled.

That's not exactly on-brand for Roberts. He's not a justice I'm on board with a lot, but he is known for his unwavering respect of the institution.

Oddly enough, that cuts both ways since he knows, and has for a long time, that a total repeal of Roe would be the credibility equivalent of SCOTUS sticking a loaded gun in its mouth and firing.

a greater possibility is that the leaker is a staffer convinced that the draft should be the one that gets published

or a staffer for the liberal justice who's sounding the alarm
“Never believe that [fascists] are completely unaware of the absurdity of their replies. They know that their remarks are frivolous, open to challenge. But they are amusing themselves, for it is their adversary who is obliged to use words responsibly, since he believes in words. The [fascists] have the right to play. They even like to play with discourse for, by giving ridiculous reasons, they discredit the seriousness of their interlocutors. They delight in acting in bad faith, since they seek not to persuade by sound argument but to intimidate and disconcert. If you press them too closely, they will abruptly fall silent, loftily indicating by some phrase that the time for argument is past.”

There’s not much point in speculating rn, we’ll at least know who the marshal of the court decides to scapegoat for it soon enough

I find myself today spending a lot of time re-reading and contextualising historical studies of Dredd Scott v. Sandford and the short, medium, and long-term impacts on the American body politic of that US Supreme Court decision.

I particularly find myself reflecting on Chief Justice Taney's explicitly expressed hope that the decision would resolve and permanently settle the tensions that had arisen over the divisive issue of slavery, and whether or not it had the desired effect.
