IC: Jacob Hoskin was the last Tinhamptonian general to leave Saint Eleanor after his army was humiliated - and Eleanorian independence was declared - in 1975.

OOC: So very sorry I couldn't produce anything relevant this season - what with my exploits in the World Assembly (as Tinhampton) and the real world dragging me down. Maybe next cycle, eh?

Attached is the final episode of Gift of the Gab, which is still very heavily inspired by a dream I had in Autumn 2020. This is how I explained it to Kandorith (with some edits made for clarity):

...I was still at school and met an old schoolfriend at a trivia contest who was actually representing some other school. This was in the modern day and the friend in question had this thing where she could ask a question on the mobile phone and the answer would be transmitted to that other school's big rivals (not my school)...

And as far as we are concerned, the Trivia Challenge is an assessment. It just meets the definition."

"I've always been very clear that I wasn't using any DigiPacs that day."

"I'm not making up anything about you, Mister Wellington, no matter the utility. We've had complaints from somebody else - an anonymous source, so that you don't start complaining again - accusing you of cheating using some handheld video game console where you put the answers in, the anonymous person did, and it gave you the right answers that you could give to the other people. The Reporter was going on about it two days ago and we think that it's worth investigating."

"Sam Jones again? It definitely wasn't mine, somebody gave it to me."

"We think that you had it, in fact, although we'd have to run a bigger investigation to check, as I've just said."

IFCF Champions League: Sasky Rising Memorial Stadium (Brigham, Eura, capacity 107,000)

The last time Eura hosted one of the "big two" major international club tournament finals was the 56th UICA Globe Cup final, a classic face off between a victorious Sabrefell Athletic of Nephara and a narrowly defeated Raynor City United of Valanora. War, national security risks and the previous admitted inflexibility of the Euran FA have prevented a Euran stadium from hosting another such final - until now. Those issues have all been washed away and the venue of that Globe Cup final, the Sasky Rising Memorial Stadium, is now applying to host the 9th final of the IFCF Champions League.

The SRMS, or "The Sasky" as fans have affectionately nicknamed it, is the second biggest sporting venue in Eura, and the biggest in the city of Brigham, despite the 76,409 seat Old Ham Lane nearby. It is most well known for its distinctive old fashioned bowl shape, its dark green and black colour scheme, a massive concrete superstructure surrounding the oval it forms and a short canopy roof stretching out from the back. The stadium was gradually expanded for years despite damage during a war or two, before achieving its distinctive current state over half a century ago. Since then it has been expanded further, and now it seats a massive capacity of 107,000 people. A recent programme of improvements completed two years ago saw the roof refitted, a massively upgraded concourse system and new security features.

Sport was first played on this site over a century and a half ago with the formation of Brigham Workers Football Club, which eventually became Revolutionaries, one of Eura's most iconic teams. It is very appropriate that they are the only Euran team to win the Champions Cup/Champions League twice. Aside from this club heritage and its history hosting the Globe Cup final, the SRMS has hosted Euran national team games, several Copa Rushmori fixtures, and various domestic cup finals over the years when Bastion Arena has been unavailable or an inappropriate choice. It has also been popular in use for other sports such as track and field athletics, rugby and even the Euran folk sport of "holdball".

It may not have the same flawless efficiency of the Bastion Arena due to geography and its development history, but the SRMS is nevertheless an impressive location for hosting major events. It is near the centre of the city of Brigham, one of Eura's megacities and therefore is close to at least two international airports. Road traffic can be brutal in Eura, but that's not a problem due to the nation's exceptional public transport infrastructure. Thousands of fans can be easily whisked to the stadium via Brigham's world class rail inter connectivity, allowing for direct access to the stadium by train straight from the airport, or even straight from another large city like Bastion.

Although the stadium's core structure is very old, it passes all of the extremely stringent safety regulations the Euran government sets for stadiums in the country, with some of the highest review grades in the country. It is fully seated with the exception of a safe standing system behind the goals taking up about 15,000 spaces. It has a high quality pitch with undersoil heating and active drainage, and plenty of space surrounding it for media and security needs as it has sometimes hosted other sports requiring a larger playing area, though the stands are still very close to the action. The corporate facilities are second to none after a series of upgrades over the years, as are the digital facilities which allow dozens of TV networks to broadcast games with world class quality in picture, sound and camera angle availability. Security is tight and provided by an experienced police force which regularly deals with the rowdy Revolutionaries support. Most importantly of all, the atmosphere here is phenomenal, and in the opinion of many unmatched by any other ground in Eura.

The seating allocation will be as follows;

- 45,000 (90,000 combined) seats for each set of fans, segregated in two parts of the stadium, half by half.
- 10,000 seats for neutral supporters, 5,000 of which are required by law to be sold to Euran citizens.
- 5,000 VIP and executive box seats.
- 2,000 seats will be left empty to segregate fans, bringing the total capacity if filled to 105,000 out of 107,000.

Hopefully this will be a momentous occasion for the sponsors, for Revolutionaries, the Euran FA and the Ministry of Sport, who all endorse this bid without equivocation.

**First Season in Stellar Division

SEASON REPORT:
The 66th Stellar Division Season would be a tough fight for the two newly promoted teams as Sokattack Mliona - contesting their first Stellar Season, and Tivali City would both drop straight back down to the Declasse for Season 66. In their place would be Yutzie Sorma - Champions of the Declasse for the first time in 61 seasons and long time Stellar Division club Inland Peaks FC. For the Yutzies, it would be their first time back in the Stellar Division since Vilitan League Season 11 while the Peaks had most recently competed just three seasons prior.

VilBev Field at the Malaveisa Stadium would open up the season as the Yutzies would host west-coast rivals Rammsissil in their Stellar Division return. After the pomp and circumstance celebrating the Yutzies return to the top tier of Vilitan Footsport had completed the match could begin and it didn't take long for all the pre-match energy to be sucked out of the stadium. Yutzie Sorma were not accustomed to a match of the caliber but Rammsissil were plenty rusty from the offseason and the match looked more like a Cup tie for the first thirty minutes. Both sides took some ambitious chances from range but failed to possess the quality in the final third to generate real scoring chances. Perhaps anticipating a stern talking to from the coaching staff at the break, it would all change as the first half approached stoppage time. Rammsissil struck first right at the stroke of 45 minutes to take the lead through Xuban Morua of Astograth. The Yutzies, however, had no desire to be trailing at home in their season opener and immediately struck back from the kick off after a sprint from from Vilitan youngster Kamarela Dzzara.

It was a thrilling first goal back in the Stellar Division that sent the Yutzies fans into a tizzy and made for a louder than normal half time break. Unfortunately for the home side, their first half goalscorer Dzzara would be unable to complete the match and the more experienced Rammsissil side would ultimately spoil the party through Kudii Davasarii's second half winner. The Ramms would go on to win their own home opener the following matchday against Marine Coast United by a 3-1 scoreline to take a surprise early lead in the Stellar Division Table on goal differential ahead of the Turoki Tide and the reigning Champions Jungle Strike FC - the only two other sides to have won both of their opening two games.

The Ramms would take sole possession of the Top spot in the table on Matchday 3 with a 3-1 victory over winless Inland Peaks FC while both Strike and The Turoki Tide would be defeated. The Venom would be taken down by a strong Marine Coast United performance with Sürgân t'Öéséné and Fishtii Blikala scoring for the Tridents. The defeat for Turoki Tide would be even worse on the road at Tropicorp Park where a pair of goals from Intikko Kuhilana added on to a game winner from Squornshelan midfielder Thorgnyr Bondarov which would also boost Tropicorp FC to second position in the tables.

Tropicorp Park would also be the site that would see the Rammsissil Train finally slowed - if only slightly. Long Time Tropicorp FC netminder Hanauma Ranbomahi posted a shutout in front of the home fans in Tropicoast as the Techies became the first side to hold the Ramms all season in a 0-0 draw. Rammsissil were still able to maintain their 3 point advantage at the top of the table, however, as Jungle Strike FC were also held by Mliona-Lpaka while the Turoki Tide were held by Eastal Lunar at Lunar Park. Yutzie Sorma picked up their first Stellar Division victory in over 50 cycles in a surprise win on the road over Marine Coast United at Marine World Park in Crosaibi. The Yutzies would return home in homes of defeating bottom side Inland Peaks FC for their first home Stellar Division victory of the modern era but were instead out-gunned in a thrilling match that would finish in a 3-2 scoreline favoring Inland Peaks FC who had goals from Nitin Joshi, Quentin Gouin and defender Tom Ernestisson.

Rammsissil's first defeat of the campaign would come at Lunar Park and allowed Colonial Sile to sneak up within a point of the Ramms after quietly putting together a multi-game win streak. After rebounding with a solid 2-0 victory over reigning Vilitan Cup champion Yeaddin Owls, the Ramms would falter once more in a critical top of the table matchup with the Turoki Tide which would allow Colonial Sile to pull even at the top with the Turoki Tide just 2 points behind. The Owls would also rebound returning home to the Lirai Asku Castle and getting revenge for their early season Tropical Trophy defeat by taking 3 points from Jungle Strike FC thanks to a Tenziki Kulakao goal in the 32nd minute and setting the Venom 7 points adrift of the leaders.

Two teams with a history of strong first half performances in the Vilitan Stellar Division would meet on Matchday 10 with the goal of once again affirming them as the team to beat in the first half of the season before the inevitable second half collapse that has prevented either from ever securing the Vilitan Stellar Division Title. Rammsissil would host Colonial Sile at the Sissil Bank Stadium but would fall behind late in the first half through a goal from Schottia's long time Colonial strike Ross Renshaw. The Ramms would respond early in the second half through Kristjan Kadilyik but it would not be enough as just past the hour mark local substitute hero Fraziti Tzimaz jumped into the action and put Colonial Sile back in front not only in the match but in the table for the first time all season.

Colonial would be forced to keep the intensity at a peak as they returned home to face Jungle Strike FC at Colonial Field. In a match that likely would have been fair to end without a goal being scored, both sides found a way to make it onto the scoresheet. The home side took the lead just before the hour mark after a questionable penalty decision went in their favor and Kiirdallen Aeroluzzi had no toruble converting from the spot. It appeared that Colonial had lucked into 3 points on the day until Strike's Nua'oma Aikiki converted in the 90th minute to level the scores and allow the field to compress on Colonial Sile behind them in the standings.

Just as quickly as they had taken their spot atop the table, however, Colonial Sile lost it as they ran into a hot Kelsey Vickers at Canopy Gate in Seraai where Jaguar Moreda would get goals from Kudluk Tootoo and Eigil Aalefjær to pick up a signature victory and climb out of the relegation zone. For Colonial it would mean dropping to second place in the table a point behind co-leader Mliona-Lpaka and the Turoki Tide who claimed victory over Lonngeylin Coast and Yutzie Sorma. Mliona-Lpaka would retain sole possession of the top spot heading into the mid-season break after a difficult Matchday 13 that saw the Turoki Tide upended by Marine Coast United while Coloninal Sile were stunned by Yutzie Sorma who picked up their second road victory of the campaign.

Perhaps it was a good omen for Rammsissil to fall out of the Stellar Division lead just before the halfway break, as they were able to string together a pair of victories on the restart to climb right back up to the top as they searched for their first ever Stellar Division Title. The Ramms were aided in their climb by a goalless draw between leaders Mliona-Lpaka and Turoki Tide at the Iobabao Legendary Field in Turori and opened up to a single point advantage over Colonial Sile.

The Tide would fight back as they looked to claim their first Stellar Division title in ten seasons, smashing three goals past Hanauma Ranbomahi and Tropicorp FC. The Tide would get goals from Fujanej Moloses, Florian Beike and Roderick Yi to climb right back up to second position in the table. The Tide would take control heading into their clash with Eastal Lunar at the Turoki Community Complex on Matchday 18. With the younger Milake in goal, Eastal Lunar wasted no time attacking the Tide and got on the scoreboard quickly through Nii'arala Milaaso. The Astronauts would add a second goal past Cadwaladr-Andjaparidze in the second half to take a 2-0 victory and become the 6th different team to top the Stellar Division Standings on the season.

With so many teams having held the top spot, the number of matches billed as Top of the Table clashes would also be at an all time high and the next would come at Sissil Bank Stadium with 2nd placed Rammsissil hosting new leaders Eastal Lunar on Matchday 20. The two sides would play out a goalless stalemate but thanks to Cednia Beach AFC's 2-0 home victory over rival the Turoki Tide, Eastal Lunar and Rammsissil would keep their places atop the table now leading Colonial Sile and Jungle Strike FC by just one point.

While not featuring a true top of the table clash, Matchday 21 was perhaps the most intriguing fixture list of all with leaders Eastal Lunar facing defending champion and joint-3rd place side Jungle Strike FC while joint-3rd Colonial Sile and Turoki Tide also squared off at the Turoki Community Complex. In the big ticket match goals from Eastal Lunar's Nii'arala Milaaso and Strike FC's Eivind Strommen cancelled each other out to maintain the status quo at the top while over in Turoki City it was another fine performance from Colonial Sile who climbed to sole possession of third place in the table with their 2-1 victory over the Tide.

THROUGH MATCHDAY 22:

While there was plenty of excitement at the top of the table to keep even the most pessimistic neutral engaged, a separate battle was raging from 6th place where three Turorian clubs were separated by just one point with at least one guaranteed spot in the IFCF Champions League on the line. With Four Games to play, Cednia Beach AFC had the slim advantage over Tropicorp FC and Mliona-Lpaka AFC.

Matchday 23 of Stellar Division action saw the Turoki Tide deliver the most impactful victory on the day as goals from Fujanej Moloses and Roderick Yi put a massive dent in Strike FC's chances to repeat as Champion while pulling the Tide back into the Champions League conversation. It ended a long unbeaten run for the Venom who had hit a rough patch from Matchday 3 of the season. The big winner on the day, however, was Colonial Sile whose 2-0 victory over Rammsissil created separation between the Top 2 and the field and pulled Colonial to within 1 point of the lead.

The Champions would not be written off so quickly, however, and would force themselves right back into the mix with a 1-0 victory over Colonial Sile on Matchday 24 to leap back into second place. A slew of draws meant that Eastal Lunar remained just one point clear while the Turorian sides had officially been eliminated from Title contention from 6th on back.

THROUGH MATCHDAY 24:

Jungle Strike FC's title defense officially came to an end on the penultimate matchday with a 2-0 loss at the Sissil Bank Stadium to Rammsissil. Even more concerning for the Venom was that the result pulled both the Ramms and the Turoki Tide within 2 points of the Venom who were holding down the final guaranteed IFCF Champions League Place heading into the final matchday. The gap at the top of the table would be two points heading into the final day of competition and with Eastal Lunar's superior goal differential - thanks in part to a 3-0 victory over Inland Peaks on Matchday 25 which also served to officially relegate the Inland club - it would mean that only victory on the final matchday would suffice for Colonial Sile and in order for the Sile based club to earn their first ever Stellar Division Title, Eastal Lunar would have to lose.

While victory for Colonial Sile would seem assured on the final matchday, up against already relegated bottom side Yutzie Sorma, the Yutzies were still in search of their first home victory in the Stellar Division and would certainly be giving it all for the fans. The task for Eastal Lunar would be more difficult as they would have to travel to the Iobabao Legendary Field to take on Mliona-Lpaka AFC who were in the thick of a placement battle with Tropicorp FC.

It wouldn't take long before fans at VilBev Field in the Malaveisa Stadium would sink to the realization that the would not get to see their team win a Stellar Division match - at least not this season. Ross Renshaw put Colonial Sile in front after 6 minutes, Tzimaz added a second just five minutes later. On the half hour mark Colonial got their third from the penalty spot converted by Kiirdallen Aeroluzzi. While all eyes were shifting to the result over in Turori, Colonial suddenly had a new path to the title. If the match between Mliona-Lpaka and Eastal Lunar stayed level, another 3 goals in the second half would put Colonial Sile level on goal difference and ahead on goals scored bringing the title home to Sile.

In an epic conclusion to the Stellar Division season, Colonial Sile would add a 4th just minutes into the second half as tensions rose across the nation. With ten minutes to play Narciso Maciel netted the fifth of the game for Colonial. They were now just a single goal away from their first ever Stellar Division title.

Then, the scoreboard updated. There had been a goal at the Iobabao Legendary Field. It was not the news Colonial Fans wanted to see as the goal was scored by the future hall-of-fame Vilitan striker Nii'arala Milaaso. The goal put Eastal Lunar ahead and all but assured the Seraai side their third title in the previous seven seasons. The goal sucked the wind out of the Colonial players who collapsed on the pitch thinking back to any single moment during the season that they could have had those two points back. It was the second runner-up finish for Colonial Sile in the past 4 seasons.

While in the end the title wasn't decided on Goals Scored, the battle for third place was and it was Rammsissil sneaking in with a 2-0 victory over Jaguar Moreda to claim 3rd place by virtue of their superior goals scored over Strike FC who slipped back to 4th just ahead of the Turoki Tide. Cednia Beach AFC outlasted Tropicorp FC and Mliona-Lpaka as the best Turorian side while Lonngeylin Coast and the Yeaddin Owls were left in shambles after difficult seasons finishing in the lower half of the table.

Just a short while after missing out on the Stellar Division title on the final matchday of the season, Colonial Sile would get another shot at Silverware in the Vilitan Cup Final. After losing the Vilitan Cup FInal one season prior, Colonial Sile were hoping to make amends but would have a difficult opponent in Cednia Beach AFC who would be looking for their first major domestic trophy since winning the Vilitan Cup in Season 51.

Ultimately it would be heartbreak once more for Colonial Sile. After Julius Miljeteig saved the first two Colonial Sile spot kicks it was off to the races for Cednia Beach AFC. Even with a single miss on theird third shot, the Coconuts were still in control. The decisive moment came on the fifth shot which was the responsibility of Cednia Beach AFC's new right back Mantfombi Dlamini of TJUN-ia. The Jaguar defender made no mistake sending the goalkeeper the wrong way and bringing the Vilitan Cup back to Turori once more.

Home of the Vilitan Stellar Division champions, Jungle Strike FC, Lonngeylin Coliseum is the biggest sporting arena in the Vilitan Cove and was chosen exactly for this purpose. Not so much 'butts in seats' - because almost one-third of the estimated attendees would be standing on the Vilitan hillside, but the capacity to hold large volumes was just one of the perks to holding the match in Lonngeylin.

One of the oldest yet most expansive stadiums in Vilita, the stadium has undergone several renovations, name changes and expansions in its long history, which included being a knockout venue for the World Cup 17 and 31 finals. Most notably, the seated sections of the Coliseum went through a complete overhaul between League Seasons 25-35 where sections were closed incrementally for upgrades. The Coliseum is known for its unique hillside accommodation which enhances one of the most impressive match atmospheres in the region.

Most famously, however, the Lonngeylin Coliseum was the venue for the World Cup 59 final that pitted The Babbage Islands against Aguazul. It was an epic championship final with the two sides fighting to a goalless draw after extra time before Aguazul triumphed in the shootout for their historic third consecutive World Cup title. The facilities at the Lonngeylin Coliseum had been upgraded over the year to handle the over-capacity crowd and extended match timeline. The venue was also selected for the Vilitan half of the "Battle of Turori" - when Vilita & Turori were drawn against each other during World Cup 64 Qualifying.

Typically, only the Jungle Strike FC or Vilita National Team 'home' fans are allowed in the south and east areas, which include both hillside seating and open hillside that can accommodate an approximately 30,000 additional fans beyond the seated capacity - depending on how far away from the stadium they wish to prop themselves. Away fans are always seated in the west grandstand. The hosting of a neutral tournament event at the arena will allow visiting fans to experience 'home' accomodations for the first time.

The Lonngeylin Coliseum is a former UICA and Cygnus Cup host site, including the successful hosting of the 47th UICA Champions Cup Final.

IFCF Challengers Cup: Tropicorp Park, Tropicoast, Tropicorp (72,000)

History and Tenants :: Tropicorp Park is home to the Tropicorp Cup, the four team, 2 day grand-finale of the Tropicorp Lower League. The competition served as an outstanding warmup to test the hospitality available at Tropicorp Park, and was critical in the build up to the decision to allow the finals of the Eagle's Cup V competition to take place in Tropicorp, the first major international competition of any kind to be held in Tropicoast.

Tropicorp Park hosted the 54th AOCAF Final that saw Cosumar break through with a first ever regional title over Eshan. The stadium was also the final site for the AOCL XXIII contested between Mâ Âlâmëómë of Farfadillis and Blades ex Magnaeus of Mertagne with the Farf side being victorious on Penalty Kicks; and for AOCL XVII which saw Jungle Strike FC defeat Fligsive FC 3-0. The first ever Tropicorp Bowl was contested on the gridiron with Raynor University defeating the university of Iqaluit 27-14.

Tropicorp Park would finally host its first ever official UICA Competition during the 73rd and final cycle of UICA competition, hosting the Series 'B' Champions Cup Final that was won by FC Almintora on Penalty Kicks, as well as the UICA Youth Cup Final.

Tropicorp Park has evolved into a World Class facility with experimental fan experiences funded by the nearby Tropicorp Research & Development Group. The stadium is also the full-time home of Tropicorp FC, a club in the Vilitan Stellar Division.

Jungle Strike FC - v. - Yeaddin Owls

The Tropical Trophy is a seasonal competition between the Vilitan Stellar Division Champions and Vilitan Cup Champions. There has been some controversy as to whether it is a "Season Ending" event or a "Season beginning" event, though it has tended to be closer to the start of the new season, then the end of the previous one.

For this seasons Tropical Trophy, the defending Vilitan Stellar Division Champions (Jungle Strike FC) faced off against the defending Vilitan Cup Champions (Yeaddin Owls).

Starting in Season 57, Vilitan/Turorian Dual National referee Nuliko Meteorik officiated the Tropical Trophy from a press box at the Tivali Ring Stadium with a suite of action cameras and video reviews to be used in competition to a degree never before seen. The move to the press box for the head referee was in part the chance to use the Tropical Trophy as a test bed for introducing technology to the game, and partially to spare Meteorik the embarrassment of not being able to keep pace with the players many years his younger. A pair of assistant referee's were still located pitch side. This method of officiating has continued at the Tropical Trophy as well as having been expanded to the Vilitan Cup and Tropicorp Cup competitions. In lieu of a whistle, a horn sounds over the PA system at the stadium when Meteorik needs to stop play while video screens and communication with the on-field assistants as required provide further details of the infraction and its result.

After a one-season break from the Tropical Trophy, Jungle Strike FC would return to the Tivali Ring Stadium where they would find an old foe in the Yeaddin Owls who would be making their first Trophy appearance in 44 seasons. With three National Team level goalkeepers on the rosters of the two sides it would be a battle between the formidible Yeaddin Owls defense led by World Cup Winner Rojara Tiones and Graintfjaller Elektra Luthersdottir against the attacking forces of Jungle Strike FC featuring Bastet North, Nua'oma Aikiki and the youngster Lutara Makakio. Both sides had chances that their top level netminders would easily take care of in the first half as the match would head into the break level at 0-0.

The second half would become a hard fought battle as the teams sought to claim another piece of silverware following their successful Season 66 campaigns. A total of six yellow cards - 3 per team - were handed out by Meteorik from their position high atop the press box. The possession battle was about even in an old school footsport battle between the two winningest sides in Stellar Division history. Turori's Rojara Tiones was leading the defense for the Yeaddin Owls and earning every ture of their salary to stifle the Venom attack and keep the match level. However, as the match played on, Jungle Strike FC would have more quality chances.

Just as it seemed the match would be headed to extra time, the deadlock was broken when Marica Kuepper launched an optimistic ball into the area with the regular time whistle on the verge of sounding. Lutara Makakio collected the ball on a short bounce then instead of shooting first time, took a step to change their angle before firing past Mako Canopii to break the deadlock and secure the Tropical Trophy for Jungle Strike FC - further extending the clubs record total.

The Football Association of Vilita is based at the Tivali-Ring Stadium in the capital city of Alikki-Corra, Vilita and many National Team training sessions take place on the grounds of the Tivali Ring. The Football Association regularly schedule matches at arenas throughout Vilita, especially bigger matches as many of the stadiums that host Stellar Division and UICA competition matches have expanded far beyond the capacity of the National Stadium at Tivali Ring, which is used only for the National Team, and, for the Vilitan Cup Final and Tropical Trophy match up. In addition to its World Cup matches, 'The Ring' hosted the 40th UICA Series 'B' Champions Cup Final. The stadium was constructed as part of the Vilitan bid to host the World Cup 14 Cup of Harmony as a replacement to the former National Stadium in Lopinka that was destroyed during a regional conflict.

23rd Season :: SEASON 67

After advancing to the Tropicorp Cup Playoffs for two straight seasons without promotion to the Vilitan Declasse, Kimoara Lika entered the Tropicorp Lower League Season as overwhelming favorites to top the table and once again make a push for the ultimate prize for Lower League footsport in the Vilitan Cove. The Likans would have a difficult task on opening matchday, however, facing off against former Stellar Division side Turoki Isle who were back in the Lower Leagues following relegation from the Vilitan League Proper at the end of Season 66. Kimoara Lika would pass the test with flying colors with a 2-0 in front of their home fans to start the season off on the right track.

While the Likans would enjoy a no frills winning run at the start of the campaign to quickly establish their presence inside the Top 4, the headlines came from Vilita's Southern Shore where Rockii Coast smash seven goals past Laiotia for an early candidate for Biggest Win of the Season. After four games played just two teams had unblemished records - Kimoara Lika and the youngsters of Sporta Eelandii home of the Eelandii Academy. The team from the Sportropolis became the last unbeaten side in the league on Matchday five when the Likans were upended on VOIA Island 3-1 by the Orbital Kickers. Eelandii's first blemish came on Matchday 7 in an all Turorian matchup with Kionao Koastal that ended in a goalless draw. Despite the points dropped, however, Sporta Eelandii would remain the last unbeaten side in the Lower Leagues for at least one more matchday.

The last goose-egg would finally be erased in Spear Cape on Matchday 8 when the home side took down the leaders 2-1 giving the Sporta Eelandii Nationals their first defeat of the season. It also allowed fellow Turorian side Inura Forests to take over as leaders after the Forests had rebounded from an earlier defeat to a string of consecutive victories. The curse of the leader would hit Forests just as soon as they had reached the top they dropped right back down to second with defeat against Lonngeylin United who themselves were fighting for a place inside the Top 4.

The first big matchup of the season took place on Matchday 11 when the Sporta Eelandii Nationals hosted Kimoara Lika with just 2 points separating them in the table. The lone goal came in the 63rd minute as Kimoara Lika silenced the Turorian fans taking not only the full three points but also the lead in the table after Inura Forests were held 2-2 by Spear Cape. At the other end of the table there was a thrilling match by a pair of Turorian sides as Lpaka Indy put in a seven-goal performance of their own with a 7-2 victory over Kionao Koastal.

The Forests would get their own opportunity to take control of the league if they could defeat the leaders on Matchday 14 but Kimoara Lika held strong to firmly establish themselves as the team to beat in the Lower Leagues once again. The Likans would hold their lead through the remainder of the season ultimately working their way toward both the best defensive record and highest offense of the compaign. With four matchdays to play Kimoara Lika held a 6 point advantage over Inura Forests who held a narrow advantage over a large swath of teams competing for the remaining spots in the Tropicorp Cup Playoffs.

Some clarity would come on Mathcday 26 when Sporta Eelandii defeated Rockii Coast 1-0 to create separation between the Top 5 and the rest of the field. Kimoara Lika would clinch the top seed with a 1-0 victory over Lonngeylin United on Matchday 27 with Sporta Eelandii and Inura Forests holding the next two spots. Lopinka were 4th just 1 point clear of Kikanla Toau in the battle for the final spot in the Tropicorp Cup Playoffs with three other teams - Rockii Coast, Kionao Koastal and Lpaka Indy still mathematically in the hunt. Both Turorian sides on the outside looking in - Kionao Koastal and Lpaka Indy - would lose on the penultimate matchday to end their hopes of finishing inside the Top 4 and left it as a fight between Lopinka, Rockii Coast and Kikanla Toau on the final matchday.

Rockii Coast would have a difficult task ahead of them hosting 3rd place side Inura Forests and the dream of bringing proper Vilitan League action to the Coast ended with a 33rd minute goal by the Forests that would ultimately decide the match and eliminated Rockii Coast from contention. Likewise, Kikanla Toau also faced a difficult matchup of another kind - travelling to face a Mavalatorra side that needed a victory to stave off elimination - entering the final matchday mired two points deep in the relegation zone. The home side prevailed in an exciting match by a 2-1 scoreline yet it was ultimately not enough to save the season. A 3-1 victory for Force Cittea over Sissil Bank and Spear Cpae's unlikely draw with leaders Kimoara Lika sealed the relegation fate not only of Mavalatorra but also Turoki Isle who would find themselves exiled from the formal scheduling leagues for the first time in their history. The result also eliminated Kikanla Toau from the Top 4 battle. Lopinka faced a similar situation having to travel to relegation threatened Kiiara-Torra with both sides needing a result to achieve their season goals. In this case, however, it was the team battling at the top of the table that prevailed with Lopinka recording a 2-1 victory that would confirm the relegation of Kiiara-Torra and put the pressure on Lonngeylin to achieve a result at home to the Orbital Kickers. While the Kickers were no longer able to finish in the Top 4 they were still looking to achieve the highest table placement as possible and would do just that with a comfortable 3-1 victory over Lonngeylin. The result ensured Lopinka would hold on to the 4th and final spot in the Tropicorp Cup Playoffs.

For the second consecutive season, both losing teams from the prior seasons Tropicorp Cup Qualification Round returned for another chance at promotion. One of them, League Leader Kimoara Lika, made absolutely no doubt about their advancement recording the largest Tropicorp Cup Qualification Round victory ever with a 6-0 thumping of Lopinka. Sporta Eelandii were not as fortunate, however, being defeated 4-2 by the Inura Forests who return to the Declasse Division after spending 7 seasons in the Tropicorp Lower League.

RECOGNIZED PLAYER STATISTICS

The Vilitan Stellar Division's Recognized International Player Statistical reporting received a fundamental overhaul in celebration of the completion of play in the Vilitan League's 60th season. Historically, the Vilitan League have only reported out statistics of so-called "Recognized International" Players. These players include all foreign-born players who have joined the Vilitan League through the official player transfer process, generally players who are in the National Team Player pool of their home country. In addition, all players who are part of the Official Player Pool for the Vilitan National Team and the National Team of the Island Emirate of Turori otherwise known as the Turorian National Citizen Squad, are also included in end of season reporting. For the first time, the Vilitan Stellar Division will begin recognizing the season-long contribution of so called "Recognized Local Players". These are the other player on the roster of Stellar Division clubs who are not a part of their home countries National Team Player or Prospect Pool, most of which will have come up through the organizations youth squad and become part of the team culture. The Vilitan League system has a proud history of locally trained players and a 'team first' mantra. While Jungle Strike FC have in the past won the Vilitan Stellar Division without a single Vilitan National Team player in their Starting XI and have successfully demonstrated the ability to create a super team of international players to maintain a place atop the Stellar Division standings, other teams have put cohesiveness and long-term stability ahead of star talent. Most notably at the Turoki Community Complex, championship teams including Turoki United and the Turoki Tide have been hugely successful in the Vilitan League's Modern Era with only a handful of Recognized International players on their roster. While most local players in the Vilitan Stellar Division are highly skilled local players from the city of their home club, some may have foreign connections either through relatives or their own foreign birth which could deem them eligible to play for a foreign National Team. As this fully revamped edition of the new-and-improved Recognized ~~International~~ Player Statistical Report was newly created from scratch to coincide with the introduction of the IFCF, it is possible that there may be some minor errors. Any erroneous, outdated or objected data should be reported directly to the Vilita and Turori Association Football Federation (VATAFF).

IFCF Challengers Cup: Mancodas Complex (cap. 60,000), Greater Mancodas, Poafmersia
The Mancodas Complex is part of the larger Mancodas Sports Hub, the biggest and largest sports complex in Poafmersia. It is home to a grand total of 1 multi-purpose stadium (mainly used for track & field and other events), 1 football stadium (Mancodas Complex), 3 outdoor Basketball courts, 5 clay tennis courts, 4 indoor sports halls (allowing the play of various sports, such as Badminton, Table Tennis, Handball, etc.), 1 swimming complex (featuring an Olympic-sized swimming pool), 1 open bay (for Open Water Swimmming activities), as well as a rock climbing wall, among other sports activities. It is well capable of hosting many sports as part of an Olympics bid, but with no interest in the Olympics, Poafmersia thus far has not fully hosted such an event. Nevertheless, the Mancodas Complex is a fully-equipped stadium, solely used for football activities, and is home to Mancodas Athletic FC, one of the oldest clubs in Poafmersia.

Procedural notes

The late entries from Omerica, Sanford, Poafmersia, United Adaikes, and Melbergia were accepted.
Squidroidia is entitled to only one Champions League place but entered two teams. FC Squidbreak is therefore entered into the Challengers Cup instead. Tyranny Sports Club is not eligible for the Challengers Cup and its entry is rejected. In addition, Squidroidia must submit entries based on a new season for the next cycle.
The V-League is reminded that, as a primary association in a multiassociational league, Turori must have at least as many clubs in the Stellar Division as it has IFCF places. Noting that the V-League has previously been warned by the IFCF about Turori's violations, failure to comply with regulations in the next cycle will result in the non-compliant association (Turori) being stripped of primary association status.
The entry of Panem State U19 (STR) to the Rising Stars Cup was rejected as no evidence of sporting merit was provided.

Final site selection
After the fiasco during the previous cycle's Champions League final site selection process that resulted in thousands of Equestrian citizens being inadertently insulted, the IFCF Executive Council was eager to avoid such bad press again. As such, the representatives of those bidding for the Champions League final were instructed to participate in a friendly rock-paper-sissors tournament to determine the final site. After much bloodshed and several gruesome maimings, Sasky Rising Memorial Stadium in Brigham, Eura was awarded the rights to host the 9th Champions League final.

Final site selection
Three bids were received, and as Football Kelssek is the organizing association for this edition of the Challengers Cup, delegates from the bidding associations were invited on a junket to Outineau. Delegations were then sent on a scavenger hunt with pictures of some of the city’s street murals and instructed to find as many as possible. They quickly gave up and went clubbing instead. Around 2:15am, one of the Astograth delegation was sober enough to note down one of the murals across the street from the late night poule mouillée stand they ended up at, scoring one point for their team. As a result, they won the scavenger hunt and Old City Stadium in Iturributa, Astograth, was selected to host the final.

The cutoff for the next IUCC will coincide with the IFCF cutoff. Both new and returning associations may submit up to four schools in seeded order. (If Université du Saguenay would qualify directly, Quebec and Shingoryeo are entitled to an additional submission.) Please list your qualifiers in a post containing the word "IUCC," along with a link to evidence of scorination. You may also submit a stadium as a candidate to host the final, if desired.

In addition, in recognition of the myriad tactics on display across the multiverse, you may also submit a style modifier from -5 to +5 for each competing school. Scorination will use the additive (SQIS) bonus, and it's a single-knockout format anyway, so this does not have a significant effect on margin of victory, it's mostly for IC flavor.
