"Yor, the Hunter from the Future"

Imagine every terrible rip-off cliche from Conan the Barbarian (ok, imagine half of the possible rip-off cliches) and throw in some dinosaurs, then followed by a second half that is kind of a horrible Star Wars plot rip-off, except without the subtlety, and D movie special effects.

I'm pretty sure I saw it twice, at a minimum...
You're welcome.

EDIT:

There are movies that are bad on merit, because of reasons discussed above--

Starship Troopers--watch it without sound, as I did one evening while working as a bouncer. The ridiculousness of it jumps out...I wanted the Bugs to win.

I also happen to think that Gone With the Wind is one of the most overrated movies ever produced. Nearly everything about it sucks out loud.

Dirty Harry and Death Wish, plus the sequels, don't hold up at all. They are tissue paper thin in plot, the characters are boring and the cinematography is bad even for the 1970's.

Valhalla Rising. It's supposed to be a film about Vikings arriving in Newfoundland, but it's just so boring and half the time what's going on on the screen makes little sense.

Red Letter Media covered that in one of their 'Best of the Worst' shows for a reason. Half of the movies they feature I want to see purely out of sheer ridiculousness.

Now that is a controversial statement, even without the sound. Paul Verhoeven taking a 50s crypto-fascist novel and turning it back on itself in a big-budget satirical B movie is just gold, hammy acting included (or perhaps on purpose).

Because I had nothing better to do, I decided to watch "What's Up: Balloon to the Rescue!", which is apparently a ripoff of the Pixar movie "Up". Oh my gosh my golly it was terrible. It had bad animation, bad voice acting, a plot that was really hard to follow, and on top all of that, it was racist. >:(

Ugh theres SO MANY

If I had to pick one though, its Cuties. I cannot look or even imagine that movie without wanting to punch something, vomit, or cry. That film, while the producers probably had good intentions, was such a disaster I cannot express how much I hated it. All I will say is this: There is a man on Youtube, probably early 30s, who said he "Enjoyed" the film, if you get what I am saying. For those of you who dont know, the main plot of Cuties is young, adolescent girls, probably 12 at the oldest, dancing.......*shudder*....like, er, Adult Entertainers.

I watched half of it and felt disgusted with myself. I do NOT recommend watching it.
Lucky, a Texas court is inditing Netflix for their involvement with it.

Having considered it more: I think the worst movies are the ones that are somewhat good, or have good elements, and you want to like them. But there's something about them that makes them distractingly irredeemably bad. And you can't ignore it. You want to, but... fuck, it just gnaws at you and ruins everything.

Like the second two Matrix films.
Or how Life of Pi ended up just a really, really bad and tired argument for God.

These are especially bad, because they had potential. And they squandered it.

You didn't watch Cuties. I've watched every film that goes through Sundance, there was no controversy before it came to Netflix because no one who watched the film would ever think the film was promoting the sexualisation of children. Cuties is a film that's alright, I didn't care for it, that people unfairly malign because they did not actually watch it.

Oh im quite sure I did, I mean you can continue to say what I did, or rather what you think I didn't do, but thats not going to get you far. It did get quite the controversy, in fact. Are you sure we are talking about the same movie? I may have only seen it due to Netflix but regardless of where it started the film was in terribly poor taste, and saying people didn't think so isn't just wrong its silly. Don't claim to know whether someone saw a movie or not just because they don't like it.

Another terrible movie was "Santa Claus Conquers the Martians" but its one of those movies that are so awful they are funny.

Do I have to choose one? No, but in all seriousness, the top three worst movies I have ever seen have got to be Us (2019), Mulan (2020), and T-34 (2019). I'll try to explain what I think each did wrong without spoiling them.

For Us, I felt like all the potential was squandered on a nonsensical plot that made no sense. There is no explanation for why the main goal of the movie even exists (it's a really stupid goal if you think about it since it achieves nothing for the villains), and there is even less explanation for why almost everything in the movie exists. So as the plot unfolds, you have no knowledge really of the villains driving reasons, and why the villains even exist in the first place. And instead of clarifying any of this, the movie gives no explanation at all. So in the end, you have a film with several plot holes that (for me at least) seriously detract from the story. And while Jordan Peele is a great director, I feel like he squandered his talents on Us by not expanding the story further or giving more clarification. Sadly, Us just isn't on the same level as Get Out and BlacKkKlansman (the later which Jordan Peele co-produced).

Mulan (2020) is a pretty obvious one for me. It was an unnecessary remake of a good film that tarnished the original. Besides being filmed near concentration camps in Xinjiang(!), the plot of the original is ruined. Instead of being about filial piety and fighting for one's family, the new movie focuses on devotion to the state and the emperor. Basically, Disney butchered what was a very solid film and turned into a remake that was fairly painful to watch having thought the 1998 Mulan was already good enough.

Unlike the other two films, I was actually excited about T-34, but I also like realism in my war movies. And unfortunately T-34 just acts like Russian propaganda with fight scenes that would be right at home in a World of Tanks match. And while the movie isn't the worst in story terms, it really just didn't sit well with me as a film. Perhaps a better investment would have been a film about the life of Mikhail Koshkin (the designer of the T-34).
