[Springmont]

As the title of the movie, "Empire Strike Back", Eagle returns to winning the STAS League eleventh season after two failed seasons. Last season's champion Crestfallen Caliph "fell" to second, and last season's runner-up Castlegroom Crusher was third. Typhoon Tinderlounge manager Hoyt Willems had to say goodbye to his club when he was fired last season as Typhoon once again failed to reach its target. Hoyt followed in the footsteps of Rolfs as the second manager fired by Typhoon.

The Smithsonian School of Sport is undeniable, showing their bravery by winning the Youth League this season. For four consecutive years they won the Youth League. STAS Academy announces the dismissal of their manager, Sam Cech and is replaced by former Rexworth Razor killer Raleigh Wardrop.Lastly, the President Cup final of the season was like a repeat of last season with Castlegroom Crusher once again making Rexworth Razor suffer a straight set victory. What is surprising is that the Smithsonian School of Sport has managed to reach third place this season.

On the international front, rumors have swirled that takraw football will become an international sport, as some parties plan to establish a championship league for takraw clubs. Likewise, they plan to hold a world cup championship for sepak takraw. Let's pray for it to come true.

Season N° 12

For the first time, Ajaxland Antelope STC won the Sepak Takraw Association of Springmont League, Season N ° 12. Owen Santoz's coaching club was not placed as the club of choice in the league because, their record of excellence only won the President Cup in Season N ° 3, and after that they are deprived of any success. Last season they were only eighth. The purchase of young setter Eric von Ingek of Emmacastle Young Boys really paid off when he was awarded the Young Player of the Year for the season. Their plans to fire James Grolyer and appoint Owen Santoz as manager also paid off. Santoz was previously the manager, Bremmychurch College of Maritime in the Youth League. He was also named Manager of The Year for this season in addition to Doug van Linter who won The Best Killer award.

Emmacastle Eagle was just happy in second place, the seven-time STAS champion tried to resist but not enough to be the champion this season. The decision reinforces rumors that Eagle will offer the position of manager to Jagat Alam Terkukur, manager of Kesatria United from Kayangan who recently won the LSST. Ben Flagmaker not only failed to stand out at LSST but also failed to defend his STAS title, and this is an indicator of his imminent dismissal.
