2x cans of Deseret Beef Chunks
2x cans of Dark Red Kidney Beans
1x can of Tomato Sauce
1x can of Petite diced tomatoes with sweet onions
1/4 diced yellow onion
2 Tbsp. chopped dried onions
1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
Put everything that comes in a can save for the tomato sauce into a medium pan and cook at 250-300 until the beef chunks are browned, add the spices, stir until the spices are mixed in.
Let everything cook for 5 minutes, then stir in the tomato sauce. Put on low heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
sidenote: I like my things to have a kick, so I added about four splashes of El Yucateco Habanero Hot Sauce to mine.
