The black community in Deccan are extremely important to our cultural heritage. The Marfa dance and music was introduced by the Siddi and Yemeni communities. Siddi's are descendants of Abyssinian soldiers who served the Deccan Sultanates. There have been many influential black people in the history of Deccan such as Naval Admiral Siddi Yakub and General/Grand Vizier Malik Ambar.

No. No Foreigners in the 5000 years that Swadony has existed has ever invaded or tried to immigrate to Swadony. The natives, also called Swadonis have lived here for thousands of years and the population has 100% pure blood. There are no blacks or whites due to the no-immigration law. People from other countries cannot live here, become citizens or assimilate into Swadonese culture.

Prydania likely doesn't have many, if any. That being said the King of Prydania is distant cousins of the Empress of Astragon, a primarily black nation in the main setting I RP in. So that's fun
Prydania, however, is a small-ish and mostly rural kingdom in the North. And the 2002-2017 Civil War wasn't exactly making it inviting for migrants abroad.

That being said Iraelia (another nation I RP with in that setting) does have a not-insignificant population of people that would be considered "black."

Black people make up a small minority in Omigodtheykilledkenny, probably in the mid-single digits. One of my characters, who was the national security adviser then sec'y of defense for a long time, was a black woman, loosely based on Condi Rice. The country does not have a history of slavery, really, but there is a history of serious racism, even segregation - however, this mostly involves the indigenous population of the country, called Xtapolopaqetl, who are sort of a modern-day version of the RL Aztecs.

Yes, there are Imperials both noble born and peasant of Libyan (Our planet's Africa) descent and ethnicity. There are also simply Imperials who have bronze and dark skin because we are an equatorial nation and that's our natural disposition. Whether a person has rights or not depends on their class, not their ethnicity; all Imperials have rights and privileges but these vary somewhat depending on their social strata. A noble has more rights (and responsibilities) than a peasant does.

Almost all of our livestock is produced by the Cloning Center, and could roughly be described as "mixed." No landrace strain of humans has all of the beneficial genes that we want the species to have, and they all have some sort of negative genes, as well. Our genetically-engineered clones do not have this problem. We didn't code for housing color, finding it irrelevant (their ability to obey our orders, do labor, and last a long time are king), so they are all a nice tan color. Unfortunately, while their color is nice, their features are sort of ugly thanks to some of the animal genes that we've GMO'd in.

Of the wild humans, which is to say the descendants of those that managed to avoid capture or extermination when we invaded, there are a smidgen that are black. Wild humans tend to exist in whatever hard-to-penetrate areas were in their ranges, and vary according to continent. Jungles, bayous, and forests are the most likely to hold these "baseline" humans, or as we call them, beta creatures. As you might imagine, the ones in African jungles are far more likely to be black than the ones in North American bayous, while the ones in the jungles of Vietnam are mostly Asians.

Regardless of their coloration, if there get to be enough of them that we can see them from the air, we swoop down and capture them so we can put them to labor. Beta creatures of all colors don't last too long in our mines, where the workload is tailored to the capacities of our genetically-augmented stock. Those who still remain in the wild have learned these things and passed them on through the generations, and they now do their absolute best to never be seen by a Decepticon.

the overwhelming majority of our population are not even remotely related to humans. our people are born looking mostly like cats with green fur. thanks to advances in genetic engineering, we can choose our appearence and thanks to our fondness for diversity you will see nolo-gapians who resemble every imaginable and quite a few unimaginable species, of ever shade and color of fur and markings. all people are treated pretty much the same by each other. it would be difficult for any of us to imagine otherwise, and difficult to imagine any culture or world to be so lacking in logic to regard any sapient being as other then simply a person first, and whatever their appearance, to be of far less concern as an individual then their personal behavior.

from our perspective it just seems like an absurd question to even ask. certanly some of us have sable or indigo fur.
just as every other color of the rainbow. most of our people walk on two leggs, but even that is far from universal.
and some have more then four limbs and well, there's just no end to the variations, but anything that is self aware and has in interest in creating and exploring is considered a person. beginning and end of story.
