No. You disagree with Gauth therefore he will take every opportunity to report you to the mods, no matter how trivial. Welcome to NS.
*** Warned for spamming Moderation ***
As for the post Gormwood reported, no, not actionable. It is borderline and Rainbowsix is encouraged to be more civil.

Is it really spamming though? Since his first post in moderation to now with this nation (316 days), Gauth has 117 unique reports on players (give or take a few. Not including dos/spam reports or the Soldati and Rijkenland incidents.) That's a report every 2.7 days. Of those reports, only 50 resulted in mod action that wasnt later removed on appeal. That's an effective rating of 42.7%. Of those 117 reports 116 were against people who argue against Gauth usually of the right wing, independent or republican persuasions. Only once has he ever reported someone from the left, and that was a unique case of a player flaming moderation in DOS begging style.
I mean how many reports does the average nation make in a year, or their entire lifetime even? For reference, On this nation life I've made 29 unique reports on players. with 21 resulting in mod action. That's 25% as many, almost doubly as effective, in nearly 3 times as long.
Statistically, it is factually evident that Gauth uses moderation as a weapon against other players whom he disagrees with on the forum. And since Moderation allows it to continue despite the multiple complaints over this issue, is it really spamming moderation to inform a relatively new player whose just been on the receiving end, that this sort of thing is going to continue?
