For me it would be, in no particular order:
1: Universal Healthcare
2: Drug Law Reform (Legalizing weed and decriminalizing hard drugs for PERSONAL use (not sales) in addition to amnesty for people convicted under old laws)
3: Prison Reform (No more private prisons, no more mandatory minimum sentences, felons can vote)
4: Ranked Choice Voting
5: Legalize Machineguns (pewpew)

A: a greater correspondence between necessary and actual local wages
B: rural revitalization, as cheaper labor in rural areas becomes more attractive to employers
and C: a lack of a need for the endless political fights over it
2) Rewrite alcohol laws so that a person needs a license to purchase alcohol, with the goal of encouraging responsible alcohol use.
3) Eliminate the cap on payroll taxes.
4) Create a UBI for families with children. Everyone else is perfectly fine living under a bridge or eating ramen.
5) Reinvest in infrastructure.
For 1 I would replace that with UBI
I disagree with 2
I like 3
I think 4 would encourage people to have children. Although I agree that children shouldn't be in poverty, I don't think we should be encouraging more people. I think the whole world needs to reduce it's population if we want to survive as a species.
5 I agree completely with

2) Tie minimum wage to local cost of living, an ensure that it is a living wage as originally intended.
3) End the draft and look into equalizing the treatment of men when it comes to things like prison sentencing as well as when it comes to domestic abuse, maternity paternity leave, family courts, etc.
4) Actually revitalize the infrastructure of the US, as it is now I see it as a national security issue.
5) People have been feeling unrepresented or ignored using the current voting system an with the current parties (Trump managed to tap into this issue), I think that the basic system of voting needs to be looked at and possible overhauled.

5) So do you advocate replacing congressional districts with proportional representation? This seems like something we could do on the state level.
