No. I'm referencing allegations that some South Bend police officers were secretly recorded complaining about having a black police chief, and talking about their plan to work with some of Buttigieg's donors to get him elected as mayor so he'd fire that chief. Which he did.

is there any proof of that claim?

Just the word of the one person who'll admit to having heard of those secret recordings, I believe. Supposedly Buttigieg's lawyers heard them too, but Mayor Pete has long maintained that while he wants to know what was said but cannot even legally ask about it, the recordings may have run afoul of federal wiretap laws.

Sanders didn't get the good thing, therefore the only logical conclusion is that there is a conspiracy holding him back from the thing, regardless of the presence of evidence or alternate explanations.
This kind of conspiratorial thinking is why I stopped liking the Sanders fan club.
It's hardly conspiratorial thinking, or exclusive to sanders. The simple reality is that the Democrat party does not have a democratic primary. The DNC plays kingmaker. https://www.npr.org/2019/09/09/75790117 ... es-packing

Well this is interesting. Governor Brian Kemp has announced that any qualified Georgians who want to serve in the Senate should submit their name and qualifications to his office for review. Senator Johnny Isakson has announced he will resign in December due to complications from Parkinson's disease
I must say this appears to be a first as I have never of such a process being done. I doubt there will be Mr. Smith goes to Washington though. Someone already in elected office will be chosen.
A special election will be held next year to fill out the rest of the term

He has to appoint someone to replace Isakson; Georgia law doesn’t say anything about how he has to appoint someone.

The actual allegations is that a handful of officers said ~something~ racist or otherwise problematic, the chief fired them using (possibly illegal recordings) as evidence and Buttigieg fired the police chief.
We don't know exactly what was said and we don't know if the recordings were actually illegal and can be heard.

White House hopeful Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) on Wednesday released a $2.5 trillion plan to guarantee housing for every American.
Sanders said the plan would “guarantee every American — regardless of income — a fundamental right to a safe, decent, accessible, and affordable home” and would be paid for by a wealth tax on the top one-tenth of 1 percent of income earners.
“There is virtually no place in America where a full-time minimum wage worker can afford a decent two bedroom apartment. At a time when half of our people are living paycheck to paycheck, this is unacceptable,” he said. “For too long the federal government has ignored the extraordinary housing crisis in our country. That will end when I am president.”
