The problem there is the effects on the firing squad.

Not to mention that we're all ignoring the obvious solution to the problem: just don't kill people.

Just so we're clear: I do think there is enough to impeach; I did read the report. However, unless they can get Republicans, and the people to care about it more, then impeachment is political suicide. Unfortunately, Americans don't seem to care as much about criminal behavior.

I also suspect the Democrats won't change the rule regarding a President can't be indicted given well, you protect your own...

However, the basic parameter is really Mueller failed to get Democrats the smoking gun they need (Republicans didn't get much either) and he recognizes that the best chance to indict Trump is by voting him out.

The demos are being lazy. Mueller wasn't hired to be a political hitman. He did what he was supposed to do; investigate the claims.

Trump wasn't declared innocent.

If they don't like the JD saying you can't indict a sitting President? Change it. No one is above the law.

I agree, although it seems the Democrats were hoping for Mueller to be a hitman for them. And yes, no one is above the law, that needs to change as well.

Midazolam executions are both inhumane and prohibitively expensive. They need to be phased out in favor of a much more humane method, being burnt at the stake.
