i was thinking of a name for a the only city on the planet for an Alien empire in my Sci Fi world. i thought about the Jedi Rahm Kota from Star Wars and thought Kato sounded cool, and i thought of Sluis Van from star wars. Kato Van was just me mish mashing stuff until it sounded good.
