If moderation started handing out warnings and bans over the use of dumb arguments, you'd have been DOS quite awhile ago.

Never said they were, we're still not a democracy, we're a constitutional republic. You don't know what you're talking about.
A democracy is any given state where power is derived from consent of the governed through vote.
A republic is any form of government without a monarch.
A constitution is a set of defining laws and characteristics that serves the basis and justification for government and governance in a given nation.
All three can coexist. And, oh look, they do.

Again, I never said neither can coexist. However, we are not all of the above. A democracy has a government that has consent from the majority first, we're not ruled by the majority, we don't get to vote on what laws pass, and we don't elect the president.

You indirectly vote on what laws get passed through the election of representatives, you're using the definition of direct democracy to apply to the concept as a whole, which is wrong.
Democracy is not defined as the will of the majority, so that's also just wrong and clouded by your apparent prejudices against the system.
The President is indirectly elected, still has to get some kind of popular mandate. We don't live in an autocratic republic so saying we're not a democratic republic is just absurd.
