The Goverment of Mervay is now officially announcing the opening of our embassy program. The mission of this program is to improve the relations with most of the world nations. We welcome everyone to request the formal establishment of ties between our nation through thee program.

Basic Rules
-No military equipment like MBT's, IFV'S, APC'S for vehicles. Civilian vehicles are heavily recommended.
-No military weapons like an G36 or an Famas, normal weapons for an Embassy, from non-lethal weapons, to an Glock 17 or any other Pistol to an submachine gun like the MP5 or the P90 are allowed.
-Max staff is 40 for all personnel combined at last 45 or 50 but nothing more.
-Maximum number of vehicles are 5 and beyond the logical modifications for security, no weaponry should attached. 1 Helicopter will be allowed per mission and they are to be stationed at an designated zone in the airports of the respective cities of choice.
-All Elements must be declared, be it; drugs, plants animals or alcoholic beverages for example.

The city itself is the old capital of the nation before it was transfered to Asteria as soon as the war of independence ended and was also the former capital of the former Duchy of Slyvan that was the former territory ruled by the Royal Family Pre-Independence War. It is also known as the city of mountains because of it's location and is a important cultural and educative location.
