The Hunchback of Notre-Dame is so good. It’s so freakin’ good. Judge Claude Frollo is the best Disney villain.

If I remember correctly, the plan for Frollo was to genuinely make him truly evil and hated just by making him a shitty, greedy, selfish, horrible person.

Disney was tired of the light, playful, beloved villains so they went hardcore on Frollo, things got too dark and they went back to their normal ways.

He's definitely the most "yeeesh" Disney villain, and Hunchback is the second-most "what they hell Disney?" Disney movie.

And in Prince of Egypt's defense, there was no way they were going to salvage that, given the narrative.

Currently the Piasts from 1066. Managed to not only create the Wendish Empire, but have expanded north into Finland, south to around Moldova, west to Lubeck, and east to... near Azov.

The hardest thing right now is trying to not lose the Wendish Empire, since I've actually been overthrown once: got the fucking usurper overthrown a couple months later, but he still kept Krakow.

*sigh*

And to make things worse, because they imposed gavelkind on the Kingdom of Poland, I had to give *that* title to someone else, since all I have are daughters.

If you’re very unpopular with all of your vassals, go full tyrant. Reshape your Empire. Imprison everyone you can. It’s always best to find a diplomatic solution to your internal problems, but at a certain point you should just say “Welp, they can’t hate me any more than they already do.”
Just don’t be too reckless. This strat can either save your dynasty’s status or destroy it. It will either send your Empire into prosperity or many years of civil war.

And here I was complaining because I once had a 12 hour shift (with breaks). That was the time when a crap ton of people visited our camp to celebrate the newly-appointed Officers (1st Lt.).
