It depends on what game it is, who is playing it, and what each player's mind is usually like. Typically, we see that young children who play incredibly violent or competitive games will become prone to anger issues. An adult who plays such a game will likely deal with the situation more maturely, but we must also take into consideration the fact that some adults out there may behave even worse than that of children.

Completely situational. It may be bad or good. For good qualities, you may learn real-life skills from video games, including driving skills when playing a game that deals with racing tournaments. For bad qualities, addiction may stem from a person getting too much into the game he/she is playing, leading to a complete disregard for his/her real-life needs in favor of enjoying what their electronic screen displays in front of them.
