The Royal Sovereign Environmental Ministry
Department of Fisheries Management and Enforcement
Vilhemiinte 129, 00100 Vittisbofjord, Keskinen
Greetings,
We are contacting your company today on behalf of the government of the Royal Sovereign Monarchy seeking to purchase a series of vessels to replace the aging fleet of fisheries vessels currently in use.
Our current requirements are for fifteen (15) deep-sea trawlers, in this case, your Osprey-class ships as well as five (5) factory trawlers, your Pelican-class, and three (3) Thebes-class whalers. We request that the whalers come equipped with the ability to mount machine guns in the tower on the aft superstructure, environmentalists here are known to...interfere violently...in our operations.
We intend to place the full order for all of these ships, following the delivery of the first example of each class as a test subject if we believe that your vessels will be able to fulfill the tasks required of them in our service.
Respectfully,
Paula Lehtomäki
Minister of the Environment

We will start transacting agreement tomorrow. Thank you for your time.

Happy World Banana And Spice Shipping Co.
Procurement Division
972 Via Domina, Paradise City, Blackhelm Confederacy, 10082
Good Afternoon,
We want bote pls.
This is what the natives who haul our cargo said, desperate to avoid the harsh overland that they typically are subjected to. As such, we have decided to turn to you to purchase one of your Sejanus-class container ships. We believe that this will significantly decrease travel times along the Hesperidesian coast, and will also allow us to ship much more cargo in each shipment, rather than the standard, unending donkey trains laden with bananas and cinnamon that we have today.
We are prepared to wire the money immediately upon confirmation and eagerly look forward to the delivery of the vessel.
Sincerely,
Maximus Fielder
CEO, Happy World Banana And Spice Shipping Co.

To Maritime ImperialDated 06/12/2017CE
Due to the expected retirement of a number of our tugs in the near future, we find ourselves needing to secure additional vessels to ensure continuity of harbour operations. We have selected your Agrippa-class harbour tug as acceptable for this purpose. In particular we would like to compliment your engineers on the use of electrostatic precipitators to minimise the environmental impact of your design, as this was a key consideration for us.
Accordingly the Port Authority requests four Agrippa-class harbour tugs. We additionally request these vessels be outfitted with all offered optional features (The second kort nozzle, port and bow thrusters, and engine upgrade to DX-100 inclusive). We are satisfied with your listed prices and have allocated $3,000,000 for this purchase.
Fair Winds,
Justin O'Connor
Director, Vigil Port Authority
