Fellow world leaders,
I wish to thank you for taking the time to consider opening an embassy of your nation in the Federal Republic of Isentran. It is always a cause for celebration to create and strengthen diplomatic ties with other nations.
Our country has a long history dating back to the earliest Mediterranean civilizations, and our culture is rich and diverse. We are also more than happy to engage economic and educational cooperation with any nation. Isentran is a nation which values liberty and democracy, and is eager to join the world in furthering these goals.
On behalf of the people of Isentran, I welcome all nations to establish an embassy and consulate in the Federal Republic of Isentran.
Signed,
Erina al-Ahmadi, Minister of Foreign Affairs
Marcus Karius, President of the Federal Republic

Regulations and Policies
Like any other nation, the Federal Republic of Isentran enforces several regulations on foreign embassies within our borders.
- Maximum number of security personnel is ten (10). (This may be relaxed if your nation has major and relevant security concerns. You may make a note of this in your application.)
- Security personnel may not be armed with automatic weapons, explosives, or weapons of mass destruction. Our Embassy Police take security very seriously, and will do everything necessary to protect your citizens.
- You may have a maximum of three (3) vehicles. Those vehicles may be armored, but not armed with weapons. Helicopters are permitted, but you must request a helicopter pad for your chancery grounds or building.
- With the exception of family pets, non-native animals and plants must not leave the embassy grounds unless they are being transported in to or out of our nation. Family pets brought into our nation must have documentation proving that they are a) spayed/neutered and b) up-to-date on their vaccinations.
- Each nation may establish a maximum of three (3) consulates.
Similarly, our policies for diplomatic immunity involve classifying diplomatic personnel into the following categories:
Class 1: Ambassadors, special envoys, Chief of Mission, visiting representatives of the state
Class 2: Consul officers and consul-generals, section attaches, and specialist staff
Class 3: Administrative staff, analysts, communications officers, security staff
Class 4: Service staff, consular staff
Class 5: Other diplomatic workers and non-diplomatic stafff
With this in mind, we adhere to the following policies on diplomatic immunity,
Locations
All embassies must be located within Union, the capital city of the Federal Republic. Within that city, we offer several options for embassy placement depending on the needs of each country.
Consulates may be located in the central areas of the City States listed below,
Additional Security Arrangements
For applicants worried about external threats to their diplomatic staff and citizens, we can modify the chancery and embassy grounds to increase security. If you intend to make such a request, you may state so in the application form. Your security situation should make these requests reasonable. The offered modifications are as follows:
- A fortified and strengthened fence.
- A security system, with sensors placed in small posts around the property. CCTV systems come standard, however, so you do not need to request that.
- A secure reception area with x-ray screener and security staff member.
- An anti-ramming bollard or gate.
- Pre-entry screening, of cars or people, to be managed by either Embassy Police or (you must request permission), your own security personnel.
- Armed interior guards, courtesy of the Embassy Police. (Will likely be refused unless in very extraordinary situations)
- Relaxation of regulations on your own embassy security personnel (there will be a separate area to request this).
If you are unsatisfied with the additional arrangements presented here, you may describe an arrangement more preferable to you. Approval is not guaranteed.
Applications
Listed below is the necessary paperwork for your nation to propose establishing an embassy or consulate. Approval is not guaranteed for insufficient or non-compliant applications, but nations may edit their forms and re-apply as many times as they wish.
