Biography: Pandemonium had a normal life until eight grade, when she discovered her "powers". She tried to keep them a secret, but try hiding a snake tattoo wrapping around your neck in the middle of school, or how you just threw a flaming dodgeball at someone. Yeah. She was expelled, and then took online classes before turning to crime. Every crime scene she had been at, it was obvious she was there, because the evidence never adds up. How did this girl break into a bank without getting caught, steal half the gold, and (accidentally?) turn the other half of the bank into a slab of pure silver? The world may never know.
Powers: Powers... yeah, that's a pretty relative term. Her "ability" is that she can activate random activity at will. In other words, she can summon up the power to do something, but whatever that something is is beyond her control. For instance, if she's in trouble, she could call on her ability and something random would happen. She might suddenly be holding a broadsword, she might suddenly be stuck in slow motion, whatever. She has a snake tattoo on her collarbone thanks to a "random" event (aka she accidentally gave herself a tattoo).

Ok, now on to the app discussion.

I like the idea of this character. Pandemonium is somewhat similar to another character, one of the Siamese twins, Aesculapius. He can do any power at all - as long as he's not aware of it. Pandemonium's ability is one where she is aware of doing something, only she has no idea what it can do.

I'm ok with this as long as you promise to not do anything too OP. So, like, no causing nuclear explosions, or giant dinosaurs right behind us, or turning people into zombies, etc. But for mundane, random things, or powerful things that can be combatted by the likes of the Infinites who can shoot kittens from cannons, animate origami, use lassos, hit people with golden hands. Etc.

If you're ok with these suggestions, then Pandemonium is ACCEPTED.

As for Dramatic Background Changing, does that mean that you would have a villainous song playing in the background so that all of the characters can hear it?

That link has some good funny powers, but sometimes you have to adapt them so they become funny when you use them.

That means, he will be familiar with everyone and everything that has happened. He's been there the whole time (even though you as a player have not). I feel like Blank state might be a villain that's in kind of a higher scope than the Minnesota infinites. But he's probably stuck with them.

So now they're in space with no idea of what to do?

Well...

They were being transported to the Fuschia Quadrant to fight in the alien intergalactic arena that someone mysterious Earth up to fight in. And they kind of need to fight, because the Earth will be enslaved for thousands of years if they don't.

That said, the computer will soon be giving some more detailed instructions. In the meantime, interact with the other characters, make your introduction, do something funny. You will be trying to track down Glitch, but fortunately the computer has told you where to go... in the top secret room that everyone was warned about going in.
