Generally not, but in one part of the country (Russica Savojar) being Christian is a big part of minority identity, so some (older) people may put a great emphasis on Christian values to distinguish themselves from the pagan majority population. Since the 1909 communist revolution, however, social norms have gotten much more progressive and nowadays conservatism is rather a minority belief. However, there is a "hands off" attitude of the government when it comes to social norms, so the state does almost never actively promote social progressivism.

Depends a bit on the exact region, but the Savojarsk greeting is "Hej" to everyone. Forms of "good morning" are expected in, well, the morning. Goodbyes are usually just a repetition of the greeting, or the respective language form of "(have a) good day" with people you don't know. It's generally considered (semi-)formal language to greet someone with their name (ex. "Hej Johan/Mr. Carlsen"), and the latter (last name) would only be used for authorities. Not extremely - people would be offended if you're super disrespectful, but generally nobody cares too much. At formal meals, it's handled a bit stricter but as long as you don't disturb anyone or make things dirty, it's fine.

Only after everyone is served their food, except the ones who haven't received it yet tell them to go ahead. If there are bowls of food on the table, it's expected to wait until everyone finished taking from them.

Generally handled between the group, but it's common that people with a higher income do pay. If it's about equal, the bill is usually split. If one side chooses the restaurant without asking the other, or has a position of authority, however, it's considered extremely rude to let the other side(s) pay. Savojarsk as a lingua franca. However, Sumanen-exclusive businesses are usually conducted in Finnish and Russica-exclusive ones in Russian. Savojarsk dialects are treated differently - in Vestrholm, people prefer the standard dialect while Ejana and the Islands see their dialect as a valid business language among themselves. Within Savojarna, it's often considered polite to try speaking the approached side's language, but it often switches to English when the business is conducted internationally. Consequentially, Savojars really appreciate it if you try to conduct business with them in Savojarsk/Finnish/Russian.

How should bosses and coworkers be addressed?
Savojar companies are collectives, so there are hardly any formal bosses. The highest officials aside, everyone is addressed with their first name (and if you are in contact with highest officials, you're probably high enough to use their first name too)

No, there isn't much hierarchy given that everyone is formally equal. All hierarchy is democratically legitimised, even in business, as all businesses are collectives.

Depends a bit. If they're close friends/family, it's not expected but appreciated. If they're a bit further away, it's considered polite (but not mandated). If you're visiting your partner's family for the first time, it's pretty much expected, and especially for men only considered acceptable not to if you're still a student or have another valid reason to be rather poor. It's widely spread though that the invited side brings drinks to a family dinner, as the hosting side provides food.

No. It would be somewhat rude to do so, as businesses are collectively owned, so whoever you speak to will always only be a representative and it'll be seen as subtle bribery.
