If you're bringing up your major rather than citing the relevant law or providing an example case or something like that then I wouldn't have very much faith in your knowledge of the law.

How about you look back a few messages and realize that we were talking about procedure.

We can definitely bring people he knew in for questioning, but that doesn't mean that they're under arrest.

Did this family even live together? I think all the children are adults, they may well have all moved out. And even if they did, that's not a crime. It's entirely possible for people to live together without knowing everything that goes on in that house.

1. I am not a s good at this as you, you can feel free to ignore me if you don't like my ability to post and not put quotes in the proper places as you require

I'd be more inclined to ignore you for spending an hour trying to piss me off for some reason. I'll see.
2. That is for the investigation and trial to determine.

Rather a step back from your earlier claim that terrorism is this family's business.

Source for your claim?

Any cursory research will reveal enough, such as this article from the New York times from August of last year.

To quote Mr. Shane's first two lines;
"Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump do not agree on much, but Saudi Arabia may be an exception. She has deplored Saudi Arabia's support for "radical schools and mosques around the world that have set too many young people on a path towards extremism." He has called the Saudis "the world's biggest funders of terrorism."

The first American diplomat to serveas envoy to Muslim communities around the world visited 80 countries and concluded that the Saudi influence was destroying tolerant Islamic traditions. "If the Saudis do not cease what they are doing," the official, Farah Pandith, wrote last year, "there must be diplomatic, cultural, and economic consequences."

Read the whole article. It doesn't supply that the majority of attacks carried out by Islamic terrorists are sunni but it does provide the intricacies of Wabhism. Though I have to disagree with some of the information of the article as they are using the suggestions of a scholar (Who is both Iranian and Shia) at accusing Saudi Arabia of having errored in their translation of the Qu'ran.

Of course, that's a well known fact. I believe a harsher settlement at the end of the war could have avoided that. Germans like nothing more than hating each other.

Maybe the split up of Germany to small states similar to that of the 1700's or 1800's was in order. Or maybe to act when they started re -militarization of both their armed forces and the Rhineland.

Let's start over.

What I'm saying is that we can bring people he knew in for questioning, that doesn't mean that they're under arrest.

Are you arguing that we can't?

Also law is procedural, there is a system you must go through.

This attack is a rudimentary form of anti-capitalist resistance that lack adequate leadership and direction. The proletariat must in Western countries unite and overthrow imperialist white power and I sympathize with the resistance coming from colonized people on every front on this planet. We should recognize the struggle of oppressed immigrants in Europe and around the world as part of the downtrodden masses of the world to end the parasitic relationship which binds oppressor and oppressed nations. This is a conflict between colonized people who are being exploited and the worldwide parasitic capitalism. It is not a religious question. The problem is that Arab workers have not yet achieved ideological independence from the Arab petty bourgeoisie and their reactionary religion.

While I don’t agree with terrorism being used as a primary form of struggle, such attacks shake off the bourgeoisie's sense of invincibility and encourage other oppressed peoples to dare to struggle against capitalist rule. The problem is that many workers have not yet achieved ideological independence from the petty bourgeoisie. Nevertheless, such attacks are reflections of the worldwide growing tension between oppressed nations and oppressor nations. Everything that weakens the Capitalist regimes is good!

In England and most of Europe, homes in Arab working class neighborhoods are raided daily and suspected Islamists are arrested by British armed police. The British government is right to be fearful of the colonized peoples fighting back inside Europe itself.

These struggles shake off imperialist’s sense of invincibility and encourage other oppressed peoples to dare to struggle against capitalism. We should recognize the right of the people to unite and overthrow imperialist power. They have the right to overturn the artificial borders and dictators’ fatcats that siphon the wealth of the Arab masses. I sympathize with the resistance coming from colonized people on every front on this planet. I recognize the struggle of oppressed workers in Europe and around the world as part of the downtrodden masses of the world to end the parasitic relationship which binds oppressor and oppressed nations. Especially today, fascism is on the rise in Europe, with groups like UKIP, BNP and the Tories.

The source of contradiction between oppressor and oppressed nations is the cause of this attack, and is not the starting point. The royal regime's lapdog May has repeated endlessly that "it is their way of life that is being attacked " and that they will "not cow into barbarism". Meanwhile English politicians call for more actions against colonized peoples such as closing borders of countries and creating anti-immigration and emergency laws. I think many North Americans and Europeans assume they have some idea of the basis of the contradictions because of the fantasies passed on to them historically about the source of their comparative wealth and good fortune. Nevertheless, their resources are stolen from others that have become increasingly difficult for them to afford in their malls and supermarkets. It’s somebody else’s oil, wrenched from the earth with bloody consequences, for which they now have to pay more.

Lets call it what it really is. This is class warfare - a conflict between people who live on less than €2 EURO a day and worldwide parasitic capitalism. It is not a religious question. This incident must be viewed in the context of over 25 years of Western aggression on the Middle East and Arab peoples around the world. How many innocent people were murdered by British soldiers in Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya and killed by weapons supplied by English corporations to Assad’s enemies?

According to the reports in the news, Terroism is the families business. I stand by that. However, even terrorists deserve a fair trial.

According to reports in the news Salman Abedi's younger brother and father were arrested in Libya and his older brother was arrested in the UK. The younger brother was allegedly planning a terrorist attack in Tripoli. So of the six members of this family, one was a terrorist, one might have been planning to be a terrorist, two are under arrest for unspecified reasons, and two are presumably walking free.

More than half the immediate family is under arrest, and you see nothing wrong with it.

What is the alt-right? It is a small, rootless, international clique that is turning the people against each other.

And you, my astonishing friends, you are certainly getting into a millennium, such as never was before, hardly even in the dreams of Bedlam. -
Thomas Carlyle.
