RP-Sample: After a great deal of planning and discussion and a long and arduous process working through the Selkie Foreign office. The pair of pilgrims finally got their approval to enter the country and had set a plan course to the old city of Cuan. Their method of travel was taking a ferry over to Silverport and continue their travel a day or two on the old road heading up to the city. On the old path held by pedestrian, mounted police, traveler, tourist and the occasional bicyclist; the pair of pilgrims drew a few heads their way. People were unsure if they were apart of some circus or LARP or renaissance faire but there was an honest to goodness Knight and his Squire traveling down the road on horses.

It was hard in this modern day and age, to imagine that there was still a place where knights and serfs existed as they had been for hundreds of years. The nation of Rhodann was such a place, a place of both romance and bitter reality. Adorn their horses were two relative young people. One about ten years older than the other both dressed in rather homespun clothes made of wool and felt, riding rather huge looking animal with fine leather bridle, saddle and rather hefty saddlebags behind them.

Janice, the squire of the duo worked on polishing her master’s helmet. A fine piece of steel gleaming in the morning lights. Suddenly a thunderous buzz almost spooked both the horses, as a pair of youngsters on a motorcycle zipped right passed by them. Janice sort of chewed her cheek for a moment. “You’d think they’re be driven mad by the noise.” She uttered out.

Haus the other rider merely laughed. “Just wait until you get to Cuan. Just wait.” Janice merely said nothing. Shinning the helmet some more before she… pulled out a ipod from her pouch belt? Rhodannians had integrated an unusual assortment of technology into their daily lives. Consuming similar popular culture as the rest of the world.

Sorry for the inconvinience. That being said, I like your style of writing, although a pair of mounted and armed men would most definately not draw any strange looks or assumptions of them being LARPers in the Free Lands and most definately not require a permit.

Gina, "Fitt" Fittipaldi, originally a kitchen assistant aboard a cargo ship which was sunk off the coast of Terra Azure after Terra Azure claimed its territorial waters went 500km off the shore (in gross violation of international treaty, although the crew got off, Fitt included, Terra Azuran troops fired on the crew, Fitt, in the water at the time was ran over by the boat, so suffered life altering injuries to her right leg. her crew mates died in the attack, Fitt is the only survivor from the sinking of the ship, Nov 09 1999. She is a good cook!

Robbie was brought up in a care home but was thrown out at the age of 18, ending up on the streets where she survived for 7 days before ending up in Fitt's back yard, Fitt took her in and "under her wing" as the saying goes, they have been together ever since!
