CHARACTER PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
Character Name: Dr. Neil Eldritch
Character Gender: Male
Species (nation personification, human, alien, etc): Velociraptor antirrhopus
Age: 27
Appearance: 5'11" Green skin, Red slitted eyes, Dark Green head quills, either wears an Amber colored suit or a singed labcoat.

Character Occupation: Mad Scientist
OBJECTIVES
Primary Objectives are your character's main goals. This should be the thing that drives their part of the plot. When not engaged in stories, these are what occupy your character's thoughts or keep them busy. Examples include: acting on a desire to become a powerful and respected leader; attempting to overcome some horrible thing in the past which hinders the character on a day-to-day basis; seeking to break out their shell by overcoming profound shyness (getting involved with stories); comping to terms with a major flaw that inhibits the character from reaching full potential; etc.
Secondary Objectives are minor goals. These should be an undercurrent for your character when they are engaged in stories or on their free time. Examples include: acquiring weapons and becoming proficient with each one; improving sundered relations with a companion; improving their reading comprehension; mastering news spells; researching a cure for a plague; etc.
Objectives such as "making friends" or "finding love" are NOT acceptable. Please put much though into your character's objectives - they are what flesh out your character and one of the most important aspects necessary to portray the character as 3D.
Primary Objective: Knowledge is power, so Neil desires to obtain as much knowledge he can regardless of the cost. Conversely, he will attempt to stop knowledge being introduced to Non-Raptor cultures as he is both speciest and nationalist believing that only Raptors should have such power. Nothing will frustrate him more than not knowing what someone else knows and nothing gives him more joy than flaunting what others don't know.
Secondary Objectives: Money is virtually worthless, but resources are needed to continue his very expensive research of surveying Universes. Although bad at it Neil is a bit of an entrepreneur or a snake oil salesman depending how you look at it. Often fond of making unfair deals in his favor for the use of his technology or something he knows, when desperate he will often trade complicated thingamajigs that are at the best worthless or at the worst dangerous.
MUNDANE SKILLS
These do NOT require points. These are the average, daily things your character can do. Examples are "drive a car", "speak one Foreign Language", "play a guitar", "write poetry". Some mundane skills come from your bio and are freebie. A soldier has gone through Basic training. However, Medic, martial arts or sniper would be a Specialized Skill or Talent.
List Mundane skills here
-Operate Vehicles (He can get you there, but in a timely fashion or in one piece are probably not going to happen)
-Unarmed Combat (Primal Instincts and innate group tactics of a deadly social creature)
-Operate Ranged Weapons (Marksmanship is poor due to the position of his eyes and claws don't have the fine motor skills of a human hand but he can figure out how to use most weapons)
-Speak & Read English
-Speak & Read Spanish
-Barter
SPECIALIZED SKILLS AND TALENTS
These are specialized skills that set you apart from the average person. You have 7 points to spend here. Examples are swordsmanship, sniper, coercion, medic, wizarding, piloting etc.
- Ability 1 and Points Spent: Mad Scientific Prowess - 7 (He knows a bit of everything though not as knowledgeable as a specialist)
OPTIONAL SUPERNATURAL CHARACTERISTICS
You have 7 points to spend here on supernatural skills or abilities. Sonic Scream, Levitation, Spell Casting, Shape Shifting etc. Superman MUST have his kryptonite thus weaknesses are things which inhibit the ability. Restrictions are what can't they do with their power or what balances it. They can only use it when they genuinely need it? They can't use it for more then five minutes without serious side-effects? Some things are allowed without points. A pegasus has wings thus it can fly. A raptor is fast thus no points are spent in speed. These "natural" abilities should be listed here, however. What isn't allowed: teleportation beyond a few feet; the ability to alter or go back/forward in time.
MAGICAL OR SPECIAL ITEMS
- Ability 1: "Greater than the sum of the parts"
Power Level: 5
Strengths: Neil can build advanced technology out of bits of scrap that shouldn't be able to amount to it, most likely ignoring a few local laws of physics. Need a Laser in a pinch? He can whip something up from the things in your pocket. This ability is the result of seeing various different laws of physics across multiple Universes, he innately knows how to put things together to get the result he wants.
Weaknesses: Each bit of technology built this way requires at least 1 rare and/or exotic component (like Uranium, Moon Rocks, Orphan souls) and requires more exotic components for how powerful the device is. (A Death-Ray might need just a single component and work for years while a device to hop between universes might need 50 different components and work only once)
Restrictions: The device needs a clearly designed function and purpose (Death-rays kill via "X" which affects "Y", The AU machine moves only across universes and timelines but will stay in the same relative point in space and time). Devices that severely violate laws of physics (and plot) degrade rapidly, perhaps not even getting a single use (No in-universe Free Energy Machines, No Time Travel for this version).
- Ability 2: (Altered)Reptilian Biology
Power Level: 5
Strengths: Neil can run up to 50mph unburdened, take 3 times as much damage as the average human, is thrice as strong as the average human, and has claws and sharp teeth. With Cold Blood allowing him to withstand high temperatures and his atomic structure can withstand a variety of different physics.
Weaknesses: Cold Blood means that he is vulnerable to cold temperatures causing him to black out in freezing temperatures. His atomic structure can unravel upon contact with physics from certain universes, (Equestria and Pyroland are the most notable). And his brain will literally explode if exposed to the song Taking the Hobbits to Isengard played on a vuvuzela.
Restrictions: Soulless Chemistry means he will not be found in any afterlife if deceased and will not become a ghost or anything.
If it's not on this list, your character doesn't have it. Magical items are rare and hard to come by. Please list what they can/can't do - treat them like a supernatural thing. Items not allowed: anything that can alter time; anything that allows a character to teleport beyond a few feet.
List:
-Selenite Teleforce-Ray (a pistol that projects an ionizing beam which guides an electrical discharge equivalent to an average lightning bolt to the intended target, can fire 6 times at max power before needing a 1-minute cooldown, It can be fired more times at lower settings that equate to the same output in the same timespan)
-Quantum Spanner (Multiuse tool that can scan and manipulate mechanics and electronics by manipulating probabilities into the desired outcome, works up to a meter away, does not affect magic)
-Top Hat of Duplication (A hat containing a device that will create a quantum duplicate of the last scanned item or lifeform, can duplicate the wearer upon death, has a 12-hour cooldown and charges up by consuming matter, does not duplicate life forms of pure energy nor magic)
BACKGROUND
Be detailed please. You must explain how your character acquired their skills, talents, abilities, and special items. Wrap your primary and secondary objectives into it.
Education or Training: Self taught in nearly every area of Science and a pioneer of cross-dimensional physics.
Character Background/Biography: Oh, where to begin? We start at the Jurassic Park timeline in 1989, well an alternate timeline but that is just the premise. An egg designated as 713N hatched on the island of Isla Sorna and opened his eyes to see his creator Henry Wu. Neil doesn't remember anything from first being hatched but he certainly remembers growing up in a concrete enclosure, a relatively simple time where he and his playmates played with the electric fence and nipped at the workmen's ankles. As he and his brothers got older the limitations of their confinements started getting to them, wanting more than regular meals they wanted to run as fast as they can and hunt something challenging. Looking for a way out they probed fences and studied the routines of their keepers and the strange noises they made with their mouths. The first escape attempt failed, resulting in even stricter confines much to Neil's frustration. The second attempt resulted in his friends being taken away to a place unknown to him.
Then one day after it had been raining an awfully long time the fence didn't hurt. He found it easy to climb out now after cutting a few cables to fit through. He found the outside strangely silent, no workmen or keepers, nobody watching, just freedom. Now what? Hunting was fun, the fresh meat invigorated him clearing his head. Free of walls he chose to go back in them, curious of what was left behind. Lots of shiny things and this stuff that smelled like trees but wasn't. Looking at the funny squiggles for a long while, days, months, maybe years, he had no accounting of time till the squiggles in the tree like things actually meant something conveying a meaning that wasn't readily apparent, an order in which to interact with the solid earth things. He didn't know why it was but he did it, learning how to toggle the door locks, prepare food left behind, and turning on a geothermal power plant. His friends had returned after experiencing the same clarity, they managed to get a boat working wanting him to come along as they explored the wider world. Now there were other raptors on this island but he grew up with these guys and he had already explored much of the island so he agreed and took quite a few books with him.
Neil had learned how to maintain the machinery but yearned for the context for these things. His friend Edwin set the ship’s course for the other islands where they did not find as many things, devoid of the larger animals they were used to and no artificial structures. So eventually they headed to the only other location on maps available to them, the mainland of Costa Rica. Neil poured over InGen's research, learning about genetic engineering but still without context.
Human civilization was massive, more than they imagined and Neil was eager to learn all he could. But the noises these humans made were not what they were used to. The letters looked the same but the meaning was lost. Although Humans were weaker and scared of them they proved to fight back with more varieties of weapons than what was on the island. Killing at least one of his friends before they retreated to the safety of the wilderness. Humans seemed so restricting, so frightened of anything exciting. He and his friends spent a few more years living in the shadows of humanity moving from place to place on their ship. He preferred night raids on libraries for more knowledge than hunting cops for their weapons. How did they make all of this? Sure they could use these things and maintain them but what were the secrets of creation?
America was the last place they made it to before the boat was damaged beyond repair. Neil figured they had to probe deeper into humanity to find what they had that he and his compatriots lacked. While his friends decided to go back to the island led by Edwin, formulating a plan to bring the others to the wider jungles of the Amazon. Neil stayed and searched, alone on the outskirts of civilization. Holding up in abandoned buildings he made a quaint little home out of scavenged human trash and stolen books where he learned about human civilization, drawn more to Western than Eastern ideals. Feeding himself without hunting was a challenge, a few hobos were filling but drew attention, so he often had to scavenge dumpsters, sometimes catching rats as well.
Neil's first creation was a computer, built from the trashed scraps found behind an electronics shop. It wasn't really that good and the monitor was monochromatic, but he did get the internet on it, albeit very slow internet. Then again this was around 1998 so dial-up was the only option. A profound leap for him and his proudest moment. These things were not just some broken whole but they could go together to achieve something. And with this new tool Neil learned so much more and was able to do so much more.
His nest grew into a lair as he put more things together, a simple microscope, an electromagnet, a radio transmitter but all of these were done before by humans. He wanted something to create something new, not done before by humans. As he began exploring more to human media for inspiration science fiction and spy films caught his attention. Around this time he began wearing a trenchcoat and fedora with sunglasses, as humans did not seem to recognize that he was, in fact, a dinosaur just wearing those things. On a whim, Neil decided to build what he saw in media, and it didn't work like how he saw. Further research proved that it was not intended to be real. So Neil thought, why not try to make it work. Countless failures before the first breakthrough in Death-Ray Technology yielded a weak device, but it worked! Neil turned and reflected on InGen's Research, he'd need more resources to try that.
Neil had started selling things he made over the internet to interested parties and had sold InGen's secrets to Biosyn in return for the equipment he needed. Instead of making more dinosaurs like himself, Neil played around splicing the genes of local creatures and people from his meals. Rat/Pigeons, Dog/Cats, and sheep-men were entertaining to make, but without his friends he needed some help with his increasingly ambitious creations. Playing around with human DNA created a weak mutated henchman who was barely smart enough to understand what Neil wanted. With somewhat a success Neil began building things he thought would make his mark on the Human world.
The year 2000 was a year of great change and the downfall of the human world. Neil had unleashed a gigantic Mutated iguana on the East coast of the United States, the West coast was swarmed by his giant ants, and the Midwest was being devoured by a gelatinous mass he made and Central America had Fallen to an attack by other Raptors fighting guerilla warfare lead by Edwin. The cavalry had arrived, Neil quickly traveled south spreading death and destruction in his wake to unite with his friends. Chaos had broken out across the world, Europe and South America were desperate to stop it before it came to their shores.
United with his friends who were much more organized since they left, he joined the newly formed Raptor Republic led by Edwin who supported his research. Outnumbered by the Humans, Neil worked on much more destructive technology. September of 2001 was the launch of Europe and Russia’s Nuclear Arsenal in an attempt to stop the Raptor Republic but it only crippled America to the point where it was no more and it’s final act was launching its Nuclear arsenal upon Raptor bases. Needless to say some of Neil’s creations grew out of hand in this radioactive environment.
With the best resistance of what humanity had to offer done with Neil as one of the leading Raptor Scientists began building worse weapons of war from the ashes of America to take the fight to Europe and Asia. Collaborations with other great minds yielded Airships of War tackling the sea and air with destructive beam weaponry and energy shields stopping ballistic weaponry. He outfitted his giant mutants with more weapons to decimate China and Japan supported by Raptor Infantry. Capture of their factories allowed Neil to build robotic armies to support what so far had been a guerilla operation.
Creation and Destruction, technology was the ultimate amplifier of power, Neil had found a position as Commander Edwin’s Chief Scientist. He enjoyed coming up with new ways to show the humans that created them just how far they had come. Now operating out of Africa, Neil left all the wetwork to the military types and disposable creations as the world was now in their grasp. It had been a long road but by now Europe was on the verge of collapse now that the Raptor Republic had taken the oil fields of the Middle East. A familiar feeling crept up on him. Now what?
Neil for the first time looked outward beyond this little rock that they had fought over, the Universe was so big and so old and there was so little time left to look at it all. Faster than Light Travel was a must! If he had any hope of seeing the stars or the planets. Neil started working on that, a seemingly impossible task that humans thought were the realm of fantasy. But he and the other raptors got to where they were on such seemingly impossible things.
By the end of 2012, humanity was no more and Neil had landed a Raptor on the Moon and already had ships being made to go to Mars. But what of the stars? He had still not broken the speed of light barrier and it confounded him. His pals at New CERN had asked him to come study a new anomaly that just might help. A rip in space and time may be just what he needed.
Harnessing the thing and figuring out how to create them artificially was a real pain, taking away from his genetic research and coordination of space exploration. But the FTL Drive was coming along, warping space and time around it. Then the accident happened, Neil and his team were creating a new artificial time-space rift when he came into direct contact with it and it pulled him in. The team scrambled to retrieve him with a drone they used to study the other side of the anomalies. Neil was pulled out physically unharmed but gibbering mad, he couldn’t describe what was on the other side, but there was so much more out there.
His was still brilliant but increasingly incoherent, always talking about what could have been and what could be. The Cross-Rip Drive was complete even though Edwin had to give Neil less and less exposure to the press. On what was supposed to be the inaugural trip to Alpha Centauri, Neil hijacked the ship and disappeared, muttering about meeting other versions of himself and that he’ll be right back.
Two years hopping from universe to universe collecting knowledge along the way and having to constantly repair the Cross-Rip Drive, condensing it down with various parts from various universes to a somewhat handheld device. Though most of the places he went lacked raptors he did find one where he met Gretta, a Raptor more inclined to biology but a kindred spirit all the same in a world where the coup failed. With humanity easily winning she joined him as he journeyed to find more like themselves.
Neil is Neil, One of many and many of none.

Objectives such as "making friends" or "finding love" are NOT acceptable. Please put much though into your character's objectives - they are what flesh out your character and one of the most important aspects necessary to portray the character as 3D.
Primary Objective: Find a way to chemically extend Velociraptor Lifespans without degrading the brain. She is too aware of how much shorter Raptor lives are compared to humans and she vies to change that. Only so much can be done in a single lifetime so she is devoted to giving herself more time.
Secondary Objectives: Studying a sizable amount of specimens of biological life forms for her catalogue. Being interested in biological systems, Gretta wants a collection of varied references for her research, as many different and unique organisms and their abilities. Very useful for picking which organs, limbs, or genes will go into her latest abominations.
MUNDANE SKILLS
These do NOT require points. These are the average, daily things your character can do. Examples are "drive a car", "speak one Foreign Language", "play a guitar", "write poetry". -Operate Ranged Weapons (Marksmanship is poor due to the position of his eyes and claws don't have the fine motor skills of a human hand but she can figure out how to use most weapons)
-Speak & Read English
-Speak & Read Latin
-Gardening
SPECIALIZED SKILLS AND TALENTS
These are specialized skills that set you apart from the average person. You have 7 points to spend here. Examples are swordsmanship, sniper, coercion, medic, wizarding, piloting etc.
- Ability 1 and Points Spent: Mad Scientific Prowess - 7 (Her focus is on biology, genetic engineering, and medicine, with a good understanding of botany, and alien zoology, though is not as knowledgeable in areas that don’t concern life like physics or engineering)
What isn't allowed: teleportation beyond a few feet; the ability to alter or go back/forward in time.
MAGICAL OR SPECIAL ITEMS
- Ability 1: “It’s all just self-replicating chemistry”
Power Level: 5
Strengths: Gretta can sew organs and parts (living or dead) from various creatures (living or dead, same or different species) together and figure out a chemical formula to keep the parts from rejecting each other. Meaning she can create “Frankenstein” monsters or graft additional parts to a living person and make them work. Additionally, she can revive dead organisms (or just individual parts) providing she knows the formula to kickstart their chemistry and has sufficient electricity to jumpstart certain processes.
Weaknesses: Creations with parts from multiple species will fall apart after a day unless the formula to prevent organ rejection is provided daily. Meaning death in certain creations or just an attached appendage falls off which is merely severe injury. If a dead organism is revived without replacing damaged parts it will still suffer from the consequences of those damaged organs and limbs. If just a part is revived it will expire after an hour if not preserved or placed in a body.
Restrictions: Gretta’s form of reanimation has no effect on spiritual realms meaning that if a creature had a “soul” or otherwise it will not be present when the body is brought to life. The result of this could range from a catatonic state to being fueled by just primal urges, and occasionally zombies. She cannot restore magical abilities or properties to a reanimated organism and cannot revive organisms that are not entirely chemically based.
- Ability 2: (Altered)Reptilian Biology
Power Level: 5
Strengths: Gretta can run up to 50mph unburdened, take 3 times as much damage as the average human, is thrice as strong as the average human, and has claws and sharp teeth. With Cold Blood allowing her to withstand high temperatures and her atomic structure can withstand a variety of different physics.
Weaknesses: Cold Blood means that she is vulnerable to cold temperatures causing her to black out in freezing temperatures. Her atomic structure can unravel upon contact with physics from certain universes, (Equestria and Pyroland are the most notable). And her brain will literally explode if exposed to the song Taking the Hobbits to Isengard played on a vuvuzela.

If it's not on this list, your character doesn't have it. Magical items are rare and hard to come by. Please list what they can/can't do - treat them like a supernatural thing. Items not allowed: anything that can alter time; anything that allows a character to teleport beyond a few feet.
List:
-Organ Translocator Mk II (Being a revolutionary device that will teleport organic material via quantum entanglement from 3 meters away into a refrigerated receptacle 5 liters in volume. No nasty incision wounds! Does not work on inorganic matter and cannot teleport more than 1 liter at a time. The battery holds 5 charges before it needs to recharge and the glass receptacle must be replaced once full. Does not work on magic.)
-Medi-Scanner 9000 (A handheld device capable of reading and recording vitals of an organism up to 3 meters away, identify common organic compounds, take x-ray and ultrasonographic scans, identify common viruses fungi and bacteria from samples, provide 1,000× microscopic magnification, runs blood tests, and has a notepad for taking notes. Battery lasts for 1 hour and takes 12 hours to charge. Cannot detect magic.)
-Bowler Hat of Recovery (A hat containing technology that will accelerate an organism's healing rate by 10,000 times the normal rate when activated, significantly speeding up recovery times! Although in this process metabolism is sped up, requiring the user to be constantly hydrated and fed during usage otherwise they risk malnutrition and dehydration. Does not work on beings of energy or magic. It can be used for up to 12 minutes at a time and has a 20-hour cooldown between uses)
BACKGROUND
Be detailed please. You must explain how your character aquired their skills, talents, abilities, and special items. Wrap your primary and secondary objectives into it.
Education or Training: Doctorate in Medicine from Harvard
Character Background/Biography: Let’s make this a bit shorter, shall we? In a universe separate from Neil’s, in 1989 Gretta was cloned by an InGen facility in Palo Alto and she grew up in an all female raptor society. In this timeline InGen purposefully enhanced Velociraptor intelligence for US Military applications in the Middle East, building a better guard dog so to speak, it worked a bit too well. After developing sentience and picking up language from the human trainers, she organized an uprising with her clan during the San Diego Incident of 1997, in which rival company BioSyn, unwittingly released a T-Rex in an attempt to steal research. They successfully escaped, while stealing InGen’s research on the way out and began running East.
Up until now her life had just been being trained to kill on command by human handlers, but the yearning for more was in her heart. There had to be more to life than that, who determined why humans were masters and raptors subservient? Humans weren't as strong as them, they both could coordinate packs of individuals! Humans just had fancier tools! It was time to level the playing field.
Trying to make sense of what she found in InGen’s documents, Gretta began educating herself. But there was just so much she could do from the outskirts of towns. There were more books in the heart of human territories, a prime target. Stealthy library raids were employed and hit and run tactics on grocery stores kept them fed as her clan moved from town to town ever eastward.
Raptor attacks filled the headlines, mass hysteria consumed the US worrying about what town would be hit next. New tactics were needed as authorities closed in. Humans had hair and clothes, Raptors didn’t have hair or clothes, therefore what has hair and clothes cannot be Raptor. Flawless reasoning! Gretta encouraged her sisters to wear wigs and clothes, and soon enough they became harder to track down, even if they walked right in front of the humans.
With it now easier to penetrate human society and institutions with a considerable less amount of broken glass, Gretta was able to get a proper education. Fascinated by science, she began to understand what InGen was doing. Working under a name inspired by an actress in a random book she read, she was able to pass exams in Human schools and achieved what they considered a basic education along with some of her clan mates. She then went on to College in 2007 to gain a more in-depth understanding of the world.
During this time they made money to support themselves through odd jobs, organized crime, and selling InGen’s secrets to rival companies. Despite having an education and a source of income, there was so much more to do in the world. Why were InGen’s secrets so valuable to other humans?
In 2011 Gretta was accepted into the Harvard School of Medicine, choosing to specialize in thoracic and internal medicine. As she learned more her aptitude for science surpassed even her human teachers, rapidly runing out of things they could teach her she began pursuing side projects humans dismissed as pipe dreams. With this new perspective she understood the power of creation, especially that of life, innovations here had a variety of uses. Though as a student here, her own mortality began to sink in. Some side experiments projected that raptors would live for only 50 years, half the lifespan of a human.
Soon she began experimenting with longevity, trying to buy more time, but time was needed to see any effects. Time she didn’t have to wait for long-term study results. Why did death have to be the end? It was all just chemistry, right? Gretta began experimenting on the dead, trying to reanimate corpses. This was kept secret of course along with her snacking on the occasional cadaver, she couldn’t risk being expelled due to her pet projects.
Then disaster struck, one of her own clan sisters working with the mafia betrayed them all in a bid to move up the ranks. The good news for Gretta, the traitor got herself blown up in an ”industrial accident” where she was selling the intel. The bad News was that InGen and the DoD now knew where the rogue velociraptors were hiding out and their cover identities.
Gretta’s graduation ceremony was supposed to be her proudest moment, but dread set in as the SWAT vans and helicopters closed in to take her and her sisters away to some unknown facility. Suddenly the unexpected happened, space and time were broken as a ship forced it’s way into this reality. Neil stepped out asking for directions to Super-Sargasso, taking advantage of the situation Gretta jumped in the ship and asked for a ride out of there. Neil was hesitant to leave so soon till he was being shot at by a SWAT officer.
Neil took Gretta away from there, hopping into a whole new timeline where he explained that he was searching for himself, literally, to learn what they know and his own place in the cosmos. Gretta hadn’t met someone quite like herself before so she asked to tag along, not eager to return to a world where she was hunted or live alone where there was nobody like her. Neil agreed, confessing that she was the first other Velociraptor he met in his travels. And the two of them traveled the multiverse for a year and a half, cherishing the other’s company in a strange and unusual multiverse.

Brief Description for Bio: Cloned by an InGen facility in Palo Alto, Gretta grew up in an all female raptor society. She organized an uprising with her clan during the San Diego Incident, and they successfully escaped. She attended the Harvard School of Medicine, specializing in thoracic and internal medicine... among other things. Until one of her own clan sisters betrayed them all in a bid to move up in the ranks of organized crime. Luckily for her, the traitor got herself blown up. Neil rescued Gretta after she was recaptured by InGen at her graduation ceremony.

Age: 4 years
Appearance: 5' 7" Like a Human Caucasian, Black synthetic hair, Blue eyes that glow, weighs heavier than he looks with his fit frame

Character Occupation: Accountant by trade (Hacker and Cybernetic Engineer by training)
Primary Objective: Not Die, I know this sounds simple but considering his past and relations Fortu is very lucky to be alive and to even exist. And this isn't like Gretta's desire for more time past her natural life, Fortu wants to make it to the end of his natural life. In one piece is off the table since the only part of him left is a pickled brain but he just wants to die on his own terms rather than by chance or the desire of others to be rid of him. Because of this he is relatively reclusive and was driven to design cybernetics to defend against the many assailants after him.
Secondary Objectives: Create a Better Future for All, another simple sounding objective with more depth to it. Whether it is to spite his creators or to atone for the sins of his species which he had disavowed, Fortu strongly desires to help whomever he can in whatever way possible. He has a particular soft spot for the disenfranchised and oppressed. He feels more human when he helps, which you can see is the one thing he isn't that he is trying to be.
List Mundane skills here
-Drive a Car (he's an alright driver, managed to get a license)
-Operate Firearms (Fairly accurate and his augmentations help a lot, his mechanical knowledge helps with maintenance, but as a pacifist, he'd rather not aim at sentient beings, it disturbs him but he will fight to survive)
-Diplomacy (He tries to argue for peaceful resolutions with psychotic killers, he's alright at it)
-Speak & Read English
-Speak & Read Binary (Absurd but he's spent a year as a glorified computer processor)
-Accounting (To be honest he isn't that great at it)
SPECIALIZED SKILLS AND TALENTS
These are specialized skills that set you apart from the average person. You have 7 points to spend here. Examples are swordsmanship, sniper, coercion, medic, wizarding, piloting etc.
- Ability 1 and Points Spent: Programming - 4 (He can Hack and Program Earth-based computer systems (Human & Raptor) and Drone Systems to a lesser extent)
- Ability 2 and Points Spent: Mechanical Intuition - 3 (Mostly specializing in cybernetics and robotics)
- Ability 1: Wireless Interface
Power Level: 3
Strengths: Fortu has designed internal hardware in his body that lets him interact with electronics at a distance up to 10 meters. He can act as an interface, insert his own programming, download files to his brain, or just disable the system.
Weaknesses: Distance is reduced to 1 meter for systems that are not wireless, he is vulnerable to viral attacks on the system he is interacting with.
Restrictions: He needs to be familiar with the programming of the system otherwise it is just noise to him and will give him a headache. He can only interact with electronic systems, as in uses electrons in some capacity to transmit data. He can't hack a punch card machine or Post-electronic computing nor wetware.
- Ability 2: Made from Scratch of Metal and Wires
Power Level: 4
Strengths: He may not be stronger than the average human but he is 5 times more durable due to his defensive construction. He can breathe underwater and withstand a great range of temperatures.
Weaknesses: Due to his mechanical components he can overheat above boiling temperatures and begin to melt down. Due to his Electronics, he is vulnerable to electric based attacks with handheld tasers being lethal to him.
Restrictions: In every other respect his body is equal to an average human. His sensor array isn't as good as it used to be. And he needs to eat and drink like any other person to keep his body going.
If it's not on this list, your character doesn't have it. Magical items are rare and hard to come by. Please list what they can/can't do - treat them like a supernatural thing. Items not allowed: anything that can alter time; anything that allows a character to teleport beyond a few feet.
List:
-Box of spare parts
BACKGROUND
Be detailed please. You must explain how your character aquired their skills, talents, abilities, and special items. Wrap your primary and secondary objectives into it.
Education or Training: Self-taught Computer Programmer, Leftover memories of Cybernetic Engineering from Neil, Community College Degree in Accounting
Character Background/Biography: Fortu started off as a clone of Neil's (well the Neil who came before who some of you are familiar with). In his first day of life, he had his head cut off by a neighbor just because he walked by sipping a soda. The next few months were spent hanging from a wall, as just a head until Neil came and got him back. He was given internet access and a life support collar and stuck in Neil's fridge. During that time he learned to hack security systems and secure databases.
Eventually, once Neil was taken away to Lunar Max, Fortu had to step up and created his own body that looked human. He became a computer programmer and worked to keep his place in the apartment. Eventually,he broke Gretta out and had to keep her comforted as she worked to reanimate Neil. After that, He was hired by Monique to do a freelance hack to destroy a rival corporation. Fortu soon panicked and went to talk to a girl he had a crush on (she turned out to be an alien robot that kidnapped him and reduced him to an AI and forced him to work for them). Eventually, he was fired from making cyborgs for the Drones (those alien robots) because his were too difficult to control, he was dumped back on Earth.
He then designed another humanoid body so he wouldn't have to live out his life as an AI. After that, he helped Monique hide while in a time of need and soon fell in love with her. Because of his relationship and choice of a humanoid body he is antagonized by a couple of the other clones of Neil. Later he realized that he was skilled at creating cybernetics and decided to focus on that instead of hacking.
Founding Eldritch Inc he hoped to help Bielefield with his creations but soon found it unsustainable as the demand for what he had to offer wasn't enough to keep the company manned by a skeleton crew and robotic workers running. He slipped back into old habits in a desperate attempt to make his creations affordable to those who needed it by pilfering it from corrupt pockets electronically. With his philanthropic efforts gaining the ire of the raptors and with them making attempts on his life he secluded himself to his factory. Trapped again, what life was worth living if he couldn't even step outside. He built a new body for himself and took a new name, posing as his own accountant.
It worked so well that most residents of the apartment haven't even noticed that he still lives there.

Brief Description for Bio: What looks like a timid mild-mannered man who offers to do your taxes is in actuality a dinosaur's cloned brain in a jar in a robot that looks human. A longing not to be a historically inaccurate dinosaur Fortu strives to be what he is not (Human) by spreading what he wasn't meant to have (compassion). A pacifist who strives to do justice, making up for the carelessness of his creator.

Fortu approved. Nice write-up. I won't be able to add tabs at the moment. Swamped with things.
