Would consider doing a servant, but their identity would be too easy to figure out due to the usage of first-person narrative style.
Would do a master, but time is at a premium.

You could make an agent of the Church. Wouldn't need much modification from the Master app. Just remove Servant, Catalyst Used, Preferred Servant Class, and Wish.

I was going for preventing anyone from winning the Holy Grail War. Or atleast trying to. And lookingat some of the possible wishes on this list I don`t think it`s a bad idea to try and do that. It`s scary that there is the possibility that one wish whatever it is may be fulfilled.

No. The arbiter from Fate/Zero isn't, just a bit corrupt. Kirei, however, is evil to the core.

Bio: The Goode family are a longstanding and historically influential family of mages however the steady decline of witchcraft as a branch of magic saw a concurrent decline in the family’s fortunes. As their influence and power dwindled they elected to cast everything on a final throw of the dice. Along with a small band of other once powerful families of witches they chose the most promising child from among their newest generation and poured every resource they had into training and empowering her. This child was of course, Rebecca.

The resulting regime was… unpleasant. Dangerous and untested rituals, grueling study and training regimes intended to help her master every ounce of power modern witchcraft could supply at the cost of any shred of a normal life, even by the extremely harsh standards of the magical world. By age fifteen Rebecca had completed her training and was the equal of many much older mages, at which point the final stage of her family’s plan was put into action.

Rebecca would summon a servant and enter the Holy Grail war, using her wish to strengthen witchcraft as a whole and position it as the strongest of all magic branches.

The only complication to this brilliant plan is that Rebecca herself has no intention of following it. Her harsh upbringing has left her embittered and filled with a deep hatred of magic and although she is playing along for now it her intentions are completely different from those of her family.

Likes and Dislikes: Most of all Rebecca dislikes magic and mages. Witchcraft most of all but in general as well. She also dislikes being told what to do and being patronized, ironically demanding that others acknowledge her power while also holding it in contempt herself.

Rebecca’s likes are surprisingly childish, she is fascinated with everything she missed out on growing up and so enjoys sweet things, especially candy, cartoons, videogames, trying on pretty clothes and remains fascinated with schools, often watching students attend them from afar.

She also secretly enjoys flying her broom, considering it the one aspect of magic she would miss in its absence.

Personality: Unstable, easily distracted and incredibly bitter. Rebecca can seem sweet but is incredibly spiteful to those who hurt her, holding a grudge until she exacts some kind of revenge. Rebecca’s concept of morality is abstract at best, it is not something her family considered worth wasting time on and though Rebecca wishes no particular ills on random civilians around her she has difficulty considering their safety, especially when it gets in the way of her own interests.
Wish: That she was never a mage and had instead grown up as a normal girl.
