Sure, but it's still a canonical trans character. The smart person would spend more time making sure characters like that (there's been a few "trans characters for cringey reasons" throughout video game history) were treated better by developers in future games as opposed to shoehorning their agenda into everywhere else it doesn't fit.

There is literally no reachable limit on that, names may soon wear thin, designs might start to blur, but there is no real limit on it.

The problem here is that we are talking about Brianna Wu, someone who clearly doesn't have much in the way of talent.
