The city of Philibiscostal has had a season to be proud of. Beyond all belief, all three Philibiscostal clubs in the top flight won direct UICA berths. And somehow, beyond all comprehension, United Philibiscostal bounced back from a depressing start and a seemingly insurmountable obstacle in the last week to claim their third Primerliig title on the fewest goals ever scored by a championship team in Omerican history. FC Nassau also made history by becoming the first club to claim both the Federation and Challenge Cups in the same season, winning an automatic place to three international competitions despite finishing seventh in the league, while defending champions Royal Michaeltown, coming off a stinging sixth-place finish, will fail to appear in UICA competition for the first time since the Turanga ʻAhipula ʻo ʻOmerika joined the organisation in 2014.

In Försteliig, tragedy struck Sassari Trailblazers, who found themselves beaten in the last week to be denied the title and lost in the first week of the play-offs to an upshot Inter Bayoneta, who dethroned AFC Georgetown at the last second to claim the twelfth place in Primerliig 2020. In Sekundliig, Union Orange came to take the lead in Week 6 and simply never gave it up, winning the league by twelve points in the most resounding landslide of the year. Blue Lions, who went undefeated for seventeen weeks, found themselves stumbling in the last five to just barely scrape into the play-offs, only to claim convincing and dominating wins over their opposition to claim promotion alongside the Union.

FC Londonderry and AFC Georgetown have been relegated from Primerliig, with FC Alopiana (league champions) and Inter Bayoneta (play-off winners) promoted in their place. AFC Azure Coast and Ashley Mariners have been relegated from Försteliig, with Union Orange (league champions) and Blue Lions FC (play-off winners) promoted in their place. Spartan Hamlets, Caithness United, Tyrone Athletic and Ballonpèt Secomina have been relegated from Sekundliig and will be replaced by FC Galos, Gold City Rovers, King of Red Lions and Langholm Oak.

Champions’ Cup 60: Arena la Rouge, Philibiscostal (capacity 66,000)

Named after Jean-Jacques la Rouge, the founder of the city of Philibiscostal, the Arena la Rouge is the hallowed ground of Omerican football. “The Crown Jewel”, as it is affectionately called by the locals, is best known for playing home to United Philibiscostal, the most decorated club in modern Omerican football history, along with the finals of the Federation Cup, Omerica’s national knockout cup. The stadium also plays home to the Turanga ʻAhipula ʻo ʻOmerika, the governing body of Omerican football, and hosts most home games of the Omerican national side.

Blood-gushing Omericans will drone on with tales of the stadium’s history, having hosted memorable international games against Nephara, Quebec and Nova Anglicana and the Federation Cup final that put Royal Michaeltown on the map. The amenities of the stadium, including numerous restaurants and a nature trail right outside the near-sea stadium and free Wi-Fi within it, are also a point of pride to the locals. Fans and players will also be able to enjoy the retractable roof, several lounges within the stadium grounds and air-conditioning and heating in the case of extremely hot or cold weather, real possibilities in Omerica.

An all-seater stadium since its reinauguration in 2010, the stadium is located in the peripheral Côte Rouge district and enjoys its own station on the Philibiscostal Metro leading to just outside the gates. With travel time between the stadium and the centre of the city being about twelve minutes on the Metro and a number of bus links connecting the stadium to the Arthur Bates International Airport and restaurants and hotels around Omerica’s largest city, players and fans will be able to enjoy a city-wide infrastructure ready to host a special anniversary Champions’ Cup final.

With experience hosting international matches in two World Cup qualifying cycles, the stadium has boasted food vendors, free Wi-Fi and a gorgeous view of the bay Kalsden sits neatly upon since its renovation for the 2017 Primerliig. With easy connections on Port Michael’s bus and metro systems, Prins Mikäel Pärk sits ready to host the Esportivan club championship finals.

Generally speaking, the League is improving greatly in international competitions, as well internally, now has been as great teams can be presented as alternatives to Alianza FC and its hegemony in Guayabalense Football from the beginning, Liberty Rodríguez and Atlético Nacional, even Atlético Militar Marte also have improved strongly their level and now represent a good resistance to the domination of a team that needs to make a generational change sooner rather than later, because Antunovic can not do things for themselves. On the offensive level, teams are no longer submissive when attacking and now literally show their claws where they are, as Alianza outscored Sleepy Hollow of Taeshan with a 10-1 on aggregate, also the courage of Liberty Rodriguez the playing form of "equal terms" to South Coast United from Jasiyun, a certain tradition team in international competitions as we speak, this has allowed unprecedented progress in the league at the international level, including the equipment of the Second Division, who are regularly doing good participation in SBCC.

Now on the first ten Matchdays, We can talk about the surprising start of Brasília Suchitoto in the league, certainly one of the best starts that a recently promoted team has had in the league's history, placing second in the standings, just behind Alianza, which had a first part exceptional, something very strange for a team that does not usually have good results at the beginning of a season, then it takes to engage the ideas that the coach requires its pupils, six points below Alianza stood Liberty Rodríguez which began as expected, slowly but surely, though at that time no one thought they were really aspire for much of the season, they were expectant of what was happening above them, waiting for the opportune moment to achieve excellent results and to take the lead of the contest, Luis Ángel Firpo, Juventud Independiente and Barrio El Niño had achieved a good campaign so far, the first two teams were starring in a surprise in the eyes of the spectators and fans of the league tournament, while Barrio The boy seemed to take a good rhythm and was thus returning to what we had used before, to be a protagonist in the league. At the Second third of the League, Alianza was being strong on the leader board, those were good news for the White team, that would mean that Alianza could reach their fourth title in a row, and their seventh overall, but they were allowing Liberty Rodríguez to get dangerously near to their first place, fourty points were good for Alianza, but the thirty six points of Liberty Rodríguez were too, both teams were good, both had been doing an extraordinary campaign for the previous average of wins for the top teams, that allowed that a safe advantage that they got at the beginning of the second half could have been shrinked to just four points, add it more because Atlético Militar Marte was third, just two behind Liberty, Atlético Militar Marte seemed to having a huge improvement during he second half, going from the bottom to the top three so fast, not as the early surprises of Brasília Suchitoto, Juventud Independiente and Luis Ángel Firpo, those three teams dropped important points and that meant that they failed in key points of the leader board, Juventud Independiente suffered the biggest impact as they dropped to the low half of the leader board, not so good for the team, while CD Águila and CD FAS, had different moments, while FAS had one of the best second half results in the base of a good defensive game and a good definition by the forwards, Águila dropped to the relegation spots, something bad for the institution which was hoping to fight for championship. Luch Energiya Primorye had a good moment and left the relegation spots, not so far but they were safe for that moment, now is matter to see how they solve the last part of the tournament, same goes to Atlético Nacional, a team that has underperformed terribly, the lack of definition to score decisive goals at key moments was the main trouble for them, fortunately they had ten more matchdays to improve their level.

At the end, some people said, finally! There’s another winner this time and it happened, from a somewhat unexpected way, Alianza let drop a good advantage of the previous parts of the season, something that it is weird if we look to the previous experiences of Alianza, they let a good advantage to disappear and Liberty Rodríguez took a good momentum at the end and managed to win the league with a comfortable advantage of six points above Alianza FC, congratulations to the new champions, Liberty Rodríguez, their first win in their history, a good victory that shows up how the team is improving throughout the history of our football, Alianza and Liberty will qualify to the Champions Cup this time while Atlético Marte and Atlético Nacional managed to achieve a good end on the league, specially Atlético Nacional who were on the half of the leader board and now finished fourth in the season, as they always do, a solid finish helped them greatly, also FAS had a good end, now they qualified as the fifth place of the league to the Globe Cup, well done for the Tigers in this season. Brasília Suchitoto managed to be a good surprise in this season, they finished seventh, as the fans expected, their capacity to get adapted helped them greatly and also their good game style, a good offensive and an average defense were their key to achieve such position, after doing a splendid UICA tournament, the Series B Champions Cup, they reached the Quarterfinals and that is a good achievement for this team that has reached the first division quite quickly, with consecutive promotions.

Lions fans celebrate the second goal by their team by doing the Poznan.

The first match was a 1-1 draw in Kairaku, but the energy of the stadium powered Lions to victory in the second, home leg.

The away match wasn't much to watch, with Lions taking a defensive approach against a better Nymphs squad, and defender Chris Stokes scored the lone goal, heading it in from a corner kick. The home leg however saw Lions taking a different approach, shifting from their usual careful defensive play to more of a tiki taka style, credited to third year head coach Illya Muller. Muller's side controlled sixty five percent of the possession, and Milan Toure and Soren Bayer dominated the midfield, proving that the lethal pairing is working.

Lions broke through in the 76th minute, when Soren Bayer passed to Milan Toure through the defense, who deked the keeper and tapped in the ball for an easy goal. "It was a great goal," said Muller after the match, when asked about it. "It pumped up the team and gave them the energy to finish strong."

However Lions took a loss to their next opponent, and now find themselves in the Globe Cup third preliminary round.

SONGHAVEN MONEYBALLERS TAKE HOME SUPER CUP

They won the National Cup. They just came off of one of their best league finishes ever. And now they lift the Super Cup after a shocking 2-1 win over R.C Lions. This is Songhaven United, the club on the cutting edge of innovation, using advanced stats to break everything down into a science. Our story actually begins five years ago, when Markus Reach(the brother of Armeian billionaire Karl Reach) bought the majority of the club, putting a lot of money into the academy and allowing the Songbirds to escape the third division. Except unlike most rich owners, he focused on winning through efficiency instead of through spending large amounts on transfers.

Under Reach's oversight, the Songbirds invented a system called the NEXT metric, that measures the performance of players in key areas and breaks this down into easily readable data that can be compared against other players. But NEXT doesn't just apply to players, it measures team skill too, without considering goals. According to Reach, goals doesn't equal skill, and instead other categories such as shot conversion ratio and chances created are better for measuring team quality.

Fast forward to Songhaven in the second division. Reach's appointed manager, Corey Blanc, used the NEXT metric to find D1 quality players who were playing for division two and three clubs. The Songbirds picked up striker Terinho and midfielders Darman Kovacic and Chase Carlisle in the second window of Blanc's tenure, and all three of these players turned into star D1 players after picking up good ratings via the NEXT metric.

Before the National Cup final last season, Songhaven had a '43.6 percent' chance according to Blanc of upsetting WD1 champs Northeastern, who had defeated Hawks United, Kyang Steelers, Redtown FC, and Dinamo Barrier to get to where they were. But unlike Northeastern, the Songbirds had the match down to a science, literally. While Northeastern used the same tactic in both halves, Songhaven based their second half strategy around the first half's metrics, allowing them to push Northeastern to penalty kicks and eventually win.

Now the Songbirds are back to their old tricks, coming back and scoring a sixty ninth minute winner against Lions to lift the Super Cup, the competition between the winner of D1 and the National Cup winner. Terinho scored the winner, chipping it over the keeper, right after cutting inside from the left corner of the box, which metrics measured as the weakest point in the usually top notch Lions defense. The Songbirds also avoided conceding more than once to a better team. Why? Because the metrics told them how Lions score the majority of their goals, and they were able to close down late on Milan Toure and Soren Bayer, the two key midfielders on Lions.

Yes, Songhaven United might not be the most talented team, or the richest, or most historic, but they've broken the game down into numbers and used those numbers to win, something that most teams haven't been able to do. And that has made them the reigning Super Cup champions.

Mâ Âlâmëómë meet Marinos Metropolis in a mildly-mystifying matchup for UICA’s most eminent medals. The Farf club is the first from that nation to reach this ultimate stage of the Champions’ Cup, though their squad has some UICA final experience in the form of a Youth Cup defeat to East Franz Athletic five seasons ago. Marinos Metropolis, in contrast, have both a Youth Cup and a Globe Cup title already to their name, and thus can take inspiration from those Polarian youngsters, whose victory over Mâ Âlâmëómë completed their club’s trifecta of UICA’s top-tier titles. The Valladar side are bereft of experience against Farf opposition in UICA competition, but can count on a partisan crowd at the Alexander I National Stadium, while Mâ Âlâmëómë’s less numerous support will not want to be reminded of their only encounter with a Valladar opponent prior to the current campaign, a Globe Cup thrashing by Marinos’ reptilian neighbors.

Champions’ Cup 61: The number of teams allowed is determined according to association coëfficients, with the following distribution:

Associations ranked 1–3 (Apox, The Calanian Union, and Nephara) are allowed to enter four teams.
Associations ranked 4–6 (Jasĭyun, Capitalizt SLANI, and Valladares) are allowed to enter three teams.
Associations ranked 7–32 (Audioslavia, Eura, Valanora, Taeshan, Brenecia, Farfadillis, Buyan, Polar Islandstates, 95X, Kernansquillec, San José Guayabal, Vilita, Turori, Stvoto Latoli, Omerica, Whirl Islands, Dainer, Mareibat, Pasarga, Gregoryisgodistan, Unified Sunrise Islands, Zwangzug, Capivara Group, Equestrian States, Vermark, and Crystal Empire) are allowed to enter two teams.
Associations ranked 33 and below, and unranked associations, are allowed to enter one team.
Special considerations:
- Marinos Metropolis and SC Oceanside are assured places in the Champions’ Cup. If either fails to qualify through their domestic league, their association will receive an additional place. If either qualifies for the Globe Cup, their Globe Cup place will be vacated.
- Élite League: Has six places. Jasĭyun and Capitalizt SLANI must enter at least two teams each.
- LigAnaia Calania: Has five places. The Calanian Union must enter at least three teams and another association at least one.
- LigAnaia North-East: Has three places. Audioslavia and another association must enter at least one team each.
- A-League: Has four places. Brenecia and another association must enter at least one team each.
- United Hoofball Association: Has four places, which must be filled by at least two different associations.
- Minor Valhallan League: Has one place.

Globe Cup 58: Every association is allowed to enter three teams. Multiassociational leagues with two primary associations may enter six teams, of which no more than four may be from the same association; associations ranked 1–3 (including The Calanian Union) must enter at least two teams each, and associations ranked 4–12 (including Jasĭyun, Capitalizt SLANI, Audioslavia, and Brenecia) must enter at least one team each.
Series B Champions’ Cup 58: Every association is allowed to enter three teams. Multiassociational leagues with two primary associations may enter six teams, of which no more than four may be from the same association.
Youth Cup 13: Every association is allowed to enter one team. (The youth teams of clubs which reach the Champions’ Cup group stage will also be entered.) Multiassociational youth leagues with two primary associations may enter two teams, which must be from different associations.

The deadline for entry to Champions’ Cup 61, Globe Cup 58, Series B Champions’ Cup 58, and Youth Cup 13 is tentatively set for Sunday, 2015-10-11.

Bidding is now open for a UICA Partner for seasons 62–69, which will be the primary sponsor of the Youth Cup. The following is required to submit a bid:

The name of the bidding company or product, preferably a single word or acronym.
The company or product’s logo/wordmark, as it would appear in the sponsorship logo. This logo/wordmark must be black on a transparent background, in SVG or PNG format, and as large as possible, but must be distinguishable at the size at which it will ultimately be used.
If the company has a storefront forum thread, a link to that thread.

Bids should be posted in this thread. Companies from Audioslavia, The Calanian Union, Paripana, Turori, and Vilita are ineligible to bid. Renewal of the existing contract with HAKK will automatically be considered.
