Translation (and I say this as someone actively volunteering for a rival): "The GOP is throwing all sorts of shit at Hillary, so her campaign's obviously going to go off the rails, and hey, do you remember that her husband slept around, and it's possible that he still does so even though there's no evidence of it?"

And he killed his best friend Vince Foster. Even though there is no evidence either. There was the Whitewater nonsense too, a major partisan witch hunt.

To be honest, I think Sanders should consider seriously leaving the Democrat party, because its connection to the working class is far, far weaker than the British Labour party's connection to the working class.

I don't understand what you Brits think you have to do with this. Sure, we would like another US political party more like your Labour Party. *rolling eyes*

OTOH, after watching Tony Blair suck up to George W. Bush and become essentially his lap dog, can you really still be serious?

Clinton/Kaine 2016

It is the solemn and patriotic duty of all true Americans to prevent the election of Donald J. Trump as the next President of the United States by use of the ballot box.
Even if it means you might have to be called for jury duty!

Didn't Labour just recently get stomped in an election for being basically Conservative-Lite? :p

That's horrific. Criticizing a presidential candidate for who her husband is. Imagine if someone brought up a male candidate's wife.

That's happened to a democratic candidate for president too. He then won.

That doesn't mean it's a meaningful criticism, especially when that husband is the most popular of the past four presidents (including Obama).

He's not Republican, useless, or corrupt. Something the rest fall into at least one of those descriptors.

Bernie Sanders is a independent. He is not a member of the Democratic Party.

And third parties are horribly unsuccessful in the United States, so Sanders has no choice but to caucus with the Democrats.

Yes, no choice. So if he gets the nomination he will be the Democratic Nominee for President which means he is a what?

Now let's say it together real slow..."a Dem-o-crat". He wouldn't pull a reverse John Tyler and abandon his party while in office, would he? No, he wouldn't.

I sure hope he will be President! :)

Fair enough, but he seems to love his "independent" label.

He actually isn't a Democrat. He's an independent, as a Senator. He's just running for president on the Democratic ticket.

Wouldn't you? Independents rarely, though they do happen, get a lot of popularity. He has a right to be proud of getting as far as he did with it.

It was a statement not a question. But I get your drift and I will raise your primary win in NH with another in SC.
