Unlike the raised fist of civil disobedience and resistance or the LGBT rainbow flag, the Nazi appropriation of the swastika has made it into a symbol which heralded death and suffering for millions of people.

I doubt they're quite on the same level in terms of symbolism.

Ah tattoos. When I was younger... like 10... I wanted to be like my uncle. He had the AdMech Opus Machina tattooed on his back. (My love for 40K, tech priests and H+ comes from him). Anyway, I asked my mother if I could get one. She laughed and said, "sure". So off I went to find my uncle so he could draw one on with colorful sharpie markers. It lasted about a week because I took markers to it every evening. Needless to say, it eventually washed off and I had to wait eight whole years to get something more permanent.

I know I want a Confederate Flag, and maybe another symbol, but I don't know what. Maybe something that my dad liked, like an old rock band, or and Indian head.

My only regret is that I put it where I can't see it to appreciate it.

I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. They removed the gland and a bunch of lymph nodes, and radiated the fuck out of me. Now we're just waiting to see if it spread to other parts of my endocrine system or other lymph nodes. We won't know for another month or so.

I'm atheist so I don't believe in God, but I don't mind if people want to pray. It brings them peace and creates positive energy and thoughts.

because, as you can probably tell, I am a Christian. And I know a little girl who had leukemia, and then her immune system was compromised and her heart grew too large(or something like that), and the doctors were literally saying 'there's no hope, just pull the plug on the feeding tube, it's the kind thing to do'. But we were all praying and then suddenly she was healed. She's better now, and she has Downs Syndrome but is so sweet it's amazing. So yes, I believe in the power of prayer.

Character Weaknesses/Flaws: Klingons are adverse to the cold, even with their redundant organs, they tend to stay away from such weather. While noted for their strengths, prowess and intelligence, it is their cultural background that limits them to contact with other species. Often Klingons are viewed as violent, loud, arrogant, and overtly hostile even in 'peace time'. Their cultural distinctiveness are often viewed as archaic, even barbaric to other 'civilized' societies.

Character Background/Biography: Proud and unforgiving, Tavana was the matriarch of Varth's Chosen. There she was in charge of all aspects of the organization, from enlisting warriors in their quests to helping the city of which the group is named after. She spent most of her life running the 'guild', and stayed within its hallowed halls for much of her life to ensure that its name and honor were maintained within her standards. Having spent most so much time guiding and assisting warriors, many thought her to be a woman mother-hen with nothing better to do, but quickly learned otherwise as she frequently led many into combat, ensuring or assuaging honor and help record every warriors noble deeds to ensure their own family's legacy. Now returned to her youth through the Warp, Tavana looks upon her transformation as a new chapter in life, pledging to make live up or exceed her own legacy back home.
