Tatras, you need to decide... no or yes. We can't have players that sign up and never post, or that leave people hanging because they're unsure if they want to continue or not, or don't know what RP they want to be in. PL isn't as fast paced as Roo or other F7 threads, but players are expected to participate and to dedicate time to their fellow players. Most of the people in PL post daily, and players are expected to read prior posts and the OOC so they maintain IC continuity. It can be time-consuming for some. If you can't commit to that, please don't sign up.

If accepted, he would be from an alternate timeline. His canon wouldn't line up with PL canon.

Inspiration struck at a really odd hour of night, and I've been thinking about making a second character for a while. Here you go.

Character Name: Elka Kazatimiru

Character Gender: Female

Character Species (nation personification, human, alien, etc): North Reilish

Character Physical Description (height, weight, apparent age, actual age): 5'6, 132 lbs, appears to be about seventeen. Is about seventeen.

Primary Skill or Power: One of the more impressive physical features of the Reil race are their leg muscles, which are exceptionally powerful and allow them to run at higher speeds than the average two-legged creature, and allow the average, reasonably fit Reil to easily leap 6 or more feet into the air, with the strongest and best trained ones being able to jump onto the roof of a building. In Elka's case, she can manage 7 feet jumps, though she'll need a running start first. That and she delivers a mean kick.

Power Weaknesses/Flaws: If you don't stick the landing properly, it's going to hurt like hell. Reil feet aren't well-suited for shoes either, so they tend to go barefoot. Rocky terrain, plus a Reil tends to equal pain.

Secondary Skill or Power: In the words of Culdranth historian Lelweyn Du'Puis; "If there's one things the Reils are good at besides dying in straight lines, starvation, and poverty, it is surviving a fate worse than death. Living in Reiltam." While disease, radiation hazards, animals, tribals, famine, drought, Arkadacians, weather, mosquitos, and losing the will to live take a lot of their numbers, the Reils that do survive can endure a lot of pain, whether it be physical or emotional. Elka has a natural resistance to the elements, whether it be cold, humidity, or toxicity.

Power Weaknesses/Flaws: Resistance doesn't mean immunity, and time spent in Reiltam has had a poor effect of Elka's health, leaving her with a weakened immune system. She will get sick more often, and a common cold can leave her bound to her home until it blows over.

Character Background/Biography: In the poor, backwater region of Reiltam, located on the small continent of Tinell, there are about two or three families with any money to their name, that, while considered absolutely filthy rich in their homeland, might hit middle-class status in the average first world nation. Elka's family made a fortune off of mercenary work during the 18th-20th centuries and began investing in mining, exploiting the sources of iron in the area. Elka didn't have much of an interest in carrying on the family tradition of mining iron or running face-first into gunfire, and remains clueless as to what she wants her career to be. She was en route to figuring it out before a conflict between terrorists from Reiltam against the region of Arkadacia forced her family to send her off to a different continent entirely... and airfare to Bielefeld was the cheapest.

Why the character is in Bielefeld/Occupation: To wait out a civil war in her home country, and, at least to her, a fun vacation.

Why does the character remain in Bielefeld: To lay low after hearing some news of his daughter's return, and Blythe.
Character's long term goal: Finish a fight that has lasted for a few millenniums.
How does he/she intend to achieve it: Acquire as much help as possible.
What conflicts are foreseen: A bastard child that he thought was locked up for good, has broken out and is looking for him again.
Is there something the OP can do to help the character achieve it (if so, what):
Are there other PCs that the character intends to work with regarding this goal (if so, who): Anyone who can fight a strong opponent.

I've TG'ed Qeno and updated him on the day change. We'll find out if he's still in, he's having trouble re-integrating into the PL setting. Hopefully the new day will be easier for him.
