If the present is selected in the next vote, The SCP Foundation will be an option. There's some pretty crazy stuff. SCP-682 could give every character a run for their money. 173 will HAVE to be involved because reasons.

Oh boy, if the Foundation wanted a XK-class end-of-the-world scenario to occur, it would happen between Asumar Masaki and SCP-682 fighting it out.

How large is the faction in numbers:
50,000 Human Marines
10,000 Tierra Grunts
10,000 Crimson regulars, Shiners, and Ashguard
5,000 Centurion Grants
100 Bringers
21,000 Outlander troops
Numerous spacecraft and ground/sea vehicles
(Too many?)
Short description of Tech level: Sci-fi tech, there is various technologies at work here with the Crimson plating(can withstand a good amount of damage) all the way towards the Tierra's Wormhole tech. I'll say there's nothing really overpowered besides a few things, but such things are pricey and there isn't many. There's also a few in the experimental stages that could backfire.
Short history of the faction:
United Species- Formed from the races from the Crimson War the United Species is a fledgling faction in the Universe that have proven themselves. They formed during the 'Angels' War' to destroy two major threats. After the war a time of peace came about, but was shattered when the faction known as the Nova Falcons invaded their territory in a desperate move to save their faction. War followed and the United Species won with medium losses. The Nova Falcons dissolved after the war and some spices joined the U.S. to keep their race from going into the history books. Afterwards peace followed, but that is about to be shattered again.
The Battalion was formed during the Angels' War. They first saw combat on the 'Birthworld' of the Angelous fighting against two species that waged war not only against each other, but against the Angelous. During the Battle of Twin's Keep the Battalion fought off a four day siege that earned their reputation as the Swords of the U.S.. After the war they were active and were a key part in putting down numerous terrorist groups and rebellions. They also helped defend the burial world of Averious from Emperica pirates from destroying the graves of many war heroes. When the Nova Falcons invaded and war came they were called up to defend the Brithworld of the Tierras. On the planet they were the main force and after three months of no combat they started to lose their guard which the Nova Falcons attacked scattering their forces. The attack and battle were named The Nova's Sight Failure. They brought a large force, but they didn't expect to find not only the Birthworld of the Tierras, but their capital which was heavily defended. The attacking fleet suffered massive losses, but sent down wave after wave of troops. The planet defenders were small and any resistance was crushed. Though they would have won, when they marched on the outshirts of Tierra's capital city they found the battalion had regrouped and fought. The Nova Falcon forces fought their way into the city with devastating losses. They now marched into the city, but their way was blocked and were forced to take on the mountains that surround the city. There they lost even more of their force due to weather and the creature that call the mountains home. When they entered the city they found themselves facing the capital's guard. The guard simply stood their ground and fought like madmen. The attacking force was rid of that day and the battle was major. The war soon ended when tensions with other faction and civil war caused the Nova Falcons to collapse. Now, peace is present for now and the Battalion once again hunts down terrorists, rebels, and the stubborn Emperica.
Race(s) the faction is made up of:
Common Humans are the main bulk of not only the military forces, but also the labor force that make up the United Species. They possess no natural weapons and have a rather average intelligence with weak strength. They have been mocked because of this and often find themselves at war with the 'bigger' races that want various things. However, they are highly adoptable needing only the 'normal' requirements for survival and another thing that makes them a dominant race(s) is that they simply are crazy in war. Give a human a good cause and they are bound to follow it till the end.
Tierra/Emperica are 'Apex' humans having evolved on their Birthplanet Tierra. Because of the harsh landscapes they have evolved in a unique way having a variety of ways to survive. A very strange system is when a creature tries mind controlling them they are likely to fall into a coma or die. They have also fought numerous wars with a few noticeable ones such as the Great Realization when they went into civil war with the Emperica Empire that had lasted for 50,000 years, but turned oppressive during the last 1,000 years with Tierra victory. The Seven Wars which were nothing more than retaliations from the Empierca. And the Crimson War where they helped the Centurions fight against the Crimson which lasted 85 years. There is also so much history to them as with my other races that I could make a wiki!
Centurions are the goat-men of Ferrous. Highly smart and kind they are steadfast warriors that are more aware of nature than some others. The Centurions are physically weak though making them much less adoptable. They also were the last race that the Crimson tried to take over/wipe out before the Tierras moved in and helped them.
Crimson are the radioactive beetles that are smart and very strong. Despite being smart however, it takes longer for them to develop things and they also have a limited range of 'magic'(which are mind powers). During their early stages they were quite the pacifist with only a few wars ever, but due to the radioactive nature of their planet overpopulation and storages of important items caused them to wage war against each other leading them to the brink of extinction. The survivors spent years trying to get off their planet which lead them to become a war-like race after two encounters with war races that sought to enslave or destroy them. They entered war with the Centurions trying to wipe them out, but they and their allies were defeated.
Bringers are unusually large humans with primitive tech. They haven't even discovered the ability to build TVs and have only space-faring tech. They are also recent recruits in the U.S. and are very mysterious. Little information is known about them. They are stronger than Crimson welding giant swords and clad in armor, but they are one of the few races not to have 'magic' and are not immune to explosive.
Outlanders are humans with their Birthworld nothing more than rocks. They are the opposite of the Crimson waging warfare on their old world until some idiot created a device that destroyed their world and the device is likely gone. The Outlanders live in spaceships warning others not to wage war, but this doesn't stop them from having a military force to defend themselves. They also have birthmarks that symbolize their advanced magic use, but they are physically weak and mentally average.
Universe they are from:(Link to wiki page. Ignore for custom factions)
Notes: This is a Sci-fi mixed with fantasy stuff so you might see things like dragons and ghosts. They're not that powerful and are normally not in large numbers.
Edit Notes: There's lots I left out just to keep this from being long, but I swear none of it is overpowered or they're hiding. Also, one thing I have to ask if there's two universes co-existing already like mine would both be combined into the Multiverse?

682 adapting to Asumar's powers? That's a scary thought.
Hmn, i think i want to add a little mix of naruto into Asumar and the Founder, can they have summoning's to do their bidding in battle, because the only species that has adapted to Lightsaber hits are Zilo Beasts.
And do you really think 682 can last an onslaught of a Zenith-Powered Asumar Masaki.

That's his shtick. 682 has adapted to being completely atomized before. If they can do it 682 will adapt.
EDIT: Adin I accepted earlier.

Like how so? There are a few characters that could be considered mutants, and possess more than one ability. For Magneto it makes sense, but for someone like Mercer who has a variety of abilities and could be considered a mutant kind of. How would it work?

Mercer got his abilities via some kind of genetic experimentation, right? Anyway, his definition of mutant is a human who was born with superpowers. So his immunity would work against, say, Cyclops' optic blasts but not Mercer's mercer-ness.

Would it work against characters with like, super-strength? Just out of curiosity. Khan has super strength, but I don't think he was born with it, so, yeah, it probably wouldn't affect him.

We are above ground, but inside a factory of some kind. Magneto ripped a giant hole in the roof, so the sky would be pretty visible to us.

Adin wrote:Name: Ranen(Kingdoms are often named after their Void Lords)
How large is the faction in numbers:
In terms of size it is always growing, currently they're at half a billion.
Short description of Tech level:
The lower ranks have no tech whatsoever using their natural weapons, but the higher ranked ones have guns, swords, and various other things.
Short history of the faction:
Ranen is a Void Lord who lead his followers after the destruction of the Guardians into the Void. Like others he joined forces with the other Lords to take control of the Void and with their technology they invaded the Void natives. After this the Void Lords quickly went into war constantly fighting one another. This has went on for a long time and Ranen loved chewing up new Void Lords when they pop up. However, when the United Species sent their first expedition into the Void they found Ranen who simply killed the member. He then proceeded to order an attack on the station that was studying the Void. For reasons unknown the Void cancels out most types of 'magic'. When Ranen's forces came through they found themselves torn apart. Such then Ranen has been planning for vengeance and now it seems he would have it.
Race(s) the faction is made up of:
The Void Lord is the highest ranking official in any of the Void factions. Human in nature they are rarely kind and must be treated as a threat. There are some good ones, but most Void Lords fight for control. They also are master melee fighters and war lords. They are a great threat so meeting them means you're either crazy or you can take on a Void Lord.
Void Stones are the guards of the lords with advanced tech. They follow their lords without question and keep the others in line.
Void natives include the Singers, Trolls, and Walkers all of whom were enslaved. The Singers are ugly beasts that fly around yet their voice is very gentle. Almost like a siren's. Trolls are normally peaceful creature yet when they were enslaved they proved the most trouble. They are kept under control by chains that burn them if they do anything wrong and have a sad smile to them. Some kind of sick trick when one of the Void Lords thought it would make them appear more horrifying if they gave them a permanent smile. Void Walkers were once the mighty and proud people of the Void. Legends tell that they were highly advanced yet when the Void Lords came they fell. Now, they are treated as simple workers with no rights. They are the primary trooper with no armor and only their long claws. They often swarm their enemies.
There are resistance fighters against the Void Lords that have managed to recover some of the lost tech and are waging a guerrilla war against the Void Lords.
