One small note, Ambassador: the phrase "under the guise" seems to imply intent to deceive, which can't be proven here: had the Auralians truly wished to pull one over on the WA, they would not have acted using a nation already known to be one of their vassal states; rather, the GAR #2 repeal would have been submitted either out of the blue by an entirely new state, or by request/proxy via a nation independent of (but allied with) Auralia. On the contrary, they've been open about their string-pulling, so I might change the wording here slightly.
Other than that, this all looks quite accurate and proper.

Admittedly, that was our feeling as well, until he reappeared a day or two ago and resumed campaigning to repeal GAR #2 under his "WA Charter Working Group". Among his stated desires to do so are non-compliance with resolutions and creating a WA peace-keeping force. We won't stand for that, nor should the Security Council, and we feel that this is the best way to express our dismay.

Auralia's pretty mild a target for condemnation.
As much as I hate him, I hope he doesn't ever get anything at all, too. Giving a condemnation for non-compliance is a pretty dumb move. Putting him on the same with people who grief regions is just inconceivably uncalled-for.
Let him fall into obscurity. Your arguments are now invalid too, as Auralia cannot be and will not be a member of the WA forever. That means if he doesn't comply, it's really none of our bloody business.

We respectfully disagree, for the nation is indeed, as their Ambassador has stated, a member of the WA, under the flag of the WA Charter Working Group. Who these other group members are, we do not know yet, but we do know that Auralia pulls the strings.
It is not just about non-compliance -- we agree that if that were the only issue we could write enough condemnations to fill a library. And, it's not just about the self-commendation attempt. It is the total body of work, along with their continued efforts to (1) repeal GAR #2, (2) make compliance selective for all, and (3) arm the WA, that we feel the nation deserves this condemnation.
A sincere thanks for your comments, Ambassador.

Thank you for your comments, but we believe the lesson has not been learned, based on their membership in this so-called "working group" (apparently, so far, a group of one nation, Auralia) that continues a push to repeal GAR#2, so they can skirt international law and arm the WA.

We shall see, but I would like to point out that he was in this "working group" and pushing for that repeal long before this debacle. Should his repeal pass, however, that shifts my support toward the condemnation.

CONCERNED that, since its expulsion, the nation, as the founder and controlling member of a purported coalition of nations called the World Assembly Charter Working Group, has regained membership in the WA in order to continue its efforts to decimate this institution via further repeals;
