Not necessary, in this future Europe, instead of Brussels, the European Parliament will be held in Westminster, all European citizens will have to swear an oath to the Queen, who will be Queen of Europe, and everyone will speak English.

That is the biggest eyesore of a map I've ever seen. It's not only not realistic in the slightest, but it's impossible.
