Pleasantmill Hill Cheese Factory is a Springmont food industry company specializing in cheese, headquartered in Hearthbury High. Established in 1975 as Hearthbury Foods., a consulting firm for cheesemakers, it rapidly grew into a cheese manufacturer and marketer and changed its name to Pleasantmill Hill Cheese Factory in 2003.

Acquired by the Fredericksglen Landing Group in 2005, Pleasantmill Hill Cheese Factory continues to operate as one of the leading specialty cheese companies in the Springmont.

In 2012, Pleasantmill Hill Cheese Factory received 5 of Diamond Star DS900 trucks worth 500,000 USD from conglomerate Diamond Star. It will further enhance product delivery system Pleasanthill.
