Is it really that bad?

Withdrawals from dip? Yes, it is. The first two weeks I couldn't think straight, I was depressed as hell, mood swings like no other, and I would shake. I still wake up smelling it, and from time to time I can taste it as though I just put some in.

But for some reason today, I started to shake again and I've been feeling like shit.

I've been told someone who has done it as long as I have will occasionally experience the rest of their life. I started when I was 16 and I quit 2 months ago.
