No. Science class is for science, not quackery, which creationism is. Put in a church (or mosque, etc etc.) and keep it out of science since it isn't science.

Nobody said that Texas must be promoting creationism in every textbook. Americans had this same discussion some sixty years ago, when evolution was first placed in some state curriculums. It wasn't promoted, merely taught as another popular theory.
