I'm sure that if we calculated the exact percentage, it wouldn't be exactly 0.1%, considering there's also this, this, this and this. But that's nitpicking. :P

I Love the Idea of a Federalized European Superpower. Mostly to be the other main Liberal Democracy on Earth to be a rival to America. Mostly as a Counter-Balance to the growth of China. But I do think Europe would be dominated a 'Heartland" made up of Germany,France,Italy and the Low Countries.

I think it should be called the European Union or E.U.

The Tamils kind of qualify, if you use "Siberia" figuratively.

Also, three more actually democratic "People's republics": the West Ukrainian People's Republic, Ukrainian People's Republic, and Bangladesh. It must be noted that when the Ukrainians and Belarusians called their countries that, the word for "People's" that they used was 'narod', which, in East Slavic languages, can also mean 'nation', so that would make them the West Ukrainian National Republic, the Ukrainian National Republic, and the Belarusian National Republic.

Admittedly it won't be the near future, and I think the British referendum could change the course, but I expect we will see a federal united nation of Europe, that has the potential to be the greatest superpower the world has ever known.

This might sound strange but I think Portugal and Spains future lies in continuing to build ties with its former territories in Latin America. Portuguese have been going to Angola and Brazil looking for work. While Spaniards have been going to Argentina and Mexico. Yes, Mexico is said to be on the verge of a big economic boom in the next few years.

Depends on how the EU and individual European countries feel after the recession is completely over. It could either slowly fall apart, or federalize. I suspect the latter, although at a far slower pace than most expect (like, 50+ years)

Yes, because exporting to the Angolan or Argentine market is totally the same thing as exporting to the German or French market.

Sure.
