Rules
Chapter I: Teams and riders
1. Each team can have six riders: four of them are the 'basic squad', the other two are replacements. For each race, every team must stage four riders, no less, no more. If a nation doesn't specifically stage four riders, the four riders from the basic squad are selected.
2. These six riders have total skill values between 24 and 28, with a 26 average. The skill value is the sum of the rider value for: climb (1 till 9), hill (1 till 9), TT (1 till 9), sprint (1 till 9), dirt (1 till 9), attacks (0 till 5), flat (0 till 3), persistance (0 till 3) and helper (0 or 2 or 4 points, with the addition in what situation (who + on what terrain) he helps... A rider can only help in two situations and two teammates cannot help in the same situation).
3. The riders will follow regular racing conduct from the UCI. In case of dispute, the decision falls to Some Village in order to decide. He might bring in-character remarks upon RPed race conduct.
Chapter II: Classification
1. There is an end classification, with points for each race (stages equally, one-day races more but equally –except WC, a bit more- and GCs a bit more).

2. There is also a youth classification: anyone can be considered a young rider, but he cannot have more than 26 skill value points.

World Tour Championship and GC of a stage race: 25/22/19/16/13/11/9/8/7/... to the first 15 riders
Stage of a stage race: 15/13/11/9/7/5/4/3/2/1 for the first 10 riders
3. The points classifications for stage races will not count towards the WToC classification. Time trials are seen as a category B stage for the points classification whereas the others are seen as category A. The points will be distributed as follows:
Category A: Respectively 30/27/25/23/21/19/17/15/13/11/10/9/8/7/6/5/4/3/2/1 points are distributed to the first twenty finishers.
Category B: Respectively 20/17/15/13/11/10/9/8/7/6/5/4/3/2/1 points are distributed to the first fifteen finishers.
A rider can only be leader or, in case of the final stage, winner of the points classification competition if he has finished the stage in which the jersey was awarded.
4. If two or more riders have an equal amount of points, the tie will be broken by looking to their amount of victories. If these are tied, we'll compare the amount of second places, etc. etc. In case of a deadlock, the general classification position will determine which rider shall be placed first in a points classification. Gathered RPbonus in case of the other classifications.
Chapter III: Racing
1. All scorinations will by myself, using the scorinator used in the Island Tour (with the mentioned adaptions). The stage races have a stage like this Island Tour, one each day. An (averagely) 48h gap between different races would bring the total span of this first World Tour of Cycling to a month and a half.
2. RPs will be calculated by using a double addition. The RP during the last RPtime will count as half the bonus, your total gathered RPbonus as the other half.
