Yes, I know what it means, but I personally don't equate "spending cuts" with "TEH END OF TEH WORLD START PROTESTINGS"

Five years after its housing boom turned to bust, Spanish unemployment hit a record high of 27.2 percent in the first quarter of 2013. It's almost too horrible to comprehend, but 19.5 percent of the total workforce has not had a job in the past six months; 15.3 percent have not in the past year; and 9.2 percent have not in the past two years.

Brittany has its own language, ethnic group and culture, it used to be an independent nation. It's not unreasonable.

It's been a while since I've heard anything though and to be honest France's central government keeps an insanely tight reign on the country. It's the same in Ireland in fact.

I know it does, and so does Cornwall, but neither of them support being independent countries. 4.6% of Bretons support independence and the Cornish nationalists just want more devolved power and recognition as a country, not independence from the UK. They wanna be like Wales.
