The eugenics program will breed new Sidhae at a sustainable, yet effective rate, allowing to quickly provide the necessary manpower for various industries while not exceeding a sustainable level.

Every Imperial world is assigned a sustainable population index (SPI) that is calculated based on it's ecosystem and development level. Imperial authorities strive to not exceed that index, resettling any excess population to worlds where there's still room for new colonists. Voluntary resettlement is, of course, encouraged, but citizens may be drafted for resettlement if that is not sufficient.

When a new fertile valley among the wastelands is found, or a new Island is claimed as territory, then we will send several people there to breed and make a new population. Our Populations tend to be small except in areas like the Capital or a major city. Major cities population's range anywhere from 10,000 to 75,000 people, and the capital is a Primate city among them with 600,000 people.

We encourage our people to breed prodigiously, as we need serfs to till the land and fight in wars alongside the nobility. Often wars or such will cull the population of an area down to 100 or so and they will rebound the population in 2 or 3 generations. A breeding gap can be anywhere between 12-40 years, depending on who gets pregnant. We can also clone people and often when we can, introduce them into a population in order to increase the efficiency and prevent too much inbreeding (some is good to increase diversity around the Empire).

We would clone people all the time, except we like a smaller population as it is, and we simply don't have the power to run all the machines at the same time. If we did, we could clone almost 20,000 people. When a new batch is made (these arent Clones so much as just artificial humans btw), we tend to get about 100. A few batches of 100 come out every so often, and they will be dispersed through the population.
