Swith sat down on a low wall under the shade of an ugly tree in Dab's nation. "We were talking about masks. Hyde was the mask that hid Jekyll's true, evil nature. You said that everyone wears masks. I think they do it to function in everyday life, personally, to protect themselves from their own bitter ends while pretending that everything is fine on the outside. I suppose people like Mon have the mask on so tight that they can't remove it, and are afraid to take it off at all. Maybe Hyde wasn't the mask but simply Jekyll unmasked. Meh. I don't know.
