The World Assembly,
Appreciating the formal rights humans have to create items of entertainment and withhold moral enjoyment of things such as comics and/or comic books.
Acquainted with the world’s acts of substandard icons in everyday life; such as drugs, violence, sexuality, and cursing/swearing.
Theorizing that if children and adolescents continue to read inferior ways of life teachings, that the world’s youth may become more hostile, more unaccepting, and more spiteful.
Also Theorizing that if these sub-standards cease to continue, youth rebellion will decrease and equal more peace.
Therefore, the World assembly enacts these following international laws into effect:
- If any member nation has any form of comic book industries or companies, the business must subject to a World Assembly approved rating system that approves or dismisses comics based on interior politeness.
- Member nation may have the choice to forgo and refuse the WA rating system, but must do so with good intentions for its people.
- ratings will follow three steps of intensity: E for everyone, I for Intermediate, and V for Violence.
- If a company that produces comics disagrees with the WA rating system it must seek attention from its government for special reform to allow room for creative freedom.
Wishing the effects of this resolution will bring order and reform to the international comic book industry.
Hereby Founds the World Assembly Comic Code Authority (WACCA), in order to police sub-standard forms of entertainment amongst comics.
